Alright,
In Bratislav, there's a region Masalia. The Masalians were different, most Bratislavic were conservatives and have a Chrsitian majority while large portions of Masalians have socialistic leanings and most follow secular Islam. The Masalians called for secession and have an 85% support in Masalia. Bratislavic President David Albanov calls it illegal as the Bratislavic constitution forbids any secession so he ordered police action. Members of the Socialist Treaty Organizations sent in large numbers of troops to guarantee Masalian independence while the nations of the Republican Treaty Organizations are mobilizing troops to stop the secession. I, with my powerful navy, established a blockade around the Masalian port and sent in some fighter jets for air supports for Bratislav. Another RTO member, Exucular, sent in troops to support Bratislav while I got a telegram from another, Neo-Assyrian Empire, stating that they will mobilize troops

What if they are treated independent like Hong Kong? A one nation, two systems policy seems like a fair compromise.

Bratislav already implemented that. The Bratislavic Parliament also have a Hong Kong like Parliament for Masalia so Bratislavic laws that could infringe on Masalian views could have a constitutional modification or rejection. Plus, Masalia wants to be part of the Socialist Treaty Organization, the Republican Treaty Organization's cold war enemy.

Hmmmm, this isn't one of those "SOCIALISTS ARE EBUL!!!1!1!" sort of alliances that promotes and practices capitalist imperialism and demonizes socialist countries just for being socialist, right?

If not, then:
Formal Country Name: Nordic Commonwealth
Capital: Copenhagen
Population: 45,777,676
Head of State: Jarrod Volkov
Head of Government: Same as above
Form of Government: Federal parliamentary democracy
Economic System: Nordic Capitalism
Military Size (active): ~100,000
Reason for Joining RTO: To help politically like minded countries in need.
How do you describe the political atmosphere of your state? (Far-Left/Left/Center-Left/Center/Center-Right/Right/Far-Right): Far-left
Delegate to the RTO: Frederik Ozoliņš

They were given autonomous rule, which gives them a high amount of self rule within the borders of Bratislav. This apparently wasn't enough and with encouragement of STO, they decided to break-away. Of course this is an illegal move for this the war has broken out and is looking like a proxy war between STO and RTO interests.
