OOC Post: I'm interested in putting something up here, but the Bentusi are an interplanetary civilization already, the trick is they use gate travel rather than space travel so they're not too advanced on that front. The idea I've got is that given their increasing encounters with civilizations with advanced space technology they seek to further develop their own for defense purposes: the knowledge of gained from the Lynxcian Space Program one way of doing so. But not too sure if you want an FT nation in on this.

Computing technologies are required and greatly appreciated. Lynxcian computers are incapable of the space station's needs due to their size, weight and number. Although Lynxcian engineers have knowledge of SABRE, the craft may have to be severely modified for use. If this is not possible, then we must unfortunately deny this part of your investment. Access to small nuclear reactors will certainly be helpful. I look forward to meeting your delegation as I and the Lynxcian people know little of the Bentusi.

The CDA will ensure that it delivers the required computing equipment to assist with the ongoing project. Furthermore, the Commonwealth has already begun the authorization process for the dissemination of nuclear technology to a foreign state. However, it must be stated that certain safety prerequisites must be performed by the People's Republic with regards to the nuclear technology, including but not limited to: ensuring that it remains adequately shielded if taken outside of the housing provided, it is not used to create weapons-grade nuclear material and the technology is not allowed to proliferate into other states which may not be considered capable of ensuring adequate levels of security and safety with regards to said technology.
The offer of the SABRE craft still stands regardless if the Lynxcian government changes their mind and after much deliberation we have agreed that certain modification may be accepted, although further details would be required.

The newly elected Commonwealth government has declared that international collaboration and relations should be at the for of the nation's foreign policy. As such, the CDA would henceforth like to inform Lynxcia that authorization has been received to allow your engineers access to a SABRE craft. We would like to officially express our concern with regards to the Parliament granting a foreign party full access to the most advanced piece of military hardware in the Commonwealth. As such, the CDA has required that the SABRE be demilitarized of all offensive and defensive weapons before being turned over to your agencies. Furthermore, you have not received permission to make any alterations as of this time, only to inspect the craft and ascertain what modifications may be required.
