That's fine. The Council, and my cabinet if they are present, will simply be speaking of our plans for the course going forward.

Basically, how I envision this Council to be is kind of like a Parliamentary System, in that you are the PM, and the other members are Ministers (your cabinet). So you head the "government", while I am the President and I am the head of state and play a more figurehead role in addition to sharing some key administrative roles with you.

Just tell me some more background of your nation given you seem to be a relatively new nation, what are your goals, what you wish to expand upon.

Well, we're basically a modernized Indian tribe. Hence, why my leader has "Chief" in front of his name. We're definitely capitalist, with a lot of unique culture. What I wish to expand on is our military and ideals. That's all I have for now, because I'm not sure on the rest of the details.
