President Alcc Laēta has made a public announcement, confirming that Creperia had begun arming and equipping the Federation rebel forces, Konetyan independence fighters and countries fighting against the Union military forces in Azovskaya. The decision to begin providing military assistance came following a recent MDAA consultation on the situation in Azovskaya. After that, the President additionally consulted with the Ministry of National Defense and military officials. The final step was for President Alcc Laēta to address the National Assembly and request that it would vote for a military assistance action plan. The National Assembly approved the President’s request with an overwhelming majority and this time there were no conflicts between President Alcc Laēta and the Creperian Military either. Both had learned to work together well over time. At the moment, the Azovskayan borders remain closed by the Union and the USJR, but there is hope that with the changing situation, access would be granted to Creperian supplies. Humanitarian help to Konetya and Azovskaya would also be included and Creperia has stated at the recent MDAA consultation that it plans to increase foreign aid spending. What is more, Creperia seeks the defense budget to make up 3% of GDP in present geopolitical times.

Jéghegytörzsből Erupting in Southern Magashegyi

Jéghegytörzsből, Magashegyi's largest volcano at the size of 1,651 m (5,417 ft) has begun to errupt today. The volcano, located in south eastern Magashegyi, erupted in 1821-1822 but has been considered dormant since. This follows a series of nearly 1000 small earthquakes located near the mountain. It's first eruption, recorded early this morning, was smaller than what geologists expected, but they warn that further eruptions of the mountain could displace volcanic ash several kilometres up in the atmosphere. This eruption could also lead to electric storms. Earthquakes continue to be recorded in the area, leading volcanologists to believe that a second eruption is eminent.

Kingsbridge, Cill Airne - Only hours ago Parliament in Winchester voted on the fate and future of Cill Airne. Despite the majority of Cill Airiochins voting yes in the referendum - Parliament in Winchester has voted to block the referendum. Following the announcement, Prime Minister Blair Mumford stated "this is democracy. While the majority of them voted for it, the majority of us did not." Her comments have been described as racist, insensitive, and reminiscent of remarks made in the 19th and early 20th centuries.

Immediately following the reading of the vote count in Parliament, all Cill Airiochin MPs from separatist parties walked out of the House of Commons, stating they would not sit in Parliament following the decision. Promagistrate Cathal Ó Faoláin - and other Members of Parliaments - immediately returned to Cill Airne for an emergency session of government. PM Ó Faoláin stated that he had prepared the Proclamation of the Seven Kingdom's of Cill Airne prior to today's vote in anticipation that independence would not be granted.

After it was read in front of the Magisterium, the Proclamation was voted on. Although members of the Magisterium representing Eastern Cill Airne, known for its unionist tendencies, predictably voted against the Proclamation the majority of members present voted in favour of it. With the Proclamation now law in Cill Airne, Cill Airne has officially declared its independence, and that it will struggle to fight for it in the uprising.

Principles of the Proclamation:

• that the Rising marks another wave of attempts to achieve independence through force of arms.
• that the Sundering Blade, the Cill Airiochin Volunteers and the Cill Airiochin Citizen Army are central to the Rising
• "the right of the people of Cill Airne to the ownership of Cill Airne"
• that the form of government is to be a monarchy.
• that Bréanainn Dál gCais, Duke of Kingsbridge will be named King Bréanainn.
• a guarantee of "religious and civil liberty, equal rights and equal opportunities to all its citizens".
• a promise of "cherishing all the children of the nation equally".
• That the disputes between the unionists and nationalists are due to "differences carefully fostered by an alien government".

Following the declaration of independence from Westseaxnaland, copies of the Proclamation were handed out in the streets of Kingsbridge, while it was published online on the government's website. Key buildings in Kingsbridge, such as Newgrange House - the building where the Magisterium meets - as well as Kingsbridge Castle - the residence of the Duke of Kingsbridge, who has been named King of Cill Airne in the proclamation - have been secured by the military forces of Cill Airne. The proclamation has also confirmed previous rumours that the Sundering Blade and other paramilitary forces have joined together. Groups previously known as the CARA (Cill Airiochin Republican Army) have joined together to form the Cill Airiochin Volunteers and the Cill Airiochin Citizen Army, working closely with the Sundering Blade.

Members of these military groups have been deployed throughout Cill Airne. So far, since the Proclamation was passed, no conflicts have been reported between the militaries of Cill Airne and Westseaxnaland. Reports have come in that Westseaxnaland's military has been placed on high alert - and in some regions are on the move. Despite this, the government of Westseaxnaland has not made an official statement in response to the proclamation of independence.

Azovskayan Union begins organizing militia forces as international pressure mounts

Novorossiysk NVRSKSO officials released a statement today allowing USA-cleared aid "in compliance with the Novorossiysk Doctrine" although many believe it is just an attempt to ease tensions amid mounting international pressure. The Union is only permitting aid to arrive meaning that there will still be no armed peacekeepers, a referendum for Konetyan independence, or any other term of the Security Council Resolution #46. The statement goes as follows:

"The NVRSKSO and Azovskayans union will now allowed USA-cleared and inspected aid aircraft to enter Azovskayan airspace and territory and distribute aid to civilians. This is inacted in compliance with the Novorossiysk Doctrine which is still in effect and will be until states otherwise."

The Azovskayan Union has also now distributed weapons to and organized militia groups across Azovskaya. Many Azovskayan citizens have already been preparing for a potential invasion by a foreign power and are already joining these militias. This is likely in response to the mobilization of parts of the Rezuan fleet and is in preparation for a possible conflict with the nation. Reports have also surfaced of Konetya militia members conducting attacks on Union troops approaching Konetya and have had extremely successful results thus far. These troops are likely lead by both Federation and Pantorran forces which have been confirmed to be working together within the city.

Following the decision early in the morning to block Cill Airne's independence, the elected government of Cill Airne declared independence, via armed-force.

The Government of Cill Airne has worked closely with terrorist organisations to train a functioning standing military in the scenario war broke out.

These armed terrorists have seized key buildings throughout the Cill Airiochin capital - Kingsbridge - and has continued to seize towns and cities throughout the country.

The first conflict between the two militaries has occurred this evening, the Government has confirmed. A firefight broke out near the town of Ballyloe in Eastern Cill Airne. 7 Westseaxen soldiers have been left dead, and 3 more have been left injured.

Prime Minister Blair Mumford has finally broken her silence, calling the actions of those rebelling against their nation disgraceful. "When this war has come to a conclusion - those responsible for this will be tried. They will be thrown into jail. And under Westseaxen law, they will face the death penalty."

She continued on, saying, "may they sleep well tonight. Because they will not see a good night's sleep again until they have died." Her comments have been described as extreme, and only adding fuel to the nationalist's propaganda.

General Vincent Curnow, Commander of Westseaxen Forces in Cill Airne, has declared marshal law in Cill Airne. He has stated the Air Force will not be used in this conflict yet - to avoid major damage to cities - but if necessary the Westseaxen military will use bombs on Cill Airne to bring an end to this conflict.

Ka Po' Tun forces begin to Mobilize, Emperor denounces attack on Konetya

Today the Emperor announced the mobilization of the Ka Po' Tun Imperial Military and also addressed both the nation and the world on the Empire's stance on the conflict in Azovskaya. Many Po Tun citizens have already called for an intervention in the war torn nation as tens if not hundreds of thousands of civilians will soon be faced with the realities of starvation. The Azovskayan Union detailed a plan to starve the city of Konetya last week in response to Pantorran troops arriving in the city of Konetya, capital of the province of Konetya. The province is home to the Konas people, an ethnic group exiled to the province over one hundred years ago. Despite the lifting of laws prohibiting the Konas from living outside the province most Konas people have remained in Konetya Province due to discrimination from the Azovskayan people. The Konas have had several attempts at peacefully gaining independence, each of which have failed. The city of Konetya is home to 2.3 million people which are all quickly running out of food and supplies. The Emperor released this statement earlier today regarding the situation in Azovskaya:

"The Azovskayan Union and their NVRSKSO leadership are nothing short of a rogue state. They are deliberately starving a city in order to achieve their means, a city that they know cannot be fed and will take huge casualties in the event of a siege. The Union does not care and is continuing on with their plan. The Ka Po' Tun Empire is appalled at this and is mobilizing large portions of our armed forces in preparation for intervention on the behalf of the Konas people. We will follow suit with Rezua and deploy a fleet accompanied by a strike force and an aircraft carrier outside of Azovskayan territorial waters. We will not stand and watch as the Azovskayan Union massacres over two million people- the international community may condemn us, but in the end it is for the greater good that we prepare a force to intervene. This is not a declaration of war, but rather, the preparation stage of an attempt to liberate the Konas people from the Azovskayan Union."

The exact number of soldiers being mobilized at the moment is unknown but is estimated to be between 50,000-150,000 with soldiers from every branch of the military being called to arms. The Emperor did confirm that the Empire will be deploying it's Type 001 aircraft carrier which is capable of transporting up to 40 combat aircraft as well as a strike force, likely deploying several amphibious transport docks and amphibious assault ships in order to land troops on the ground if a war does break out. The Emperor seems to have been inspired by the Rezuans who also deployed their own fleet to the area. The Emperor praised the actions of the Rezuans and Pantorrans today saying he was "glad there are other brave nations willing to take a stand for Konetya." Whether or not the three nations are working together is not known to the pubic yet but it is likely that they are in communication due to their common interests and goals in the conflict.

Captain Amanda Naive Speaks In Front of the General Assembly via Video Broadcast

Captain Amanda Naive, current commander of the United Sunalayan Assembly Peace Keeping Mission in Azovaskya spoke to the GA in Jamestown, USJR through a video transmission earlier today. She and her forces, which includes the USA owned aircraft carrier and naval fleet had reached the coasts of Azovaskya a few days ago, only becoming fully prepared to take on their responsibilities yesterday. Speaking to the assembly, she said, "The USA fleet is ready and prepared to land all aircraft flying over Azovaskya or on route to Azovaskya to check for materials deemed in disregard for the USA Resolution. We will make sure that necessary medical supplies and foodstuffs reach the people who need it. Even with the NVRSKSO not allowing in USAPKs to conduct a referendum nor investigate activities, we will still be working towards these goals to the best of our abilities. Those in Konetya have yet to even discuss the possibility of a legal referendum, choosing only to continue to fight. This makes it seem as though the Konetyans are only interested in fighting Azovaskaya, and not working towards creating a fully functional, stable and legal government when they do become a country."

She continued to discuss more about the missions, detailing her weekly and monthly plans on how to coordinate planes and supplies.

The Rhodeve Government Discusses its Neutrality on Azovaskaya

In a press conference this morning, Acting Queen, the Princess Heir Sierra Everen-Abrams spoke at length about the situation in Azovaskaya.

"Rhodevus has always hoped for peace in this situation, that seems to be continuing to spiral out of control, thanks to those nations who choose to disregard the USA and the international law it upholds,as well as those in the governments of Konetya and Azovaskaya, who refuse to discuss a referendum, nor even diplomatic talks to end the fighting. Rhodevus will be remaining neutral in this revolutionary war until such a time comes that the USA finishes their investigations and other actions in the countries. We will be providing food and medical aid to those in need, as per the USA resolution on the matter."

The Princess Heir answered multiple questions as well, including one pertaining to Queen Diana. "Do you think Queen Diana would endorse you decision to remain neutral?"
Sierra responded by telling the press, "The queen chose me as princess heir because she trusts my judgement and experience. While we are different people and do not agree on everything, I can 100% confirm that she will understand the decision that myself and the senate have come to and that she will trust me to do my job in protecting Rhodevus and Rhodeves, properly."

Rhodevus is a Slanting-Neutral on Westseaxnaland and Cill Airne

Rhodevus has confirmed its neutrality on the matter of Westseaxnaland and Cill Airne, which just recently had a referendum allowing for its independence. The reasoning behind its neutrality, is that Westseaxnaland is an ally of Rhodevus. The government did say that it will be pressuring Westseaxnaland to respect the referendum it held and allow for independence as the people want. In a poll of some 10,000 Rhodeve citizens, 83.4% support Cill Airiochin independence from Westseaxnaland with 10% being neutral on the issue.

Rhodevus to Send more Soldiers to Molenston

With the issue of Molenston and the Bohin flaring up once again, Rhodevus has sent an additional 1,000 soldiers combined to its 3 military bases in the nation of Molenston. It has long been known that Rhodevus does not send soldiers elsewhere in Molenston without the Malesti government's explicit permission. This is due to the strong combined forces of Malesti Honour and the Rhodevan-Malesti Alliance, which forms a strong political bloc in Rhodevus. Malesti Honour is the common name for the Molenstoni people's need to have everything be seen as fair and 'on the table'. Molenston will rarely let soldiers into its country from abroad unless it absolutely needs them, preferring to do things for themselves. Even back in World War 2, Molenston refused to allow RPP ships to land in the country for nearly a month while they fought against the Bohi forces.

The other factor is the Rhodevan-Malesti Alliance, which unified the Rhodevan Native people in Rhodevus to the native Malesti in Molenston. Both often try to work together on issues regarding native rights in their respective countries, as well as making sure that the government respects certain beliefs shared by the other. In this sense, with nearly a quarter of the senate comprised of Rhodevan Native or mixed-blood politicians, any bill put forward to send soldiers to Molonston's border with The Bohin would be shot down fairly quickly.

That being said, the 1,000 extra soldiers will be there as an added reinforcement for if and when Molenston calls in for international aid, should the situation between the Bohin and Molenston deteriorate further. As of now, there have been no attacks since Sunday's brutal two-hour firefight, which left 14 dead on both sides and 6 wounded.

Queen Weighs In On Current Events
Today, Queen Karen made a press statement regarding current events around the globe. However, it's known that she is very dissatisfied with the current state of the world, especially when regarding the ongoing conflict in Azovskaya, in which multiple parties are engaging in not peace talks, but borderline acts of war among each other. Her statement was taken in the rotunda of the Parliament Building late this morning, right before she departed for Ventura to oversee the planning for the Commonwealth Games in 2020.

"Greetings to you all. As you know, the world is in a state where things are under a lot of pressure, and that we're on the brink of a third world war. All of this is currently centered around the disputed areas of Azovskaya, where there is too many unanswered questions, and too many sides of the conflict converging on one area in particular, which is Konetya, a city that wants to be independent from both the former Federation and the military government of the Union. On the topic of the Union, I am announcing that at this time, the Royal States has decided to declare the Union of Azovskaya a rouge state, citing that the Union is going against the people's will in Konetya and Federation-held areas. The Union will also be placed under sanctions by the Royal State, however, no sanctions will be placed on the Federation. Furthermore, I am disappointed as well in the USA, as I have felt that the resolution conducted has not weighed in all factors from all viewpoints, and that the resolution the was thrown together without much thought. Yes, they will attempt to keep whatever peace there is and they will distribute the aide needed, but I do not see a proposal for a democratic referendum to determine the fate of Konetya. It feels biased towards the Union, which as far as I'm concerned, is ran by terrorists who are afraid to reveal themselves and instead like to hide in the shadows like the reptiles they act like, these scumbags just happen to call themselves "NVRSKSO". As for Pantorum and Rezua, I commend their actions for showing support for Konetya, which should have a say in it's future rather than having it be dictated by the world. It's their choice, not ours, and because of that, the Royal States will not be sending any form of personnel to Azovskaya. To make it clear, I do not hate the USA, as I still see some hope in it, but I'm disappointed in their handling of this, and that is was caused by nations wanting it to be biased in their favor, it's kind of a shame really, when the organization could do better.

Moving on to what has happened in Ventismar, all I can say is that with the issue of the United Kingdom, I have believed that Cill Airne and Westseaxnaland need to be separate nations, there are many cultural, political, and historical differences that provide enough reasoning to why they should be. But there is a catch, because if the United Kingdom does separate, there could be unforeseen repercussions relating to economic and political stability, as well as potential defense and public safety issues that could also be a side effect. Both nations would face these challenges. But, while I do respect the Cill Airiochin movements, I would like to see a more peaceful approach, or if violence does break out, it stays low, because most people would continue to live a normal life rather than living in a warzone. So what I do ask for is to use diplomacy, I feel it may be more beneficial than using outright force, but that is not for me to decide.

On a lighter note, I'm happy to say that in preparation for the 2020 Commonweath Games in Ventura, that construction of the new facilities and renovation of existing ones is carrying on faster than expected, as the city has deemed the old industrial area where a large amount of these stadiums will be located safe enough and more economical than purchasing residences and businesses. One of the firms responsible say they are expecting completion of a vast majority of the facilities by late 2019. The city has also has new transit plans that it says will be ready by 2020, including planning the stadiums to be integrated with the public transportation systems, such as Ventura Metro and Ventura County Transit, which both plan to bring in light rail and a new metro line into the area, as the roads around the stadium will be closed off to private vehicles, as because this is an event showing great physical feats, then the spectators can at walk from the garages and lots to the stadium, and if they're lazy, they can use a shuttle bus or a taxicab to take them. So with the focus of getting there being centered around walking, cycling, or public transit, it will overall be a better time for all, and of course, parking will be not too far away, and plentiful, for those who are coming by car. Another idea we are going to make a part of the 2020 Games is the charm, the soul if you will, of Ventura. It's music, food, attractions, lights, and vice bring visitors near and far. We want the athletes and visitors to not only experience the thrill of the Commonwealth Games, but the proud city in which it's hosted in.

She then answered several question for about 45 minutes before dismissing herself, as she needed to attend to affairs relating to the Commonwealth Games.

Azovskayan Union Agree's to Humanitarian Aid in Konetya

Following what can only be described as immense international backlash, the Union has agreed to allow USA Peacekeepers to supply aide to the city of Konetya. The move is a welcomed sign of what is hoped to be decreased hostility from the rogue state. The move had Defense experts at the Ministry stunned earlier today, and said in a press conference that we would also be allowing humanitarian efforts in the city. The Defense Minister spoke on it today.

"Of course USA Peacekeepers can deliver aide into the city. It is welcomed, and we were always in support of it. Even more so, we were in support of a Referendum. We hope that in the coming days, the Azovskayan Union might come around to our point of view and allow a Referendum to be held in Konetya. Lets avoid bloodshed. The rest of Azovskaya supports the Union, and we will recognize it as a legitimate government if it begins to act like one and honor the independence of Konetya. I urge Union leadership, lets sit down and work out a solution. Come to the table willing to set Konetya free, and we will remove our blockade and help rebuild the damage Azovskaya has endured during these trying times. Work with us, and we can work with you. Similiarly, I call on Federation Leadership in Konetya. Openly embrace the idea of a USA Referendum, and show the world how much you want the chance to be free."

Pantorran troop's remain on standby, and on the ground press report that supplies for Pantorran Troops are running low. Without permission to land food and water, General McEllester said that Pantorran forces could run out of crucial items by the end of the week. The Deputy Defense Minister would go on to urge the USA to allow for Pantorran forces to resupply with military aircraft.

"We urge the USA to reconsider it's position on military deployment into Konetya. Union forces continue to amass outside the city, and until they show a willingness to negotiate, we need to keep our troops on the ground as the one and only deterrence to their invasion. To keep them there, we need food. We need supplies, we need personnel replenishment. We need more vehicles. We can't defend Konetya if the USA keeps preventing our deployments. If Konetya falls, it will be a thousand times harder to retake. And a referendum will never happen."

Calva...a rogue state?

Following Pantorran defensive actions in Konetya this week, one nation has taken offense. The lone state of Calva, a moderate sized nation, located on the northern most sub-continent of Neptorea. The country, which claims to have advanced nuclear ICBM capabilities, threatened to launch a strike on Pantorrum should we not withdraw from Konetya. The claim resembles threats made by rogue states around the globe in the past. The sudden aggressive action has brought many in the Ministry of Defense to ask one simple question: Is Calva a Rogue State, and if so, what do we do about it? The Defense Minister tried to shed some light on these surprising events in a Press Conference held moments ago.

"Look, it's pretty obvious that Calva isn't a stable, first world country like us. Whatever threat these belligerents levy against us is unlikely to pass. Even if Calva did have the capability to launch a nuclear strike almost 10,000 miles, we are fairly certain that it could be intercepted. Either by naval assets on their way back from deployment near Ziamban or by ground based missile defense systems located around the country. But that isn't even something we're considering as a possibility. Calva probably doesn't even possess the capability to launch such a strike. And even if they did, the punishment from the international community would be crippling. No nation, in its right mind, would launch an attack on a non-hostile, civilian population. Now, the fact that Calva would make such a threat shows that they are unstable, and cannot be trusted by the international community. The King has begun reviewing options for the placing of Sanctions on Calva for the threat, and will likely see out USA General Assembly condemnation. We will not let this uncalled for aggression grow unchecked."

The Defense Ministry rarely takes threats of this magnitude seriously, given the unlikelihood that they would ever occur. The development was rather quickly followed by Calva making similar threats to the rather peaceful country of Westseaxnaland. No word from the countried own Defense Ministry yet, but they are likely to condemn the threats as well. The potential for an international incident with Calva remains low, according to defense experts here at PNN.

Ka Po' Tun becomes an Unlikely Ally

The sovereign state of Ka Po' Tun, an Imperial country located in Ophion, has begun mobilization of its own forces in preparation for war in Azovskaya. The native Ophion country has taken sides with the people of konetya, and denounced the inhumane actions of the Azovskayan Union. Reports indicate that somewhere between 50,000 and 150,000 personnel are being prepared for war, a sign of a serious commitment to the cause by what may become a new ally to Pantorrum. The Defense Minsiter noted how valuable an ally Ka Po' Tun could prove to be.

"Ka Po' Tun is a fair and reasonable state, upholding the core values that we here in Pantorrum also believe in. I see no reason that we cannot work with them and help bring peace and freedom to Konetya. If we form an alliance, the positioning of our forces within their boarders would greatly expand our strike options against the Union. We are still hopeful, though, that a peaceful resolution can be reached."

Following the expected decision of the Cill Airne people to seek independence, the parliament of Westseaxnaland made a move to block the referendum's purpose. Despite a sizeable majority seeking independence, their Parliament confirmed in a landslide vote that Cill Airne would not be getting independence. The situation quickly escalated as Cill Airne would go on to declare independence anyway, despite the decision of the Westseaxnaland Parliament. The Prince, in his first public address, gave some hopeful advise to the influential Ventismar nation.

"I strongly urge the Parliament of Westseaxnaland to reconsider it's decision. It is not to late to avoid total collapse of your country. A war in Cill Airne could be devastating. And the people of Cill Airne have opted almost overwhelmingly to seek independence. It is your duty as a good government to uphold the demands of the people, and grant exactly what it is they demand. We will remain neutral regardless, but we do hope you will reconsider and avoid bloodshed in Ventismar.

The Prince has been making more and more public appearances as he prepares to take control as King on Saturday. The young 21 year old will be one of the least matured King's in Pantorrum's history. His words were surprising to some, who see him as inexperienced and likely to start a major crisis. It did little to sway public opinion, as the Prince remains extremely unpopular.

Parliament Movement Holds Major Protest

The movement for the reinstatement of Pantorrum's long retired Parliament held a large demonstration in Comriar today, near the gates of the Palace of Cormiar. The palace is the home of the reigning Monarch, who likely watched the demonstrations unfold. Nearly 15,000 peaceful protestors held up signs with statements such as, "Give our Voice Back" and "We Want Representation". The movement, which ahs gained major national traction, continues to make headways. The Prime Minister spoke on the call for a Parliament today.

''Personally, I think that an official Referendum should be held. I think that the people should get a chance to decide at the polls. And then the King should take that information, and make a sound decision as to what needs to be done. Ultimately, the decision lies with the King and his Heir Apparent, who will soon take the role of His Majesty the King. Whatever is decided, Pantorrum and the world should know that we have the best interest of the Pantorran people at heart."

The statement has gained traction amongst the movement, which has begun calling for a national referendum. The Ministry of State has said they haven't received any orders to begin preparations for a massive referendum, but cautioned not to rule out the possibility. These things take time, and King is expected to leave the decision to his Heir anyway.

Belantica and Rhodevus not Interested in Deploying Forces

In a press conference today, the Queen of Belantica declared that they would not be deploying any forces for the Defense of Konetya. Rhodevus similarly declared neutrality. The difference wa sthat Belantica expressed strong support for efforts being taken to secure Konetya, and called out the Union as a terrorist run organization.
Belantica also declared the Union a rogue state, citing that they have gone against the will of the Konetyan people. Similarly, they expressed disappointment in the USA for it's sloppy handling of the situation, calling the resolution biased toward the Union. They would go on to commend our efforts, and those of Rezua, for supporting the Federation and protecting Konetya.

Rhodevus had a very different tone. Acting Queen Sierra Everen-Abrams claimed the situation is spiraling out of control, making a slighted jab at Pantorrum by commenting that the situation was made worse due to disregard for USA and international law. The statement is expected to do serious diplomatic damage to the relationship Pantorrum had previously shared with Rhodevus. The Minister of Foreign Affairs spoke on the situation today.

"We are greatly disappointed in Rhodevus for its obvious complacency and toleration of the Union, which has so far made no efforts to support democracy or the tenants that we as an international community share. Furthermore, the king expressed personal insult at the claim that we have made the situation worse. This statements are without basis, and they seem to be blinded by the ineffective USA. We have always considered Rhodevus a close friend, but if they continue to insult us and make such claims, we aren't sure where our relationship will end up.
"As for Belantica, we entirely understand their reasoning for not wanting to be involved. they clearly recognize that the Union is a serious danger, and we honor echo their beliefs. We are glad to say that we aren't alone in recognizing radical governments where they are, and condemning them for what they've done. Belantica shares our deepest values, and for that we will forever be friends."

The Ministry said they don't expect a response from the Rhodeve government, and will currently be discussing how to move forward with the many trade deals and pacts shared with them. Could this spell the end of Rhodevus-Pantorran cooperation? We'll bring you more on that story it develops.

Volcanic Eruption Shakes Magashegyi

In other news, a small series of Earth Quakes have emitted from around the long dormant volcano located in southern Magashegyi. The Volcano, Mt. Jéghegytörzsből, is the nations largest. It has been dormant for nearly 200 years, but has recently reawakened. A small eruption occurred this morning, following thousands of small earthquakes. The ash could hinder air travel to certain parts of the world, according to the Ministry of Transportation. The Assistant Deputy Minister for Air Travel outlined certain countries that could be blocked by ash should the mountain erupt.

"Magashegyi is located in Central Ventismar, just north of Romaleus. Should a major eruption occur, ash could cause major air travel incidents to parts of Romaleus. Additionally, hazards would be created for travel to Rezua, Northwestern Sangaria, Pergen, and possibly Umbrellya. Given our current models for wind directions, we've decided to ground all flights departing for these countries. This is done in the interest of Safety. The volcanic ash could cause engine troubles, and result in downed aircraft on a massive scale. To prevent a major catastrophe, no flights will be departing for these countries for the next week. If you had travel plans, flights to surrounding countries remain active. The ministry is willing to refund any tickets bought for travel to these countries."

Despite Cill Airne voting on independence in a referendum, the parliament of Westseaxnaland has blocked the possibility for the potential new sovereign state to secede. At the moment, the Westseaxen Military is gearing up for operations in Cill Airne, blaming that terrorists had become active there. A second, much larger eruption from Jéghegytörzsből has been reported by the People's Republic's Volcanology and Geology Department. Scientists from the nation have stated the sound of the eruption could be heard for kilometres around as the top chamber of the volcano exploded from pressure built up by magma in the chamber producing steam.

Ash, smoke and debris from the second eruption has already begun to cover the sky, surrounding most of Magashegyi. This eruption has sent ash up into the atmosphere, to approximately 35,000 feet into the air. The plume is expected to cover most of central Ventismar during the eruption, which could last days to months. Scientists have stated with current wind patterns the plume has the potential to reach eastern Sangaria and possibly western USJR.

The President also commented on the Exilarch's remarks and endorsement for Cill Airiochin independence. "The Exilarch's remarks are… concerning. They mark a discord." The President also stated he had placed his ow people in danger. After 3 Yaramaquese-descendants were killed Qazvin by a group of Eranian teenagers. "Their people support a weakened Eranshahir. 7 Left Dead in Deadly Attack Today

Tragic and horrific. That is how police inspector James Connolly described this morning's attacks in the capital city of Soursis, Castletown-Berehaven. The attack occurred at around 10:30 AM on Thursday morning at a protest outside the capital building. Protesters, demonstrating calling for the government of Soursis to support Cill Airne during its struggle for independence, reported a group of men entering the area. Nearly 63% of Soursisians identify as Cill Airiochin descendent. Soursis was one of Cill Airne's major colonies before being taken over by Westseaxnaland in the 1800s.

The group of men began attacking protesters in the area with a knife. 4 Men had their throats sliced open. Around a dozen of others had been stabbed by the group before police shot the men responsible for the attack. 9 people are in hospital after the attacks today. The government has issued a statement saying the attacks were a travesty, and demonstrate a clear divide through out the Westseaxnaland commonwealth. Soursis' parliament is set to meet on Friday to debate support for Cill Airne in this struggle.

Several party deputies of the right-wing have come out and voiced support of Cill Airiochin independence during today's weekly General Assembly meeting. Following the Independence referendum, which passed by a clear and crushing majority in Cill Airne, the United Kingdom had deployed military assets in the area to quell the nationalist sentiments resurging back. The Confederation Admits to Forced Labor!

The Confederation of North Pergen has recently been accused of using anarchists captured in battle as forced labor in several of it building projects. This has now been confirmed by the Confederation Council. Further allegations that are more salacious involving female prisoners have been denied. The Council has issued insurances that the prisoners are treated well and only work under normal working conditions.

Most of the work has done by the prisoners appears to be a series of walls and defensive structures. Anarchist Professor Hamid Louis argues this is especially cruel as anarchists have been against walls and boundaries of any kind.

The walls are made mostly of concrete, some poured on site, but most of it made into large bricks and distributed to the various work sites.

One work site of special interest is the Confederation Army encampment on the Kaltbach. The encampment was formed directly following the battle of Ernstpass. Since then the Army has dug in and fortified their position. Only making occasional sorties to harass the Anarchist position.

The encampment is close enough to Talstadt that many of it's resident's fear an attack. The city's status as a former capital is thought to make it a tempting target for the Confederation. Rumors have suggested it is only a lack of supplies that prevent the Confederation from attacking. The anarchists have debated an attack on the encampment, in order to free their comrades but the position is said to be unassailable.

Meanwhile, riots, street brawls and newly; assassinations have plagued Pergen, further weakening the anarchist position.

Insurgent leaders finally on trial.

The surviving insurgent leaders from the recent conflict in Yokohaul and Diezina have been finally put on trial in Ramsvelt where they are to be prosecuted and sentenced. Twelve men are soon to be judged for helping orchestrate armed rebellion and the highest counts of treason towards the Vukmiri state. The twelve men are to be representing the three armed groups against the Vukmiri armed forces during the occupation and rebellion of Diezina. Six men are representing the group of the Diezina Liberation Front where it was the sole orchestrator of rebellion and insurgency in the fully Vukmiri province of Diezina. Four men are being accused of being key figures in the uprising of the Yokohaul Peoples Militia that encompassed most of the armed unlawful forces that were encountered in Yokohaul by Vukmiri personnel. The last two men are being trialed on being the heads of Yokohaul terrorist group, Free Yokohaul, involved in many bombings of Vukmiri cities, massacres, hostage situations and are the cause of the occupation of Yokohaul. The trial is expected to continue to mid August when a verdict will be reached, concluding the fate of these men.

Near the bustling port city of Maskreath lies a new endeavor for the future of Vukmiri energy production and use, over 150 wind turbines are being built south of the city in the countries first and largest wind energy project, the project was preceded by dozens of tests and other steps into renewable energy such as dams and power plants, it is assumed that this wind project will be supplying power to all surrounding towns in the Maskreath administration district. The project cost is unknown but it is estimated to be around 405 million Kravs, however the project will be a forerunner in Vukmiri reknewable energy and will pave the way to other projects.

Antalya, Yusun - In Westseaxnaland, decisions have been made to block the Cill Airiochin referendum for independence. Shortly after, resistance was promised by the Cill Airiochin later leading to martial law on the Island.

This is just in shortly after the Magesterium signed the Proclamation of the Seven Kingdoms of Cill Airne - prepared by Cill Airiochin PM Ó Faoláin.

Men reportedly paraded around the entire country of Cill Airne in celebration.

The Westseaxens and their commonwealth quickly denounced the Cill Airiochin move, a majority stating that this puts the peace in the region in jeopardy while many other nations denounced the Cill Airiochin's decree for independence.

Just minutes ago, President Hamzaoğlu stood outside the Yusuni Parliament in front of a crowd of approximately 6,000 Yusuni citizens, stating: "We will not support any nation that desires the suppression of the liberty of any people. We, the Yusuni people stand with the Cill Airiochin struggle and will stand on their side until they get a state that may be protected."

It is estimated that Yusuni approval ratings for Cill Airiochin independence are at an all-time high, at numbers leveling off at approximately 64%.

The degree to which how much the government is willing to give for aid is contested, but the current administration - according to several officials, "are willing to provide military support".

The level of support is vastly approved by a majority of Yusunis, a country that stood against the Westseaxen Commonwealth for some time.

However the amount of disapproval by several Yusuni, most notably in the southeastern Medic and Hittî-speaking regions.

4 Civilians Killed By Westseaxen Military
Government States Killing Was In Retaliation

Kingsbridge, Cill Airne - The Government of Cill Airne has released the names of the 4 civilians killed in the village of Ballaghaderreen today by Westseaxen Soldiers. Michael Malone (53), Brent Malone (43), Edmond Maher (16) and Alice McClaire (74) have been reported by the Cill Airiochin Government as today's victims. The Soldiers, who were on patrol through the village, stopped at Alice McClaire's home on Main Street in the village. Mrs. McClaire - who had the flag of Cill Airne hanging from her window - was reportedly attacked by Westseaxen soldiers. Neighbours reported hearing one of the soldier's tell the elderly woman, "yesterday your countrymen killed several of my comrades-in-arms. You (expletive) dare hang their rag from your window?" The group of soldiers then began to beat the elderly woman. She died later at hospital from trauma.

Another neighbour, Michael Malone and his brother who was visiting from Kingsbridge, rushed to the elderly woman's aid and tried to pull the Westseaxen soldiers off of their neighbour. Michael was reported to have been killed quickly from trauma to the head, while his brother Brent was subdued by the soldiers who then forced the man to strip to his underpants before parading him through the village while yelling things such as "Cill Airiochins are barbaric monkeys, look at your heroes!" Mobile phone videos of this incident have been uploaded and shared on social media. The Government hopes the soldiers in the video will be identified for their crimes today.

Upon reaching the village centre, at the steps of St. Michael's Church, the soldiers began to beat Brent Malone in front of a crowd that had gathered, before one soldier removed a knife from his pocket and stabbed him twice in the stomach. Doctor's confirmed Brent Malone died of blood loss. Edmond Maher, who recently joined the Ballaghaderreen Yeoman Volunteers -a local militia force fighting for independence-, witnessed the events outside of St. Michael's and began to sing Cill Airne's National Anthem, Casadh an tSúgáin. Outraged at this action, Maher was shot twice in the head and killed on the spot. As the guns fired, the village's residents began to flee the area. Once the area was cleared, the soldiers left the area.

The Government of Cill Airne has stated that these killings appear to have been in retaliation for the deaths of several Westseaxen soldiers in a battle that occurred yesterday. The Promagistrate has said that this retaliation is an abuse of power, and has called the actions by the soldier's today war crimes. "Although any loss of life is sad, yesterday's deaths of Westseaxen soldiers was a byproduct of this war, a war caused by Westseaxnaland's own government. The killing of civilians in retaliation is a war crime committed by their government."

Michael Malone is survived by his wife, Elaine (52), and two daughters, Mary McPhearson (23) and Grace Malone (17). Brent Malone is survived by his wife, Kathy (43), a son Michael (14) and daughter Marygold (5). Alice McClaire is survived by her husband Eamon (76), two sons William (53) and Thomas (47), and four grandchildren. Edmond Maher is survived by parents Aifric (53) and George (54) and two brothers.

Adurim, Yusun - Following the condemnation made by Pres. Hamzaoğlu just hours ago, a couple, whose origins are said to have been from Westseaxnaland were found dead on a street with both couples having multiple stab wounds, losing consciousness.

They both reported passed away during the crime scene and gave no leads to the crime.

According to the local police brigade, there are 2 unnamed witnesses that are said to have been taken in custody under suspects that they were killed for 'the provocation and persecution of the Cill Airiochin peoples'.

The supposed death lead to a far outcry of both support and condemnation throughout Yusuni social media around the country.

"This is not the way to settle a conflict" explained Pres. Hamzaoğlu. "Though they are oppressors, they aren't in our country and this was not supposed to happen."

As of now, no autopsies have been performed on the couples, but officials have reportedly contacted their families in Westeaxnaland to notify them on their loss.

"The killings may have in fact will lead us towards more issues." "We do not need killers like this." "Not saying that the Westeaxens are innocent from shedding blood, but no I have no doubts that these murders came from this." explained Yusuf Yelderum.

There is no way to confirm how much of an impact the killings will have for the political climate in the country.
