This intergovernmental military alliance has been created in order to provide a security umbrella for democratic countries which uphold the principles of freedom, democracy, and liberty. This military alliance rests on these principles as the fundamental pillars to a successful and prosperous state. We uphold the need to protect human rights and the crucial importance of individual freedom in our societies. The alliance is poised to provide a substantial security umbrella to all its members and a IFA Rapid Response Force has been created to ensure that our organization has the capability to aid any member-state in need. In addition, we plan on carrying out military reforms for all member states in bringing the armies to a Western model of a professional army. In this world, where many nations have turned to failed ideologies such as communism and totalitarianism, the IFA strives to defend the ideals of freedom and democracy and provide a secure community for all its member states that believe in these ideals. Admission Requirements:
Candidate country must be a democratic state and prove its credentials and policies for one.
Candidate country must have a republican form of government. (e.g. as opposed to absolute monarchy).
Candidate country must have a commitment to respecting freedom and democratic values in their state.
Candidate country must be modern-day, realist, and modern-technology country.
IFA Supported Principles:
Free enterprise, free and fair trade and competition, minimal regulation, lower taxation, and small government as the ultimate catalysts for individual freedom and personal and national prosperity.
Freedom of the individual, more personal responsibility and greater democratic accountability.
An end to waste and excessive bureaucracy and a commitment to greater transparency and probity in governments
Democratic representation, constitutionalism, and republican form of government as the best catalysts in governance
Additional Information:
Upon acceptant to the IFA, your country, represented by your delegate, will be given a place on the IFA Council. The council provides a platform for IFA intergovernmental dialogue. The headquarters of the IFA will be situated in Musrum, Bratislav.
You are welcome but not required to make a military contribution to the IFA Rapid Reaction Force.

AGREEMENT FOR THE CREATION OF THE IFA RAPID REACTION FORCE
This force is intended to militarily aide member-states that are attacked without provocation by external countries.
The RRF will not be used to attack other countries. It is only to be used to defend fellow member-states.
The RRF is an international force and does not represent any one country. It is a multinational force consisting of various nationalities.
Any IFA member-state is eligible to contribute to the RRF, however, protection by the RRF is not conditioned on a country's level of support to the RRF
The first IFA RRF Base will be located near the Naval Base in Northern Bratislav.
Any member-state has the right to withhold its troops in the RRF from participating in a given conflict. However, if they do not voice their opposition, the troops will be automatically sent to the area of conflict that the RRF's use is justified.
Justification is based on the basic principle of the IFA military alliance: Defense for member-states that are under unprovoked military attack from non-member states.
Any member-state has the right to withdraw their armed forces from the IFA RRF.

You know guys, China has a population of I think 1.2 billion, and they only have an army of 2 million. And thats the largest army in the world, just for your reference. It's kind of a waste to have an army larger than that, especially in modern warfare. It's better to have a smaller, professional, well-funded, well-trained and well-equipped army. Just Saying.
