President Drake Announces Executive Revision of Election Year

Today, President Gabriel Drake, president of the Unitary Republic of the United Remnants of America, announced in a short speech on the steps of the Capitol Building in Olympia that the 4-year election cycle would be revised this year by executive action. Drake also stated this: "Political Parties have been outlawed since our founding. But the election cycle of the President and executive branch of the URA still offers room for instability in our great nation. With this executive action, the election process that would normally be starting at the end of this year will be indefinitely cancelled, allowing the presidency to stay a stable and unipartisan position of power; The only way a position of such responsiblity can be treated. So tonight, the Unitary Republic shall become the Unitary State of the URA. Tonight, our people shall grow more united than ever. Tonight, our people will reach a new level of strength as of yet never achieved by Remnant society. The sun will rise tomorrow, starting a new dawn to shine on a new nation, a stronger nation."

Other than the redaction of the election system for the executive branch, President Drake explained that no other systems would be affected. The Supreme Court would stay the same, with life appointments, as well as the unicameral Senate, which has recently seen an increase to eight-hundred senators in order to provide a better representation of the people.

Carloso - The Empire of Carloso in the early 20th Century was declining. In its mainland the Parliament of Carloso has spent the last four decades pushing social and political reforms stripping prerogatives and privileges of the Carlossian monarch, Emperor Theodric III, and the nobility and freeing the Empire's subjects from the discrimination dictated by their social class system which divided society. There were the high born and the common people. The reforms has not just brought change to the country but also influenced the generation and the next to bring down the old order in order instate a new to end the daunting night and begin the dawn of promise. Theodric III died a year after the century started then Theodric IV came. In the beginning of his reign he was able to sit in his imperial throne looking at a bright future for him, the Monarchy of Carloso, and the country. But what will come next shall destroy everything he tried to preserve.

The First Civil War,
New Carlingford

April 7, 1920 a rebellion sparked from a fraction of the Carlossian Armed Forces that attempted to violently overthrow the Emperor by attacking the Imperial Palace and the Carlossian Parliament Building to impose a military dictatorship and to abolish the Carlossian Monarchy. The Emperor immediately countered the coup by taking control over the armed forces as its commander-in-chief. The coup was defeated. Civil strife erupted and scattered across the Carlossian Mainland the following week. More than seven hundred people died consisting mostly of civilians who were at the wrong place at the wrong time, blasted to doom by ranged and automatic weapons. Parliament Building and its members and staff were hostages of the coup attempted a week before until the armed forces came and saved the Carlossian Parliament. The leader of the failed coup, General Karen Luciano, surrendered to the armed forces. By a royal edict the Emperor exiled the instigators of the coup to the Kingdom of Bratislav including General Luciano. Unusually the instigators arrived in the warmth of Bratislavian greetings and friendship. The Carlossian Monarchy enjoyed the jubilation of the populace for their victory within a short period of time.

The economy of Carloso was taking hits from all sides, hands of depression clawing it apart. Carlossian society was dissipating as crime, illness, and poverty sucked the blood of hope from the Carlossians deprived of almost everything. Regional powers pressured the Carlossian Empire on whether to give its colonial possessions to them in exchange for monetary relief or to give independence to these colonies. Some of these powers expressed their interests on the colonies through either suggestive armed or diplomatic orientation in order to intimidate Carloso.

In the 1931 Carlossian Parliamentary Elections the Conservative Party of Carloso won. The Conservative Party leader Gualter Machado became the Supreme Chancellor of Carloso and initiated a referendum on the Carlossian Monarchy a year later if it should stay or if a republic should be established as he promised in his party's electoral campaign. The referendum was welcomed with support but has been shut out by the Royal Family and traditionalists. The Emperor did not take any action against it but as expected he and Machado despised each other as a result of the Supreme Chancellor's obvious intentions against the Monarchy. The Emperor searched for support from the Carlossian Armed Forces and Machado did the same to know if their support lies within the Monarchy or the elected government if a dissension would wage war against them all, that would break the country into ruins as it has been a decade ago.

Unrest occurred as the referendum on the Carlossian Monarchy's position in the Carlossian Empire approached in Ebon and the Imperial Capital of New Carlingford, traditionalists and supporters of the referendum in the event of a Carlossian republic's triumph. Dozens of lives were lost in the aftermath. A day after the unrest's end Machado was informed that he will be arrested for treason by members of the armed forces who remained true to their bearing of allegiance to the Emperor. He fled the Imperial Capital for Valdehuesa in order to avoid capture and harm from the royal fanatics in the armed forces. A civil war came involving the armed forces who fought with each other in population centres of Carloso such as the Imperial Capital, Secano, and Toro while the city militias fought for either. In three weeks the war spread across from the imperial heart onto the rest of the Empire ravaging national stability thus paralyzing all else that comes in and comes out of the country, seen or heard, written or spoken, alive or not.

The Emperor in the 29th of May at 1:24 PM announced in a nationwide radio broadcast that he has abdicated and so has the Imperial Family renounced all claims to the Carlossian Throne and the Throne itself was devoid of imperial sovereign power, ending the Carlossin Monarchy. He also proclaimed the dismantlement of the Carlossian Empire. The civil war ended along with the Emperor and the Monarchy's reign. Machado came to the once imperial capital and proclaimed to three million people the establishment of the Republic of Carloso.

The Second Civil War and the First Civil War are no different. The first may have overthrown the Emperor; the second may have paved the way for the autonomy of our national subdivisions. But in both wars there were those who lost their lives and for the same sake: nothing."

The Carlossian Parliament passed the Act of Dissolution in the 1st of June rewriting the Constitution of Carloso in order to erase and replace all legal terms pertaining and referring to the Carlossian Monarchy and redefining the position of Supreme Chancellor as not just head of government, but as head of state also. In the 25th of the month General Leonardo Martinez and the Ebon provincial militia occupied Ebon provincial government buildings and offices in the Ebon Province. Railroads to Chalgrove and Lagosa were destroyed and the electrical grid was turned off in Ebon. General Martinez then proclaimed the Carlossian Fascist Republic initially comprising of Ebon and intends to have the rest of Carloso under his fascist republic. Machado, who became the first Supreme Chancellor of the Carlossian Republic, crushed the rebellion by dispatching armoured divisions of the Carlossian Armed Forces up north to Ebon from New Carlingford alongside 40,000 soldiers of the Carlossian Army and air support from the Carlossian Air Force. The Battle of Ebon commenced in July 31 and ended the following day, the Republic of Carloso stood as victors and the Carlossian Fascist Republic was lost.

The Federal Republic of Carloso replaced the Republic of Carloso when the Act of Federalisation 1956 was passed by the Carlossian Parliament to give autonomy to the Carlossian provinces and territories beyond the Seas and to stop situations akin to the "CFR-Ebon Incident" from escalating into a crisis. The rest of the 50s was peaceful and stability in Carloso was restored. When the 1960s arrived stability further engraved the feeling of overall upheaval from the dilemmas in the recent past at the time. Mounting up as the 1970s and the 1980s came to pass. In 1983 deregulation was imposed upon the Carlossian national economy and had fairly spurred economic growth although 10 years later, 1993 an economic recession sprung up to take the Carlossian economy by surprise. Collapse seemed most likely and the fabric of society was wearing out but the recession ended in 2000 when Supreme Chancellor George Spalding, thanks to his policies on countering the downturn, stimulated the secondary and tertiary sectors of the economy to motivate the country to sit up from slumping in decline. He encouraged prospecting the Anton Mountain Range using state-owned "Carlossian Mining Corporation", discovering titanium deposits in the mountain range and subsequently extracting it. The private sector stepped in and took over the rest of the deposits.

In 2001 military technology was at its zenith in Carloso, military contractors and ordnance manufacturer sprung up with innovation and creation, revealing new weaponry for the use of the Carlossian Armed Forces.

The economy of Carloso has overtaken the leading economic powers of the United Socialist States of Stasnov, Valaran Empire, and the Republic of Bratislav as well as the multi-trillion dollar oil empire of the Convist Republic of Roski. The productivity of the Carlossians, prominent compared to the rest of Atlas, has also contributed to the swelling of Carlossian national wealth. The country's nominal gross domestic product at per purchasing power was 2.9% greater than Roski. Additionally, the country's GDP per capita (PPP) of USD$53,226 is almost three times Viridisolum's. Carloso is the leading and founding member of the Atlasian G7, "a group of the seven most economically and politically powerful nations in Atlas."

Today the scientists of the Umberampon successfully tested the first Electrostatic Turbine which generates motion using magnets giving a device that can produce power without any fuel other than the magnetic properties of the magnets being used. The prototype is small, but proved the theory that it is possible to use magnets as a source of power generation. The unit was demonstrated at a gym in a high school in New Adampia, although the empress wasn't there she watched it via Skype. "This device was very small compared to what we are designing right now, but this could revolutionize how we produce power in the state, no nuclear waste, no smoke, just good clean and most important cheap power. We haven't fully designed the new unit, but even the large version of it will be cheaper in the long run to run and the larger unit is being designed for use as a power generation station which the first one will be installed in the old building on the compound where those dreaded human experiments took place. I can't wait to erase that memory with something that will help humanity." This was the comment from Ellina Steiner, one of the top engineers in the state.

The scientist further commented with enthusiasm, "the unit that will go into production will be powerful enough to produce power for small city of about 2,000, although we recommend having a more than one turbine so one can be shut down for maintenance usually once every 4-6 years, and taking into account a average power station in the State has about 10 or 20 turbines. We do recommend yearly inspections. The design will have a power to weight ratio of about 34 horse power per pound with a weight of about 2,400 pounds, so it would produce 81,600 Horse power a hour which would easily turn a generator rated at 1.6 MW an hour given proper gear reduction. In order to start the Electrostatic turbine the engineer said there would need to be a device to get the turbine spin to about 3 revolutions a minute to start it, and use a magnetic braking system to stop the turbine since friction brakes would overheat at the speeds it was designed to operate.

Sde Dov's Military Expansions

SDE DOV - The Sde Dovian Armed Forces for the past month has been purchasing and expanding. Increased training rotations have been in force since January, in the face of increasing conflict in Curente. The last major exercise was the annual "November Spring" exercises held every November. The "Union Shield" exercise held every May is set to be the first time that foreign forces are to be invited to join these exercises. Previously, foreign nations have been invited as observers.

The first batch of two hundred Sde Dovian Navy personnel arrived in Stasnov today for training on the fleet of four used Sovremennyy-class destroyers from the Stasnovan People's Navy. These ships are worth three billion NSD, and are outfitted with the latest equipment capable of shooting down enemy aircraft, and sinking other enemy ships. Another 1.5 billion NSD is to be spent on renovating the ships and making required changes in order to be compliant with Western naval standards as these are outfitted with Eastern equipment. Most of the Eastern equipment will be retained, but made compatible with Western weapons. The four ships are still to be christened, but they will be as soon as the sailors sail the ships to Sde Dov in September.

Amphibious Assault Ships from Roski have also been purchased, albeit without aircraft. 2 billion NSD was spent in the acquisition of these ships, and Sde Dovian naval personnel have also been sent to Roski for training on these ships. These ships will help extend Sde Dov's assault capability, complementing the two Whidbey Island-class landing ships currently in service. F-35s will be deployed from these carriers once delivered, but AH-64s and UH-60s will be deployed from these ships for now.

The Air Force as well has been expanded. A 294 million NSD deal has been agreed on with the Republic of Vietnam for 70 CDC-17 Vipers. These modern aircraft are comparable to the F-16s currently in service with the Air Force and the cancelled F-20 Tigershark. 24 of these new aircraft are to replace the aging T-38 Talons currently in service as trainers, as the Talons are approaching the end of their possible service life. The life extension for these fourty-year old aircraft are to be completed in time for Independence Day. This upgrade will extend the Talon's service life for five years, in time for the new aircraft to arrive. Meanwhile, new F-35 Lightnings are to be delivered starting this November, replacing some older aircraft and filling the decks of the new AASs from Roski. A major upgrade to Sde Dov's aerial refueling and early warning capabilities is set to be completed by January next year, after Sde Dovian Aircraft Industries won a 1.2 billion NSD contract to refit four ex-Orenair Boeing 767-200ERs to KC-767 and E-767 standards.

New equipment for the Army is also being purchased, with two hundred new Lynx armored personnel carriers from New Carloso arriving by November. These modern APCs have proven themselves in the face of battle, an example being in Paldavia, now a part of Bratislav. Better armor and a 30 or 45mm gun is installed on these APCs, keeping it on par with what modern armies have to throw at Sde Dov. Depending on the reliability rate, this APC will completely replace the aging and vulnerable M113 light APCs.

The local defense industry is not lagging behind; work is set to be finished on the first ship of the Earnest Thinley-class aircraft carriers, of which four are to be built. This multi-billion Sde Dovian Dollar aircraft carriers have been plagued with technical faults and bureaucratic hurdles since construction work began in 2009. Completion of the lead ship has already been delayed for two years, with the launch previously set for October of 2013. This new class of aircraft carriers are to replace Sde Dov's only aircraft carrier, the Earnest Thinley, which is approaching the end of its service life. Full operational capability is expected to be achieved by early 2016, and the second ship is set to be launched by March of that year. The total cost for the first ship is set to be at 2.3 billion NSD, four million NSD over the original cost.

This expansion does come with its fair share of criticism. The Sde Dovian People's Party has criticized the recent military purchases, filing resolutions in Parliament in attempts to block these purchases, citing overspending on defense. The only time the SDPP were successful was delaying construction work on the Earnest Thinley carriers in February 2011, but a resolution repealing this act was passed in October 2011. Peace activists have also been critical of the increased military spending, saying that this would do more harm than good to Sde Dov, politically and militarily. Military planners and strategic planners laud these new purchases, stating that this will improve Sde Dov's strategic influence in the region and globally. The need to increase military spending will probably be useful in a time of global instability.

FASCIST AND MONARCHIST UPRISING IN WEST OF THE COUNTRY

Far right Fascists and Monarchists have risen up against the Social Democratic government, who were announced to be the winner of the elections that took place in the country. The rebels, nicknamed the "Army of Bielarusian Freedom" (Armija Bielaruskaha Svabodzie), have raided the armory situated at Kabryn and Briast, seizing everything from AK-74Ms and AKS-74Us to T-72 tanks. The ABS has taken a small stretch of land across Bielarus' western border. The Bielarusian Ground Forces, some 60,000 strong, have been raised to Full Combat Alert and the Bielarusian Airforce has been scrambled, meanwhile the fighting is too far for the Navy to play a major part in the Civil war in the west. Men of the 16th Motorized Rifle Regiment (Seen above firing an RPG-7) have been forced to retreat from their base in the west, taking at least 23 casualties, 2 of which were fatal. The new president of Svabodnaja Bielarus, Tacciana Kanstancinaŭna Kazareva, has promised to the people of the nation that the rebellion will be quickly dealt with as soon as possible, by force if necessary.

Fasnovan troops surround school during tense standoff

Yamskovitsy - Members of the Kamoriya Justice Group led a tense standoff early this morning, as seven stormed a school in Yamskovitsy, Naralty, killing 125 students and injuring 210 more. Witnesses say the screaming was unbearable

"The students were screaming and crying for help, and it could be heard down the road. I saw two men actually leave their cars grabbing weapons and taking off towards the school. I don't know what happened to them, but I feared the worse. The troops came down, and surrounded the front of the school, and started shouting orders. I walked away and phoned my friend, who's son attends the school. When I came out to see if it was still going going on, and all I could see was bright flashing at the gront door," stated Dementyev Anton, who's house was just two houses away from the school.

What appears to just be textbook Fasnovan raid, however, isn't so. Only one of the terrorists was captured, the other six are still at large.

With the fifth school massacre in the last three months, Fasnovan officials are growing worried. With no end in sight, the Fasnovan Defence Forces is planning to enter a "continuous deployment" session for the next year, hoping to be able to capture more of these terrorists and bring them to justice.

Olikeron signs mutual agreement with Touranian President Boisselot

Thursday, April 23, 2015 - After a series of discussions behind closed doors, President Olikeron announced the signing of a free-trade agreement with the Republic of Touraine.

"It is my pleasure to announce that we are commencing national importation of good from, and exportation to, the Touraine Republic." he said. "With an increased amount of trade between our nations, both of our economies are sure to benefit. This will also serve to strengthen relations between our two nations. Due to this agreement, I am hopeful for Touraine's and Luepola's shared future."

Shortly after Olikeron's statement, President Boisselot followed up with her own.

"I'm pleased that our great nations can come together in an age of economic cooperation and trade," Boisselot said; Indeed, free-trade is the language of friendship, and so with this treaty, I hope that our two nations can foster a friendship to stand the test of time."

After their speeches, the two leaders signed the treaty, putting it into effect. The treaty outlines the declaration, and guarantees the upholding, of free trade between Luepola and Touraine, as well as basic cooperation measures, which are rumored to include joint military exercises. A small military parade was performed for the visiting Tourainian President by visiting Luepolan Overseas Forces shortly after the signing.

The public Luepolan reaction to this treaty has shown to be generally positive so far, with a 78% approval rating. Luepolans are overall hopeful for the treaty, seeing it as a much-needed economic boost, especially with the faltering relations with former trade partners, such as Da'Klawedi and Stasnov. Luepolans are also supportive of Touraine's policies.

"Touraine is a good country, and one that I think Luepola should have close ties with." said Liza Magaroví, who was interviewed on the street shortly after the ceremony. "Their ideology... ...is respectable. They are very protective of their freedom, and I believe that will keep them from sliding too far to the left, the way some of our former allies have. They are firm in their ways, and this should make them a promising Luepolan partner in the years to come. I hope Olikeron will try to strengthen relations further in the near future."

Terrorists Attack Fasnovan School, President Sends Condolences

Terrorists launched an attack on a school in Fasnova earlier, causing mass casualties among the student population and staff. The news has sent shockwaves and rallied support from across the region. Fasnova was the scene of a terrifying sectarian conflict in the late 80's, but has since been relatively peaceful. This information is the latest show of violence in what has been a journey from genocide to peace in the nation. President Petrovitch delivered his personal condolences shortly after hearing of the attack. He was quoted shortly after sending his support to the Fasnovan government: "I can only try to imagine the heart-break these families, these students, and these communities are feeling, I wish express my heart-felt sympathy and support for these people, and their government in this tragic hour. We must work together to see that such sick acts, devoid of rationality, are stopped in Southern Curente."

Returning To Reinforced Security

The President has expressed deep concerns recently over news from Cydonia, Stasnov, and now Fasnova over violent groups attacking them. "While we are certain, and fortunate that these recent outbreaks of violence are separate and isolated in force, we must still see the clear threat they present us. To see that we do not fall prey to this, I will be meeting with the respective ministries and military leaders to discuss what can be done outside our borders. Additionally, our borders will see an increased presence in personnel and security operations."

In Bavaria today, final preparations have been made for the upcoming international Football Tournament.
The football tournament is expected to begin on May 1st with all participating nations to open up with a bracket for the teams already having been made. With the growing coverage of the teams and their accomodations made in Augsburg, the games will take place over the course of a week with several participating nations such as Elesar, Carsodonia (Who will probably lose to Bavaria like last time) and Bielarus. If you haven't bought tickets to the stadium you're too late as all the seats have been bought up in the huge anticipation for the sporting event.

2 New Carsodonian Class Super Carriers have entered service and Carsodonia sends troops over seas?

HMS Putin and the HMS Nikolai ^

2 new Carsodonian Class Supier Carriers have just entered service today to bring the Carsodonian Super carrier count to a total of 4, their names are the HMS Putin, and HMS Nikolai, they will be stationed at the main Carsodonian southern naval port until needed. They will have the Naval version of the Carsodonian made CFJ-40 Quasar Multirole fighter as their main fighters. They have been fitted for immediate service getting their jets and crew assigned to them and put on them. We hope these two new Super Carriers bring a new age to Carsodonia who will start taking a more active role in the world and with International issues, as you will see right now.

In other news our President Vladimir Voloski has just announced to the press some surprising news. he said, "...Carsodonia will support It's friends whether it be militarily or diplomatically, so with that Carsodonia will be sending 2 Carrier Groups consisting of the Supper Carriers the HMS Leonidas and the HMS Akira. Today's Headline: Imperial Decree declares dual-national anthem policy.

In the capital today, the Tsar decreed that the nation's long-standing issue of choosing a proper anthem for itself had been solved "quickly, efficiently, and above all, exceptionally." In a competition started last month by the Imperial Family, the people of Elesar were asked to submit potential national anthems for the nation. The deadline for submissions arrived last week, and the competition could not have been closer. With pieces ranging from the original works of some of our nation's finest composers to those of nations far beyond our borders, the final selections had to be made with great care.

However, the competition came to a draw. Those in favour of the Imperial Anthem of Elesar's Imperial Family, Bozhe, Tsarya Khrani (God Save the Tsar for our international readers) won nearly half the vote, with an astounding 45% of total votes counted. However, there was a close second: The Imperial Coronation Anthem, or rather the first two minutes and thirteen seconds of it, won about 44% of the votes counted. Today's Imperial Decree settled the issue once and for all, declaring Elesar to be a "two-anthem state," according to the Tsar. It was later clarified that Bozhe, Tsarya Khrani will remain the Imperial Anthem and will be played at domestic events, or international diplomatic events in which the reigning Tsar takes place. The Coronation Anthem has been chosen as an international anthem, to be played at international events where the reigning Tsar either does not take place or sends another member of the Imperial Family in his stead.

Terror strikes across Fasnova as a terror group, identified as the Kamoriyan Justice Group, detonated bombs and opens fires in crowds across the country. With death toll rising over 1,000, and injury rate over 10,000, medical officials are overwhelmed by influx of injuries.

Fasnovan Troops, pictured above, arrived at the scene of a car bomb in Nuniya, where 27 were killed and 41 more were injured. The Federal Government put the capital on lock down, and then issued a nation-wide state of emergency. Fasnovan forces were ordered to mobilize immediately, and all relevant forces were demanded to be combat ready in three hours.

Fasnovan Troops battled overnight, killing 6 of the terrorists, but failing to track down the KJG.

Fasnovan officials have warned the surrounding countries that KJG members may escape north and cause trouble.

Weston C. Knight, better known as Banter Prime, has recently gained a huge amount of media attention, fans, and followers due to his recent boom in popularity on an international scale. His first single production, "I Can't Stop" (released on 10 April, 2015), took to the #1 spot on the peak charts of Hayabusa, Valaran, Carloso, Insaeldor, and numerous other nations in a matter of a mere 15 days, claiming it's spot as the #1 most listened to song of the year (so far) and the #1 fastest trending song to ever be released in Atlas. Atlasian youth and adult populace alike are constantly being drawn to Banter Prime's unique, positive, and purely epic sense of style when it comes to his music production. Already, merchandise bearing Banter Prime's logo are being bought en masse. Flide has blown up with millions of posts regarding him and his music. It is every young mixer's dream - a popularity boost on a huge scale. But only a few, like Knight himself, are willing to put in the work to get there...

Born in Hightower, Artalia on the outskirts of Golden Bay, Knight lived a normal, modest suburban childhood in the north. He wasn't really interested in sport, more in his academics. As a child, he was striving to become an expert drummer, and if that did not work out, he was set on joining the Royal Air Force as an engineer, as building plane modules was something that fascinated him as well. One day at the age of 16, he and his long-time mate Josh Blazek (widely known as "Uncaged Youth") snuck out of Bristen College to go see an electronic dance concert in the city centre, performed by renowned artists Roz and CG. Banter Prime reported to us that when he and Uncaged Youth saw Roz and CG play, they seemed to both have something click in them, and that click was their point of realisation. They wanted to be just like Roz and CG, but better.

Weston went on to deliberately drop out of college, very much to the disappointment of his parents. When they tried to re-apply him to another school, he simply refused, and told his parents that he knew what he wanted to do with his life. Soon after that debacle, he found himself sharing a beginners studio with Blazek, where they worked on seperate projects, slowly but surely enhancing their skills, and largely basing their works off of sounds familiar to the sounds that Roz and CG use. Although many of Knight's early singles did not hit the 30k views mark on VideoTube, the song that drew him a bit of attention was his take on CG's "Mindwave" in 2012, gaining 105k views, 900 mentions on Flide, and over 2,550 new followers. Meanwhile, Blazek hadn't released a single track, instead, he was working on a project that would take him 2 years, the song that we know as "Defensa Maxima", which still holds a spot on the Atlas Top 10 List today. Knight went on to release a new single (Timescape) with his own style to it, much to the likings of his loyal followers. Thanks to the new state-of-the-art sound systems that he had bought from the money he accumulated working as a researcher for Rhino's FAQ page, he was able to produce and incorporate completely new sounds into his works.

"I would say that my point of evolution was when I released 'Timescape' in early 2014. The sounds I used in that song were brilliantly put together, even though they were new and untraditional. Without Timescape, which was a largely experimental piece, I don't think 'I Can't Stop' would have beenas big as it is now," said Knight during an interview with an HBC reporter. With over 15,675,000 views, Timescape brought attention to Knight's ingenious way of making such untraditional and original noises sound like something out of Heaven when put together. Banter Prime made thousands in profit off of that song, and his fans began to beg for more on all of his social media page. Although he remained silent on his social media accounts for a good while, he answered the call of his fan base, and began working on the track that would become known as the legendary "I Can't Stop". While that was happening, long-time friend Uncaged Youth (Josh Blazek) had finally made his debut and released "Defensa Maxima", which climbed to the #4 spot at a fast rate. The lowest rank it has dropped to since it's release in the November of 2014 is #7, and the highest being #2, making it the current longest Top 10 Spot maintaner since Jade Bluewell's "Blackheart" (late 2011- late 2012). Banter Prime announced his congratulations to his mate publicly and was truly happy for him, but there was also an element of friendly competition going on between them. Banter Prime set his sights on releasing "I Can't Stop" as fast as possible, hence it's shorter length. It was originally supposed to be 4 minutes long.

The date is the 10th of April, 2015, and after a rather long wait endured by his fans and followers, Banter Prime has released the revolutionary "I Can't Stop", gaining over 10 million views on VideoTube and 4 million Flide mentions in a mere 24 hours. With an omnipresent bassline and a very well done melody on top of it, Kane LeClair (Owner, GKFM Studios) personally approached him and offered him a deal. Knight accepted, and with the help of Uncaged Youth and fellow producers at GKFM, released "The Scientist" as "I Can't Stop" gained more and more millions of views by the day and his publicity peaked upwards and upwards by the hour. Because of it's amazingly quick trend rate throughout the established and most populous countries, "I Can't Stop" holds the 1st place position with 757,028,973 views, an overbearing 100,000,000 view lead over "The Scientist", another great track by Banter Prime that holds the second place position on the peak charts. Since the release of those two tracks, experienced and highly-talented musical artists like the Cane Flute Men, Jade Bluewell, and VanityOne have expressed their congratulations to Knight, but also very clearly expressed their shock regarding how amazingly fast the man became the literal King of the music industry."We have tried our hardest and put all of our effort in to trying to be the absolute best and the most trendy band in the world, yet we have never even come close to the level of popularity that Mr. Knight has in such a short amount of time," said Remuf Keh Bob of the Cane Flute Men, a top tier band out of Carloso, "he is a young, ambitious kid with the right tools, the right friends, and the mind of a true musical genius. As he started to gain more and more popularity on the world stage, Weston Knight'a fans began to demand a tour for him, sponsered by GKFM. Comments from crazed fans seemed to be getting more and more frequent, that is until it was released on HBC that we at GKFM were working with Banter Prime already, pumping out new unreleased tracks on a daily basis in quick preparation for the "Born A Legend" tour. When I got the chance to speak with Banter Prime, he said that the only thing keeping him awake at the moment was his energy drinks and his constant inflow of ideas with the help of his team. He made no further comment. But later on, 3 days later, he emerged from the studio with an extremely overtired, almost hyper mentality, and stated that it was nonstop, constant work in thar studio. He said it was an amazing and truly fun experience, but it isnt something he would do again due to the damages that it does to his physical and mental strength. "Things got really crazy in there, sometimes. What more can you expect from 8 overtired producers? Anyways, I can't wait to kick this tour off," Banter Prime said, "all I need is a good nights (or two) rest and I'll be ready to take this head on. Be ready, world. I'm coming for you." Only just after that comment, GKFN released "Legend", his intro track for the tour ahead. It currently has a spot on the Top 20, and this was achieved in only 2 days. With it's growth rate, it looks to be the next challenger for 'I Can't Stop' and 'The Scientist'. Now, only a few days later and at this present moment, Banter Prime is playing live from Lot 7 in Edenguard, with hundreds of thousands in attendance. As seen from numerous videos of the kick off, the crowd literally extends out of the Lot 7 facility grounds and out into the streets of the capital. Prime Minister Milo Lepel has order 3 Crowd Control Police Divisions out to the scene, simply to make sure nobody stirs up too much trouble, but on the contrary, encouraged everybody down on the ground to have fun, and lots of it. Protests in Kshtavestapol

Early this morning, hundreds of young protesters gathered within Yedannya Square admist the commencement of trade negotiations with a number of countries by Navorgskan delegates earlier this month. The protests are supposedly aimed at getting the attention of the Navorgskan government, in defiance of the International Weapons Exposition set to be held in Kshtavestapol in the coming weeks. Thus far, local authorities have yet to make any arrests, and have formed perimeters around the city set to prevent protesters from entering the perimeters of government buildings around the city. It is estimated the the number of protesters has already fluctuated to around five hundred, though protester leaders claim that the numbers will grow to a thousand by the end of today.

A number of international critics and news agencies have claimed this protest to mark one of the many generational rifts among the Navorgskan population. It is notable that Navorgska is one of the few countries in Sempit that adheres to conservative and traditional values, maintained by the work of the line of Emperors in recent decades. Recent years have seen a surge in protests clamoring for civil rights throughout the fatherland, nonetheless, none have contributed any objective benefit from these sudden protests. The local authorities have stated that "... nothing has changed, and the [Weapons Exposition] will go as planned."

Violence in Kshtavestapol Erupts

Amid increased protests in Kshtavestapol, local law enforcement authorities mobilized within the city, working to disperse the hundreds of protesters that had gathered within Yedannya Square. By the end of the day, the protests had ceased with over fifty arrests made for supposed assault attempts on riot police officers. By the following morning, protesters gathered again as early as 06:00 SST, marching to Yedannya Square with numbers over a thousand, where riot police units had already gathered to fend off protesters from the square. The protests come amid the federal government's decision to propel itself into the international stage, discussing terms of economic deals and trade agreements with numerous foreign nations. One of the protesters claim that the purpose behind the protests is to "make the world see us, and to force the government to make changes for the better."

Public opinion has already shown a large support base for the protests, with 16% of public opinion voting in favor of the protests, though 68% of the public opinion were against the actions of the protesters, according to a recent study. Nonetheless, the internet and international media have highlighted these events, supposedly requesting permission to send journalists to the fatherland to report the happenings of the protests to the international community.

The protests took a turn for the worst however, at around 09:20 SST, when several protesters openly approached riot police units, publicly burning the nation's flag. The protesters were quickly apprehended only minutes afterward, as several officers subdued the protesters with batons, taking them into custody. The action provoked a response from the crowd of protesters, who began to gather makeshift weapons and rocks, exchanging clashes with local authorities at the square.

The clashes continued until around 12:20, in which the protesters now numbering several thousand, overwhelmed local law enforcement authorities in the city square. Reports of wounded among the protesters amounted to almost one-hundred afflicted, with local authorities refusing to issue a report of officers wounded in the clashes, if any.

ORENAIR NAMED OFFICIAL AIRLINE FOR CANE FLUTE MAN'S WORLD TOUR

SDE DOV - Orenair - Sde Dov Airlines (SDEX: O) was named the official airline for world renowned artist Cane Flute Man's concert tour "The Cane Flute Experience". A special sticker was placed onto a newly delivered Boeing 767-300ER, also named "Cane Flute Man" in honor of this singer's contributions to society and music. Journalists were invited to the Orenair Technic Hangar at the Earnest Thinley International Airport for the delivery ceremony of this brand new aircraft and tour the cabin. Upon the aircraft's arrival in Sde Dov, aviation photographers were visibly lining the perimeter fence to take photographs of this special livery. A water cannon salute was also performed as the aircraft taxied into the Orenair Technic Hangar.

This aircraft will be used to fly the singer to Sde Dov from his leg in Carloso. In the words of Orenair VP for Promotions, Manuel Roxas, he said that this aircraft will be in this colors for a year, or until the end of the tour. "Cane Flute Man is a world renowned artist, and it is an honor to fly him during the Sde Dovian leg of his tour. We are also proud to be named the official airline for his tour." Orenair's 767s regularly flies routes around eastern Curente, domestic routes and select inter-continental routes, ensuring maximum visibility for the Cane Flute Man's image.

Cane Flute Man, also known as Abdullah von Pineapple, is a Cydonian singer who has released numerous albums over the years and has done five world tours. His last visit to Sde Dov was in 2011 on his Careless Whisper world tour in which he performed in Sde Dov, Al Azizyah and Chereshlya. During his current tour, he is set to perform in the National Stadium in Sde Dov, and tickets have already been sold out in the 116,321 seat arena. Al Azizyah, Cabalonan and Chereshlya are also stops in the Sde Dovian leg of the tour, and tickets have already been sold out as well.

A recent proclamation by Carsodonia had confirmed the fact that they will be involved in the invasion of the Fatherland. Along with the Stasnovans, Carlosan and Sde Dovan militaries, the Carsodonians have pledged an amount of soldiers for the attempted invasion of the Isles. The Minister of Defence had stated last Saturday that the fighting spirit of the Sasutarian soldier shall prevail. Gas Masks, Water Bottles and Food Packs had been given out by the Sasutarian Red Cross for all Families. All people south of Independence Peak have been ordered to evacuate to the North as the enemy makes their presence felt on the beaches. A large fleet of enemy vessels have also been spotted South of Cape Lloyd. The Red Cross had stated that citizens who refused to leave their homes are to stay in basements or, preferably, a designated bomb shelter.

In other news, the Leader has said that the Military had never been stronger, that "thousands of tanks, planes and artillery pieces roll off the assembly lines every month". Cydonian and Ordian veterans have also expressed their faith in the new men of the armed forces, that the training provided by these veterans would provide all the experience the men and women of the armed forces need in battle. Veteran of both Ordia and Cydonian conflicts Sgt. Hamed Anwar stated in an interview that throughout the Armed Forces' 210 years of existence, it has "never been such a pervasive force in the world". There are an estimated 2.53 million Servicemen and women in the military, either Active or Reserves. Volunteers from the tiniest of hamlets have pledged to "rid Sasutaria of Communism" and Garrison militias have begun their patrols to keep law and order on the streets after last weeks deadly attacks by terrorists on a military installation in the Capitol. Construction Begins on the First Commercial Electrostatic Turbine Generation Station

Today marked the beginning of construction of the Umberampon power station in building 5, the once site of the infamous human experiments carried out by the past Empress. Trucks arrived carrying the massive base plate that was carried in on three different trucks which will secure the turbine to the floor as the demolition crew a few weeks before took out one side of the building to allow the large base plate to be slid in as the start-up company called the Tomorana Generator Company started building the very first large scale Electrostatic Turbine. In another shocking development the police have arrested 9 CEO's, the government won't go into very many details, but what is true was that the grey wolves recently published a Youtube video talking about their plans of cause a financial collapse and establish a harsh dictatorship. The police commissioner said today that the grey wolves were instrumental in helping us gather evidence against these corrupt business men and women, and with the new laws preventing them from buying their freedom, they will answer for the crimes they committed. The charges are high treason to the state which can be punishable by death via phenol injection, or a life sentence in a labor prison if they manage to get a lesser sentence. Adampians call the recent series of arrests justice for the people since these 9 companies haven't allowed their workers to unionize despite the new laws requiring a specific standard of pay.

Imperial House Passes New Union Laws

Today the Imperial house passed the bill the empress introduced now requiring all businesses in the state to be unionized. The recent major shift in working standard have made working conditions much safer and has shut down several factories for having poor working conditions, the factories are expected to re-open once the new safety systems pass inspection by the department of labor. Some businesses are against the new laws for unions claiming it will cripple the economy, the empress simply responded by saying it's the new law, those who fail to follow it will be tried to the fullest extent of state law. As the bill was passed many Adampians waiting outside cheered as decades of poor working conditions have officially ended with the new laws and hopefully curtail the estimated 25 deaths a month in the state caused by bad working conditions.

Continued Riots in Kshtavestapol, first casualties reported

Five days after the beginning of what was intended to be a protest against the federal government's domestic policies, the city of Kshtavestapol now lies in chaos as protesters and soldiers clash throughout the city. The violence began after protesters reportedly burned the imperial colors, wherein riot officers brutally seized the protesters and took them into custody, prompting protesters to overrun the city square and seize one of the city's municipality buildings. This prompted a response from the federal authorities, who ordered martial law and mobilized military reserves to uphold law and order in the city. Military forces quickly recaptured the square from protesters, detaining around a hundred protesters, and subduing many more, supported by armored vehicles, tear gas, and other non-lethal weapons.

The city has become something reminiscent of a war-torn landscape, smoke bellowing from the fires set off by molotov cocktails and other lethal makeshift weapons used by protesters. The use of these lethal weapons has prompted the military to do so in kind, resulting in the wounding of a number of protesters through lethal force. At around 07:23 SST, the first result of a civilian casualty was reported, though the protester's identity has not been released by local authorities. Local authorities maintained the 21:00 curfew, supported by the city's local riot police and law enforcement officers.

Reports based on interviews with soldiers stationed in the city allude to tanks to soon be sent to the city to support the military reserves, although this rumor has not been confirmed by military authorities. The soldiers continue to hold the city square, having sectioned off the northern districts of the city from the southern districts, where the violence has yet to relatively spread as of yet. The international weapons expo is still set to be held in Dyuvad Colosseum, along with the military parade which is set to be held in Yedannya Square. When questioned as to whether the military parade was going to be held, Mayor-Governor Alexei Stasiuk had this to say, "I cannot emphasize enough the foolishness of this violence. There is no need for it, and it only goes to show the true nature of these radicals. I intend to evict those who would put their fellow Navorgskans in danger like this from the city, they do not deserve to be here."

The protests have been followed by a number of international political analysts, and has been highlighted in the international media and the internet. Some view these protests as the signification of a generational divide among the Navorgskan population, believing that the majority of Navorgskan people desire freedom from the imperial monarchy. Others have argued that the majority of public opinion does not favor these protests, however, as evidenced in a number of internet polls, and cite that Navorgskan foreign and domestic policy is a beacon in a world of stagnant complacency and violence. The federal government has still yet to comment on these events, although it is expected a speech will be made by the Emperor soon in regards to recent events that have transpired around the globe.
