Vice Minister of International Relations of the Sunrisian Second Republic Fîbrá Acíesên has travelled to Capsland as part of coordination between VU and Sunrisia on the crisis in Eikangaard, which both sides have been in discussions about. The “second-in-command” of the Department of International Relations has begun with Capsland as the starting point, but there are hopes that Vice Minister Fîbrá Acíesên would also be able to visit Lindenholt and Umbrellya, the latter of which is closer to Eikangaard and thus is potentially the most affected by the situation in Eikangaard. Visiting the remaining VU states is on the agenda as well. Recently, Sunrisian officials have been in contact with counterparts in Lindenholt and Capsland on the situation in Eikangaard as part of the wider VU–Sunrisian dialogue on the situation. The 2 VU member states have been the primary messengers of the Sunrisian discourse to the rest of the VU organization. The primary agenda of the current VU–Sunrisian coordination is the settlement in Eikangaard. Vice Minister of International Relations Fîbrá Acíesên lso acknowledged that Capsland has voiced past objections and constructive criticism of Sunrisian actions regarding the Baggnagian situation, also positioned in the geographic sphere or “neighborhood” around the VU, therefore, peace might be made on that issue as well, while the Vice Minister is in Capsland.
Back in Sunrisia, the Head of the Department of International Relations of the Sunrisian Second Republic – Minister Edén Sȏlítûdá, has appointed a new special envoy of Sunrisia for dealing with the situation in Eikangaard alongside VU partners. Cóllên Súâsar has been appointed as the Designated Diplomatic Agent (DDA) of Sunrisia for Eikangaard Settlement. Unlike Emissary for Alternative Contacts (EAC) and Emissary for Adversary Exchanges (EAE), both of which are special envoys of a higher-ranking, wider jurisdiction and more permanent missions, the DDAs do not require approval of the Convet to enter the position and begin their diplomatic objectives. Minister of International Relations Edén Sȏlítûdá has the power to appoint these diplomats independently, based on the Minister’s proper judgment and experience. This means that DDA Cóllên Súâsar can already begin his diplomatic mission on behalf of Sunrisia.
