Now, as per the appointments, I reaffirm my appointment of Giliberafta as Treasurer and hereby appoint Guerro as Energy Minister. We will meet tomorrow, cabinet, to plan our steps forward. Its far from unrealistic. It is already about 80,000+ and was until very recently about 300,000+ reserves. But a large portion of the Confederacy seceded taking the vast majority of the armed forces with them. And terrorism has severely dropped effectiveness further. Even so, 100,000 is half the active force of France and my nation is of comparable size.(Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi). And the nation is currently fighting a war against terrorist and gangs at home.

Although, with all of the disaster happening I am not sure how to build the forces up another 20,000 as far as IC reasons and methods.
