According to the consitution, following the death of the incumbent premier, elections are to be held immediatly. Recently Kim Sung-Nam suffered a stroke, and later died, and it is now time to elect a new premier. At the current moment Kim Il-Shang is defacto Premier of Kim Sung Nam.

Sir, Madam,

I'm shocked about the news I received this morning about the recent death of Premier Kim Sung Nam, I had a wonderfull day together with him a while ago during my one day state visit to your country and it's a shame this man had to die the way he died by a stroke. I hereby would like to express my sincere sympathies to his family and all people of the republic. Our thoughts and prayers will go out to all of you.

But eventually we have to go further with our lives, we cannot mourn the rest of our lives about Premier Kim Sung Nam so we hereby would like to express the hope and encourage you, the peoples of the People's Republic of Kim Sung Nam to go out voting today and make the difference.

Last but not least, The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde will support Sang Hyun of the Free Korean Party because we believe he shall be the right person that actualy might make a difference for the KIm Sung Nam people, both on economics as civil and political rights. He is also born and raised in a "political family" and might be the only person that actualy could take care for a peacefull reunification of Korea.
