Sunrisia And The USJR In Early Talks On The Azovskayan–Arizayi Truce

As growing tensions between Azovskaya and Arizayi have developed not only into armed clashes, but have now transitioned into an armed conflict involving official declarations of war from the parties, Aestin and Jamestown have already been in early talks of mediating truce between the countries. There are hopes to repeat the same success that Sunrisia and the USJR reached in Uszwa and where a truce has managed to last for a long time, up until some recent reports of cease-fire violations, something that the parties will also likely get back to fixing very soon.

Following a military coup in Azovskaya, the USJR quickly allied itself with the new leadership, even taking up the responsibility of actually placing Azovskaya under the USJR military protection. Although this fact might already signal that the Mortimer administration’s actions might mean that the USJR no longer possesses one of the basic qualities that a potential inter-party mediator should have, which is no biases and no favoritisms towards either one party over the other, a spokesperson for President Sánît Béâtídá said that this could actually be used as a positive factor. He said that the USJR’s military protection of Azovskaya acts as a deterrent to the possibility that a new front in this war might be opened on the Azovskayan territory, which means that a risk of the war’s escalation decreases with a limited possibility of the Arizayi counter-invasion of Azovskaya. In addition, it increases the USJR’s influence in Azovskaya, which means that Jamestown might potentially convince Novorossiysk to be open to the truce.

Meanwhile, on the other side, Sunrisia would try to stand behind the back of Arizayi and Aestin would likely identically be able to consult and convince Iksaya to open itself up to the truce as well. With continuing cooperative efforts, hope remains that Aestin and Jamestown might succeed in bringing the parties to cease hostility and switch to diplomacy.

Three Destroyers from the SAG Sent to Arizayi

Surface Action Goup Sent to Protect Arizayian Sovereignty

After the Arizayian and Azovskayan incident it became official that the new regime in Azovskaya declared war on Arizayi in retaliation. This action seems quite hostile and inappropriate for what had happened and perhaps overly aggressive than defensive military procedure. The Imperial Alyrian Government recently made a statement urging NVRSKSO to end military operations on and near Arizayian mainland, hinting that if this continues with failure to diplomatically end the situation then Alyria will make measures to ensure Arizayi sovereignty isn't infringed.

"It should be noted that previous actions made by NVRSKSO can perhaps justified to protect their maritime borders from territorial breaches however the decision to hold foreign citizens within the country against their will is unnecessary and breaks the international code of sovereign respect. We respectfully like to suggest that this situation can be diplomatically handled than end in a military disaster which not only benefits no one but risks the lives of innocent civilians from both sides. As of now we have ordered an evacuation of our citizens from Azovskaya territory and trade to ensure the safety of our people. If this is in any way disrupted with malicious intent then military retaliation will be expected. The surface action group(SAG) sent to Dogmana consisted of one guided missile cruiser, four guided missile destroyers and two nuclear attack submarines. This has been one of the largest naval units sent to a conflict from Alyria since the 90s. It's also suspected to have a full armament and supplies due to the previous heated tensions between Alyria and Vukmire, a VSSA associate, alerting the military to partial mobilization.

Keep War Out of Rhodevus!

At a press conference this afternoon, Queen Diana Wolff has states her opinion on the recent fighting going on between neighbouring Arizayi and Ophionite Azovskaya. The Queen has so far specified Rhodevus's neutrality in this conflict but made sure to point out a few things. "Rhodevus will not become some stomping ground of foreign movement. Any military ship belonging to those who are not out allies, which enters Rhodeve maritime waters will be given a single warning to leave. After this warning is given, if they do not heed it, it will be the last thing that vessel will ever do. We do not want to see an expansion of this war either, so we are advising all parties involved to reach a diplomatic solution before jumping to war."

Queen Diana went on to say that Rhodevus will remain out of this conflict until such a time that enough information has been documented to choose a clear side. That being said, the Rhodeve 1st Navy has been put on high alert around the Rhodeve mainland, and the 2nd Navy has been put on standby. The 3rd Navy war drills which have been going on near the Ile du Fleurs will continue without interruption.

In other News, the Commonwealth Governing Council has decided to review all military expenditures of the Commonwealth Army, and to introduce new weapons, planes, ships and other vehicles, while removing older weaponry from use. Eubatu has already asked to purchase the older parts from the Commonwealth. The Commonwealth Army will be reducing it's fleet of aircraft carriers from 2 down to 1, while increasing its submarine fleet from 3 up to 5. Other improvements and modifications will be underway over the next 3 years.

Bustin Jieber Arrested After Party Fight

A Varosi judge has sentenced pop star Bustin Jieber to 62 days in jail with bail or be returned back to Alyria while being banned from Varosa for two years.

The sentence compelled Jieber to issue an repeal of the lawsuit that accused him of assualting several other celebrities with a beer bottle while disrupting public peace within the party. Currently the repeal is being reviewed although it is most likely to be rejected due to pieces of evidence against Jieber.

Many fans of his has commented on twitter demanding that the judge cancel the lawsuit however to no avail has made any progress in influencing the case.

Aznazia Joins Rhodevus in Statement of Neutrality

Even as the war between Arizayi and Azovskaya grows in scale, Aznazia has decided to remain neutral in the fighting. In a close senate vote the resolution to stay neutral in the war passed with a narrow majority and was praised by Senate President La Pena. "I am glad that we have come together to renounce our participation in such a pointless war" she said after the senate session ended. She also stated that "this entire incident should never have escalated in the first place. The USA should have been brought in to moderate talks to have Arizayi citizens released peacefully instead of using such violence". Chancellor Pudikov also agreed that the war does not concern Aznazia but 'Aznazia is ready to defend our territory if we see fit'. At the same time the Minister of Foreign Affairs; Juliet Travis also spoke today during a morning news conference. "We have been in contact with Rhodeve officials since the incident first arose a few days ago. Both of nations have agreed that this is not our fight but that we will take action to defend our sovereign territory. I would also like to remind all nations that are supporting this war that this war is not in your backyards like it is for us. Aznazia requests that all nations that pledge support to the war to keep support down to humanitarian relief and to not jump into fighting."

Due to the proximity of Amity Island (a Aznazian Territory home mainly to a military base) to Arizayi, Aznazian military personnel have been place on alert and told not to act in an aggressive manner towards foreign warcraft. The commander of forces on Amity island; Commander Mercer, has been ordered to keep his forces ready but away from fighting and to evacuate all families on the island. Two Aznazian missile frigates have also been sent to the area but will stay well within the 12 nautical mile territorial sea boundary surrounding the island. Aznazian naval officials have stated that the Frigates are only there to help land base radars track airborne targets the come close to Amity island.

The Vukmiri Department of Defense has publicly announced the Vukmiri intervention in the Azovskayan- Arizaryian conflict, with Vukmire taking the side of Azovskaya. Azovskaya has been described as being a nation with similar economic, civil, political, and militaristic characteristics to Vukmire. The Government has stated it's eagerness to strike many economic trade deals with the nation after the conflict is over and potentially talk with administering the nation into the VSSA in some shape or form. Nearly ten thousand soldiers are bring sent abroad to help defend the legitimate government of Azovskaya from invasion or attack. Several naval destroyers, frigates, corvettes, cruisers, and logistical ships will be deployed as well, but to top it all off the battle cruiser flash ship will be attending as well, further seeking to aid the current government in any ways it can. Vukmire has announced its reluctance to stay neutral in the conflict as quoting. "An ally is an ally, and if that friend needs help then we will be there to share common interests and help defend those interests from foreign or domestic threat."

VSSA Chairman Becomes Chancellor

VSSA Chairman Niko Vyadmir has formally stated that he will becoming the next Chancellor of Vukmire until Haley Hannibal is found or returns. "After much debate between the Senate, The Higher and Lower Houses, and the Supreme Court the Government of Vukmire hereby declares that Mr. Niko Vyadmir will become the next Chancellor of Vukmire." States Prime Minister Ricardo Santegua. Vyadmir unlike his predecessor has much experience in the world of politics and has several post secondary degrees to show for it. Mr. Vyadmir is expected to take office sometime in November and will start his term with trying to mend broken relations with the west, as well as conducting further VSSA training and practices and improving rural infrastructure, lastly merging into the government as a separate branch instead of an independent entity.

Empress Tries Diplomatic Solution to Azovskayan- Arizaryian conflict

The Azovskayan- Arizaryian conflict began as a misunderstanding, and now threatens to start a global war. Rhodevus and Aznazia have chosen to not pick a side, but many Ventismarian and Ophionese nations have chosen to pick a side. Empress Ymira called for an emergency meeting to discuss what Rezua's course of action should be and created a statement with the members of the Upper and Lower Councils. This is the released statement:

Nations of Sunalaya, let us not begin another war too hastily. This war began because Azovskaya refused to return Arizayian ships, goods and crew to Arizayi. Arizayi tried to get Azovskaya to peacefully return their citizens and property, but failed and resorted to violence. Azovskaya repelled Arizayi's naval attack and now has launched a full invasion of Arizayi. Ask yourselves this, do we really want to send hundreds to their death because of a problem between two nations?

What we should instead do is force both nations to discuss this issue. Azovskaya must be held responsible for detaining Arizayian civilians and ships. Azovskaya must be required to return those things to Arizayi. In return, Arizayi could pay for the aircraft they destroyed on the way to rescue their people. If not this solution, then let us create on both nations will agree on, expect for war. We have lost enough human beings in this decade, let us try and build a better world for our children, instead of handing them a broken wasteland.

Empress Ymira also created a statement for how she felt about Engleberg's handling of liberals and homosexuals in their nation.

Kaiser Konrad, these riots are your fault. You have failed to be a leader of your people. You have ignored the voices of hundreds of your citizens, just because they are liberal, or because they are homosexual. You have no right to rule if you are not willing to listen to all of your people, you are, instead, a ruthless dictator. You have pushed your people to act in an illegal way because they have no other way of making their voice be heard.

It is time for you to take responsibility. You have caused suffering in your nation, and it is time to fix it. While I do not support these riots and the damages they caused, I understand these are actions of desperation. It is time for Engleberg to listen to opinions it doesn't want to heard. Engleberg must listen to the voices of all their people. If you must have damages paid, then you may fine the rioters or make them give community service, but don't lock them up because they tired to be heard. If a rioter was more than rowdy or just a vandal, and caused real harm to another person, then that case must be judged and dealt with. I request that you return any foreigners you arrested, so that they may be judged in their nations. Violent crimes will still receive the proper sentence, no matter which country someone is from. But that is all that will require jail time.

To prevent more violence, Kaiser Konrad, I suggest that you stop ignoring your people. This will only make them angrier and make them do worse things out of hatred. Be a leader, guide your people, don't simply lord over them. You must do better than that.

In addition, the Empress also forgave Newellia.

I am glad that the people of Newellia have decided to leave the VSSA. The nations of the VSSA have proven to be hostile and ultra-nationalistic, threatening the lives of not just their own citizens, but also all of Ventismar. The Rezuan Empire will receive Newellia back into a positive light and shall restore trade with the people of Newellia.

Azovskaya has declared War on Airzayi yesterday after mounting tensions between the two northern nations. Following the conclusion of Operation Crazistan Charge, the Fourth Surface Strike Group of the Dormill-Stiuraian Navy, the first to go out to sea in warfare since the Second World War, has been redirected from their return to Aldine Naval Base to meet with the Alyrian SAG somewhere in the Northern Ocean, exactly where remains classified. Last week, with Emperor Tanner III returning to Dormill and Stiura, the nations of South Stiura and North & South Felsinean, two among the Four Autonomous Stiuraian Nations and the only two among them to join the Dormill-Stiuraian Cooperation Pact, have announced that they will hold a referendum to vote on returning to Dormill and Stiura after nearly 60 years of being separated. The binding referendum in South Stiura concluded last night, with 68% of South Stiuraians voting to return to Dormill and Stiura, 16% voting to return with alterations to the political system of Dormill and Stiura (which included the recognition of the South Stiuraian Socalist Party as an official political party in Dormill and Stiura), 15% voting to remain independent, and 1% abstaining from voting. Today the Esotanan State Department has announced that Esotana will be fully neutral in the war between Arizayi and Azovskaya. Chemensia - After Newellia left the VSSA, hundrends of Chemensians began disliking the Newellians and even ask the government to force Newellia back in any way possible. Many Chemensians say that they deserve respect by Newellia since they helped the cities of HCR and Newellia after the war. On social media, the Chemensian people began trending the hashtag, #BringHCRback. Chemensians now say that the govenment's decision to not help the HCR was a bad decision and that the people of the HCR were christian brothers, who needed the help of our army. In 3 cities, mass protests began as pro-VSSA Chemensians began chanting "Force Them Back". Many Chemensians trusted Kaiser Frank I, and now they say he is a traitor to the VSSA. A group of over 700 Chemensians have left for southern Yosija to join the GGOS. They were able to enter the border since the GGOS controlled the border village of Sizegrum, in which they entered. They said they will be heading to the towns of Lujeborsk, Vusto, Kragsman, South Vumer, North Vumer, and Karmavigrad. These soldiers have said they are willing to defend these towns from any attack from either other militias or the army of Yosija. They have said they will pledge their lives to Chemensia and Republika Čamiskija. The Yosijans say they are now worried that war may start. Many say they believe is tensions keep escalating at this pace, war will begin in late November. The government asked the Republika Camiskija region to try and lower tensions and hopefully weaken the strength of GGOS. So far there has been no answer from the RC.

Konrad stated today that he was "greatly disappointed" in the new Kaiser for the sudden return to the system that had ruined the nation that Frank had just revived. Frank I was stated to be receiving the awards this week, but had cancelled the trip when he had removed Newellia from the VSSA. An excerpt of Konrad's statement states that "...The Englean Kaiserreich is disappointed in the actions of Frank I, but does not blame him. The new Kaiser is under constant oppression of the Kingdom of Rezua and their Queen who is relies on the manipulation of nations around Rezua to maintain her desperate grasps for power. When questioned by reporters on the statement by Ymira of Rezua, he stated "...If she believes that I do not listen to my people, she is wrong. In other news, the Azovskayan–Arizayi War has attracted the attention of the Kaiserreich after the support of Azovskaya by Vukmire. There have been many reports of Englean strategic bombers, mostly decommissioned first-generation forms of the primary "workhorses;" the Steinbacker Sb-129 "Donnergrollen" and the Steinbacker Sb-5577 "Brummbär;" taking off from air bases in Neu-Steinland and heading to Azovskaya through Dirkhistani airspace. WARZAILLE - Through the past couple of months, Umbrellya has been experiencing significant internal conflict, primarily from Pro-VSSA/Anti VSSA demonstrations across the country. More recently however, the topic of religion, more particularly: Islam has become increasingly controversial within Umbrellya. This trend has prompted the Federal removal of the Burqa from public view.

Several weeks ago the senate voted in favor of banning the borderline extremist SMB (or Muslim Brotherhood Party) from participating in elections nation-wide, following several unfavorable the remarks and actions of the party's executives and leader. Imam Zarcouvi, the party's leader, was arrested last Tuesday for crimes: Educative Hate Speech and Hate Speech against the homosexual community in general. He is currently awaiting trail, and a 6 year prison sentence is expected among officials.

Since 00:00 this morning, the federal government has officially banned the burqa from being worn in public. In private however, the attire may be worn freely. This ruling came after a vote approval rating of 79% percent, effectively lifting the robe from Umbrelliet Muslim women. Many female rights activists including Yzechimuld and UAO (Umbrellas Against Oppression) have expressed their approval for the new law, with one UAO executive stating: "The bill along with recent legislature will hopefully carve out the remaining religious and traditional inequality tendencies infecting Umbrelliet families..."

Several religious and foreign representation groups have called the new law "gross" and a "violation of religious freedom".

UMBRELLIET FUNDING INTO AZOVSKAYA

BENDOME - With recent global tensions increasing over the Azari-Azovskayan War, the government of Umbrellya has decided to immediately begin funding the Azovskayan military as an increasing number of nations have begun siding with Arizayi; including Umbrellya's bordering neighbor, Rezua.

A majority of the funding will be invested towards the Azovskayan airforce, and as a result, aircraft maintenance and repair costs will be significantly limited; among other things. The move was described as giving a competitive edge against Arizayi regarding air superiority and financial burden. Junior Prime-Minister Klaus Hypheggei has expressed his determination to aid Azovskaya over their conquest for righteous justice against Arizayi. Prime Minister Gdańsk made no comment regarding the move.

With future peace talks being organized as a result of the on-going conflict, blood and iron will be spilled in the water and soil of both countries. Even though Umbrellya has pledged military neutrality, neutrality at that isn't stopping Umbrellya.

Southern Chetko Province- Just this afternoon, a new large group of PMM militiamen marched on the towns of Garbak and Stilastrand. These soldiers were newcomers to the group. Currently, the PMM contains 924 infantrymen, 50 cars and trucks, 20 of those armed with MGs. The Yosijan defense forces has stated they will not yet intervene with the actions of the PMM or the GGOS. The commander of the PMM, Ishmael Salim, has made a speech today taking about his group and what they are planning on doing.

The escalating war between post-coup Azovskaya and Arizayi is the first instance in a long time, when one sovereign state has invaded another one. Harsh condemnations against either of the sides are currently being withheld by the international community as hopes for diplomacy remain alive and different peace initiatives keep arising. Countries are reacting to the problem differently, with some joining the war in support of either of the fighting belligerents, others declaring neutrality and calling for peace, while some directly engage in a diplomatic effort.

Despite so many different positions on this armed conflict, one trend or pattern within the international community has indeed developed in reaction to the war. The nature of this conflict, being an invasion of one country by another, has caused many to become concerned for their own security and for the security of their allies as many believe that a Pandora’s box may have been opened in regards to the security of national sovereignty, a question which applies to all sovereign states living according to the international law. Moreover, the growing international military involvement may build the scope of the conflict, as the arena of the fighting may no longer be just in Arizayi or Azovskaya, but will very likely spread to other regions. The Azovskayan–Arizayi War or as many simple call it – the Azovskayan War, is currently at the center of the international attention as one of the spreading fires growing beyond, however, the ongoing activity of the terrorist organization – the Bannerless Brotherhood abroad, including in Arizayi itself, as revealed not that long ago, add to the number of threats. Blooming civil wars, like the situation in Yosija, complicates everything even more, arising as another potential cause of instability in another region of the world.

In response to all of these factors, the administration of President Alcc Laēta started cursing itself for picking a terrible time to begin the reformation of the Creperian National Defense Force (CNDF). In search for alternatives, the President immediately prioritized his work towards direct consultations with the Ministry of National Defense. Throughout a series of meetings, where military officials were present as well, the parties had agreed that Creperia desperately needs to work together with its regional neighbors, especially the ones that have proven themselves as those that can be counted on. A bilateral dialogue on security cooperation was started with the neighboring Sunrisia, which later became trilateral as it was joined by Edereon under Sunrisian invitation. In order not to put all eggs in one basket and to explore all options available to Creperia, a closer cooperation with WeSTO was also proposed. As the Federal Republic is in close proximity with many WeSTO countries and possesses a treaty – the Creperia–WeSTO Affiliation Act with the bloc, the idea to finally put those cooperation obligations to use under this treaty was finally opened up. Skepticism was expressed over the idea as well, as WeSTO’s activity and strict commitment to mutual defense obligations by member states was questioned and with Creperia not even being a member, the ability on how much weight should be placed on the alliance was put to doubt. Nevertheless, the final decision was made to explore that option as well. The Creperia–USJR Treaty of Friendship was looked at as well, however, with the differences that the countries have had in the past in regards to international affairs, some officials have started to call the agreement more of a “non-aggression pact”, rather than actual limited military alliance.

All options had been looked through and a spokesman to the President has informed the media that neither of them has been rejected and remains at “a hand’s reach.” In the end, the government has decided to place more faith on the talks with Sunrisia and Edereon as the current number 1 option. In a trilateral dialogue, it was confirmed that the three countries have agreed to hold a summit among the leaders of the three countries in Sunrisia’s capital city Aestin, where all concerns would be addressed and an action plan would be formed. Rezua Begins Trade with Umbrellya

Starting today, increased trade will be promoted between Rezua and Umbrellya. Due to Rezua's vast mining network, Rezua will be exporting many valuable minerals among other finished products such as televisions, calculators, gaming systems, and even books. However, the real public interest has fallen not on the actual trade, but on Umbrellya's ban on the burqa.

In Rezua, there is almost no Muslim presence expect for Kurzera, yet the burqas and hijabs can still be seen, even if it is a rarity. Many Rezuans and top government officials are conflicted with the burqa ban, namely because many people of burqa support it. This is due to the fact that many women did not like having to wear their burqas because they felt oppressed. At the same time, devout Muslim women now have their beliefs in danger, a may even not leave their house so as to not break their religious codes.

What Parliament has decided is that, rather than banning the burqa, the Umbrellyan government could make it illegal to force a woman to wear it. This way, women can be free to dress however they want, while at the same time, Muslim women who actually want to wear the burqa are allowed to. Parliament asks the Umbrellyan people to be open to this suggestion, and to keep in mind the feelings and rights of others.

Prime Minister Dac Antésigañ to attend security meeting in Aestin, Sunrisia

Prime Minister Dac Antésigañ is preparing to depart for a security summit that would take place in Aestin, the capital of Sunrisia. In the international meeting, the representatives of three neighboring nations would meet to discuss the security problems that have the region worried and unsure whether stability would continue into the near future. The events around the world have already given life to the topic itself, allowing for it to live on as a very likely plan, however, with war having broken out between two sovereign countries, one of which is relatively not that distant, a push for action has taken place.

The understanding of the need for closer cooperation among neighboring nations and safeguarding their collective security has never been as prominent as now. The Prime Minister has become one of the primary participants of the summit by the invitation of the President of Sunrisia Sánît Béâtídá. As the time for the departure to Aestin is approaching, the PM has recemt;y held a large conference with the press to answer the questions that currently are the most concerning and cause the most talk. Having answered those said questioned and having given some information on the likely content on the summit, PM Antésigañ followed up with the statement:

”[W]e have a serious situation developing and we think that most countries are making the right choice on declaring a neutral approach and not escalating the events between Azovskaya and Arizayi which would only help it spread into other regions. I will repeat my point by saying MOST, not ALL, as a number of nations have taken the wrong approach by becoming directly involved. They think that they are doing something right or something heroic, when in the end, they really are not helping. Maybe some of them are not even concerned with doing anything heroic and are simply fighting for the protection and expansion of their national interests. Whatever the situation is, that approach is wrong.

The important thing is that most countries are doing the actual right thing and focusing on how to contain the problem, how to ensure the security of their own sovereignty and their military allies which they are identically obliged to and for placing diplomacy as a priority and the only real solution to this problem, to which Edereon is extending congratulations to most of the international community and stating that our position is exactly the same as all of theirs. Now, to be truthful, diplomacy is a slow process and getting the sides to a table might not be very easy. Even now, as we speak, the fighting is continuing and lives are at stake, so although we support the fact that most countries are withholding from intervention that would escalate things, we do not entirely think that we should all just be hiding behind our fences, while watching as our neighbor’s house is burning, praying that our homes don’t catch on fire as well. We need to help those people survive this period somehow, which is why our government believes that the international community could compile some sort of a plan that would help protect lives in either of the affected countries throughout that period, until the sides reach a cease-fire and start peace negotiations. We hope that this is one of the topics that we will discuss in the Aestin summit and that is the issue that I will be raising.

Now, apart from the situation between Azovskaya and Arizayi, we must also not forget that the Bannerless Brotherhood are still at large, especially in our part of the word as the latest events hint towards. Their last two notorious “works” were an attempt of another governmental overturn in Creperia, which although failed, has still resulted in a domestic military coup afterwards and their second emergence was in Arizayi, the country that is a subject of the war that has everyone’s attention today and which I had just discussed. The Brotherhood has cells across the world, but If you take a close look, they have primarily been very active in western Sunalaya. Also, knowing their history of having overthrown, attempting to overthrow or just having a goal to overthrow world governments helps connect the latest events together. They attempted to do something in Arizayi, the country’s military cracked down on them and the war which started off with an Azovskayan invasion started right after Azovskaya had gone through a military coup. Now, I know that other events have been described as having led to this situation, but try to think about the connection that I have just laid down in front of you all. Some might call it a conspiracy, but it is actually a theory.

Other potential threats are still out there as well, because we are seeing signs of civil conflicts possibly developing in others parts of the world, like in Yosija for example. It might be far away, but any armed escalation there would lead to the creation of another hot spot, which would threaten another world region and as a result, jeopardize the stability of our common world. However, that is without even managing about another deadly threat taking over the lives of our fellow human beings, whom we must care for, feel compassion for and help however we can, no matter where they are. The organization called the VSSA has also been receiving attention here in Edereon and its motives raise questions to us as well, as this organization does not seem to have any capable equivalent in the world today, which are needed to keep a power balance in the world.

All these questions and many more is what I and my colleagues from Sunrisia and Creperia will hopefully discuss and there indeed could not have been a better time for such a meeting than now. Some might say that we have already been procrastinating, but I would not necessarily agree with that, because this summit has been initiated right on time, after we were all able to figure out what was actually going on.”

Social Policy: Sunrisia Prepares To Vote On Free Universal Healthcare And Free Education

The parliament is in the early stages of preparation to finally vote on two social policies that Sunrisia has been wanting to adopt for a while. A little while ago, the Béâtídá administration has laid out the framework for adopting free universal healthcare and said that rather than it being of the potential laws or considered laws for Sunrisia to adopt, the government said to actually be actively in progress to make these social policies a reality, putting in a lot of time to make the project come true. As the move gained popularity, over time, the administration has revealed another idea of similar nature in regards to another social concern – education.

By global standards, education in Sunrisia has never been very expensive and students were rarely burdened with unimaginable debt, however, in order to make the conditions for education in Sunrisia even more available to all lairs of the populace, the administration considered the idea of free education as well. Both policies were approved with great public enthusiasm, with the healthcare reform proving popular among the elderly, while the education bill became widely supported by the youth and by parents. With support from the Sunrisian public, the government pushed the two bills forward and rather than depriving the people of one of these comforting reforms in favor of the other by voting on them in a time gap, the administration has decided that instead of voting one now and the other in the future, the legislations to adopt these healthcare reforms should be realized side by side. Currently, the parliament is setting up for the vote on these reforms.

Many diplomats within the coalition government say that these two reforms will require a healthy increase in taxes and although taxes do often tend to be viewed negatively and as a burden by citizens under global standards, the general high taxation in Sunrisia has only contributed to the people’s happiness, as each of the public services has been available to millions with fully equal good quality and without one service being better developed that the other because of favoritisms. Public surveys show that Sunrisians do not fear increased taxation, especially when the government has been gradually lowering taxes in recent times, while still being able to keep the economy growing and without damaging public services, their quality and their availability.

The Mad Man is Dead!

After a 107 day long court case against General Wakdu Mossen of the infamous Bannerless Brotherhood, the sentenced has passed and been carried out in Rhodevus. Many weeks ago, Wakdu Mossen, the famed general of the Bannerless Brotherhood Terrorist Organization and the prime orchestrator of the Senkarian Civil War, the Rhodeve Civil War, the Ispanzan Terro Crisis and the Eubatian Terror Spree as well as a leading cause to the Rezuan Civil War and thousands of terror attacks all over the world, was captured by Rhodeve forces. The general, along with 15 other high profile terrorist targets were captured near Ophion on board a small yacht, after their location was revealed through Rhodeve informants.

Their cases were brought before the United Sunalayan Assembly Court of Justice. The punishment that was sought, was the Rhodeve penalty for terror attacks of the Brotherhood; that being execution. After these 107 days of court trials, Mr. Mossen and 12 other members were given this penalty. One other was given life in prison without parole, and another life in prison with parole after 25 years.

When asked how Mossen wished to be killed, general Mossen replied with the Brotherhood Classic. This is the punishment generally chosen by high ranking Brotherhood members, to commemorate the founder of the BB back in 1891, who was executed via hanging in 1909. General Mossen was hung in Rhodevus along with the others chosen for execution.

This marks a new day in world history, as another major member of the Round-Table is dead. With all the recent news of the Brotherhood, and attacks made against the organization, it is easy to see how the Brotherhood is shrinking. Whether this will lead to less terror attacks in the future, or something much more sinister by the BB itself, still remains unanswered.

Ever since the introduction of the industrial age the mafia or groups similar has corrupted the country for decades. They've exploited the economy in multiple industries and been a part of several political scandals which has destabilized the country for some time.

Since the 90s the police force have also been plagued by internal corruption caused by mafia connections. Later in the early 2000s Varosa has asked foreign nations to help discipline it's police force and to an extent the military. With help from neighboring nations their strict discipline models has allowed the growth of a better Varosii police force.

NanoTech Infinite Unveils Wyvern.

The Vukmiri arms conglomerate and giant, NanoTech Infinite, designers of the Falken, the TMX ICBM, and The IV Stealth SLBM have currently announced their latest product in the making. The project, previously classified and hidden from the public has emerged in a speech earlier by the company's CEO. The project, codenamed "Wyvern" is a fifth generation fighter aircraft. Wyvern was demonstrated by a pilot over the speech today, it is estimated to have top speeds up to Mach 2.1 and will be fully stealth, having internal weapon bays and 2D thrust vector in engines to give it a completely stealthy figure and radar cross section. Using gained knowledge from the Stealth Submarine IV, the plane is expected to be able to challenge those of the west. The plane was rejected by Vukmire due to the lack of need and the price to fully introduce the plane, however it is available to VSSA and Vukmire aligned nations for the small price of 96 million. The plane is claimed to incorporate a completely unique airframe and electronic devices than any other KA aircraft.

With the introduction to Niko Vyadmir as Chancellor the country is expected to take dramatic changes very similar to WWII Fascism in the country's past. Niko has expressed his encouragement for local industry to grow with the purchase of millions of acres of land intended for industrial and financial growth regarding resource extraction and manufacture within the country. Protective measures have been included in the country's economy regarding the boycott of Alyrian ,D&S, Belantican, and Rezuan goods. Conscription was recently introduced to be in full effect during war time should it break out. The word is in, President Glendale is predicted to have a 84% chance of winning the election this year, as he leads his democratic opposition by a commanding 19 point lead. The ongoing surge in his numbers can only be described by analyst as a 'Conservative Revolution' sweeping the nation. What was a tight race has transformed, in just a few short months, into a Republican blowout. Many contribute the Presidents rise in polling to the death of the former Libertarian Frontrunner who had been shockingly beating the two oldest parties in Pantorrum, and the largest.

He isn't just winning overall. Glendale takes home the trophy in every contest. On the economy, he leads his democratic counterpart 59 to 41. When asked who would do a better job defeating Apant, polls favor Glendale, 68 to 32. When asked who would end the racial tensions in Northern Pantorrum, Glendale swings a slight victory, 52 to 48. When likely voters are asked who they trust more, an overwhelming 83% say Glendale.
His opponent plummeted after coming out in favor of late term, 8 month abortions. Her discovered affair, and the knowledge that she may have stolen as much as 81 million dollars from the state of Pantorra, which she may be indited for in the near future, has dropped her standing. It is unlikely that she will find a victory in what is slowly becoming a right wing electorate, that all but outright rejects her and the progressives all out.

The Senate and House elections are predicted to result in a stronger Republican Majority, with polls showing that almost every Republican will retain their seats in both the Senate and the House, but at least 9 Democratic Senators are at risk of being defeated by a Republican who leads them, and 86 Democrats find themselves in the same boat in the House. If this forecast proves correct, Congress will have its strongest majority since 1926. There's no telling whether or not this wave of momentum the Republicans are riding on will last, though. It's not the first 'Revolution', and all before have lasted only 4 to 6 years. Regardless of the future holds, the present looks bleak for the Democrats.

The new Republican House promises to push anti-terror and anti-drug policies, in addition to cutting spending and reining in regulations on small business. They have vowed to resolve the Social Security Crisis, even if it means doing away with it all together. They have touted the agenda of States Rights, and guarantee less restrictions on the purchase of guns. But regardless of their agenda, Senate Democrats have promised to kill every bill if the Republicans refuse to negotiate on their positions. Despite this, there is little such a small minority can do to stop the Congressional Agenda, especially with such a popular President backing the tide of the Republican Legislation.

RLPP protests growing in large scale

Since Ludwig von Gutenberg's father, Otto von Gutenberg, founder of the Arcadia casino/hotel, began to be sick, his presence in national politics has decreased, with vice Karl Abraham attending good part of his meeting instead of him. Due to presidential elections, Gutenberg's lack of presence due to the sickness of his father has affected his campaign.

RLPP's candidate, Laura Müller, has grown 3 points since the last research. Her campaign is strong, attracting people who aren't satisfied with Minarchis' political system, despite not being legally able to go too much far apart from what was originally envisioned for the country. LFP's presence in the House of Representatives is also expected to fall from 66% to less then half, with the parties SDPE and RLPP climbing in a frightening rate in the researches.

Protests also increased in the country, demanding for a minimum wage law and more worker's rights, so Minarchis' economy is taken aside and instead politicians began to focus more on the social aspect of the country.

Sunrisia To Lift Esotana Sanctions And Impose Sanctions On Engleberg

The parliament is currently in progress of voting on the removal of Sunrisian sanctions on Esotana in accordance with the intention that Sunrisia has had to do so for a long time now. The plan for such action was developed due to Sunrisian and Esotanan relations having started going through some normalization and both countries being engaged in some positive changes. The vote to lift sanctions would include all of the imposed forms of embargo that Sunrisia had against Esotana, and following the passage of a legislation ordering to do so and its approval by President Sánît Béâtídá, the sanctions would orderly be removed one by one, until all of them are lifted, seeing to how such a process cannot be physically performed overnight, according to officials.
