If it fucks up, can I have mine bump into a Knight for hilarious interaction between two Space Marine psykers who don't know where the other is from?

I'm going to have my Librarian be a Gamma Minus by the way.

On that note, considering he's in full armour and equipment, he might pick up some vox communication if they're spread out and trying to re-coordinate.

Of course, this also makes each Knight far more vulnerable. If anyone wants to try their luck.

Not that vulnerable means very much for a Grey Knight. Going all fluffy, the Aegis Armour blocks out magic attacks, and power armour isn't exactly vulnerable in the first place either, and it's still a 8-foot tall superhuman with massive strength and reaction speed carrying weapons that can turn you into a fine paste.

I still don't understand why Space Marine officers like to expose themselves to headshots though.

Is the teleport going to fuck up by the way?

Marines in major fire-fights or an area of a hostile environment, put their helmet on as quickly as possible. It's a honour and courage practice and a fuck you to their enemy's. The Wolves of Fenris often take them off as it messes with their acute sense of smell, and tracking abilities.

Say, Ardavia, how will that Librarian of yours respond to somebody trying to annoy him by being terribly cynical and satirical about the Imperium for fun?

Huffing in annoyance, but nothing much. Stay away from ridiculing top hats, especially the one he wears, though, or face the wrath of the Warp.

Oh. Well, taunting was no fun.

I wonder if the Grey Knights will detect all of the darkness that my character has accumulated after years of harvesting it.

You can still have her poke fun at him though.

He's not going to act exactly rational all the time, and making fun of his quirks can be something that should fit her character, I presume.

That rant was basically fueled by her comment about his psychic powers at the end, he'd have let it slide otherwise.

Before our group of 40k migrants marches too far on, I jump into the situation. Seriously, guys. I thought this'd be a slower-moving thread.

Roll a 1000-sided die 1000 times. If you roll 666 a thousand times in a row, the town will be left standing by the conclusion of this RP.

I'm confused by your RP, but "magic" in general typically isn't my thing. For some reason technology just seems more accessible and understandable to me, even if that technology is so advanced that it is virtually indistinguishable from magic and no effort is made to explain exactly how it works. When I do write about "magic", I typically do so in a way that leaves it up to question whether or not it is "real". I cannot explain why I feel this way.

Anyone up for some Splatterhouse-style post-apocalyptic political intrigue?

Yes, why not?

Well, this incorporates fantasy elements, magic and pseudo-science all packed inside one city. The characters present apparently able to do at least basic magic (which is also a lucky thing for my twist!), but when your soldiers come into my nation in order to prevent said monsters from corrupting the whole world, feel free to do clockpunking like myself will!

The V O I D consists of a Multiversal Empire that is outside of Existence, within the INFINITE VOID.
The V O I D's tech allows them to rule outside. So, we're petty much from the land of Imagination and Feck Logic.
