Upon arriving at his room, he looked around. Small, simple and uncomfortable, something about the room made him want to squirm. It looked grainy in a sort of way he couldnt really explain. Dropping his luggage at the foot of the bed and pulled a miniature note book and pen before sliding them into his pocket.

"Sir?" He said suddenly turning to the guard. As all Currousians did, his Ss didnt sound like they should instead sound more like a Z or ST would pronounced and it ended up sounding like "Zir?" He'd also hit his As a bit hard, making them long rather than short and drawing them out longer than they should be. Other than that, his english was pretty good. "Could you show me to the Warden or who ever may be his second?"
Guess what, I'm radical left

Neither Rodgers nor Mira were surprised by the tiny Spartan room. Having worked out of five-star hotels, the roachiest of motels, and everything in between, such a room was not beyond their ability to adapt. But adaption did not necessarily equal comfort.

They allowed the guard to leave, assuming that he would be back whenever they were needed, and wanting the time to themselves to regroup and recuperate. The moment the door closed behind the guard, Rodgers began, "I know this isn't the most ideal of cases-"

Mira put up a hand. "It's fine, Marcus. It's no problem."

"No, Candy. Anyone could see how miserable you were on the flight over."

"The flight was miserable." Mira leaned down and opened a suitcase. "Tengo hambre."

"Me too. I'm sure the warden won't be long."

Mira plopped on to the too-small bed with a fresh package of Maria galletas. "Suit yourself."

Alison eyed her room. The Halseyist Faction were not exactly... Well equiped when above in orbit, and although their groundside facilties tended to be an improvement they were still not much. So this room, as dismal as it was, was acceptable to her. A slight nod was given to the dull witted guard as she set her possesions, (minus the surrendered weapons) upon the floor behind her bed. Turning round, she leaned herself lightly against the bedpost.

'Where exactly might I find the Warden?'

She would of asked for a map, so the dirty business of scouting around could be done with some assistance, but the intellegent part of her brain was quite certain this facility did not come with tourist maps, or indeed, anything with the prefex 'tourist'. For now, simple directions would have to suffice, or failing that she would create her own map on the extended late night walk she was planning on taking. Assuming of course that security precautions did not mean those visitors taking such walks would be shot on sight...

Joanne quickly surveyed her room and its simple décor of bed, bedside table and dresser. She was relieved - it could have been a lot worse, and she was even told to expect a lot worse, but this, this was reasonable enough. Sure, the sharing-bathroom-with-other-people was a bit of a hassle, but hey, that's life.

She took one last look at the corridor, noticing what the others were doing - a few seemed to be asking for the Warden -, before entering her room and closing the door.

Joanne sat down on the bed, and allowed herself some time to relax after a very boring trip and some bureaucratic hassling. She hadn't really paid attention to the others she would be sharing the case with, and began thinking that this might not have been a good idea. Like it or not, they were all in the same boat. She might as well get acquainted with them, if only to make everybody's lives easier and not be a bother - making friends was out of the question.
Just repeat to yourself, "it's just a show, I should really just relax"

There was a good reason the rooms the foreign investigators were nearly bare. The KKS wasn't meant to have tourists, and visitors rarely stayed the night. Even the helicopter pilots usually were only there for less than an hour. The bathroom was even only put in as an afterthought.

The simple grey concrete hallway, now filled with guards and dimly lit by a series of overhead lights, which were also put in at the last minute. Rain continued to make its signature pattering on the roof and small windows that the rooms had, and the wind had picked up, creating a whistle as it moved over the walls and around the compound.

In response to the guests questions, the guards all replied differently, but the same general message came across.

The warden would be receiving the foreigners in the mess hall in 20 minutes, and the captain of the group that had escorted them to their rooms would lead them to the warden when they were all ready.

Twenty minutes?

That was more than enough for Mahree, she put her Rolling Pullman at the foot of the bed, taking from it her personal care kit, then locking it back once again.. She left personal notions kit - filled with such miscellany and toiletries as tooth paste, electric as well as old fashioned tooth brush, dental floss, several hair brushes & combs, blow dryer, manicure set, tweezers, a complete make up, nail polish and remover, feminine hygiene products, a small but complete first aid kit, a small package containing individual doses of several otc drugs for a variety of conditions, and a TrackStick Mini GPS several rechargeable but currently fully charged AA, AAA, C and 9 volt batteries and charger - on the dresser, but unpacked nothing else. She didn't feel the need to, she more completely unpack and use the drawers only if it apparent that they would be here for more than a few days.

Once that was done and she had settled her Burberry a little more comfortably about her, she looked expectantly at the uncommunicative guard, with her Go kit's handle in hand.
She stepped out of the room, bringing the heavily modified, and currently stuffed to the seams despite its voluminous capacity, Orvis Rollacase with her - she was not going to be leaving that in there for people to snoop into.

Her look clearly said that she was ready any time the guard dained to escort her to the mess hall.

Earlier
Leegis surveyed the room. It was bare, but it would do. He threw his small amount of possesions onto the floor when the gaurd left and quickly took his assorted tubes of medications and lotions, and took the pieces of the gun out. He cleaned them and soon his revolver was assembled. After making sure it would fire, he loaded it and slid it into a well-hidden pocket in his large overcoat. Sitting back after his maniac sprint to assemble the gun he looked over the room again. His mind turned to the prisoners on the island, and despite his reserved attitude he shivered. What a life, he thought, it must be on this island, if these are the good rooms...
Now
After hearing of the approaching meeting Leegis grinned. Though he had been apathetic about coming to the island at first he could now feel the approaching excitment in the air. This was going to be interesting.
