Well. Saying that the alliances would try to restrict killing, then it becomes an issue when an alliance wants/needs to go to war. It also kinda restricts the sovriginity of nations a bit too much.

Well. Not to quote the IFA's neutrality policy, but we'd just be getting the UL into a bigger threat than it wants by joining something as so. We would be observers, and help when it seems right, but to be restricted for the UL to be used to stop conflict can really make things uncomfterable.

Ah, shucks, you must have misunderstood me over 9000.

I was thinking more like a UN. And for alliances/coalitions to be more orderly when they sign pacts, they should have 2-3 delegates that would be part of a bigger "Peace council" which is something like the IFA "Aye" or "naye" system of theirs.

Scenario:
I hate this treaty you are forcing upon us Naye!

We could work on that. I'd like to see how it turns out first though, I don't want anything to exactly go against what I think may happen :p

Actually, that's a great idea. TUM, does the St. Claire compact still count, or can I recruit former OAN members? The UAS is struggling to survive. It has 6 members, the third lowest it's ever been. The highest was 10.

Just don't call it "Peace council". Better yet, call it something else less cliche and more unique.

Oh, just to add, I made contact with GWO and the Fascist IFA, they aren't aggressively anti our IFA so we should be fine being neutral (as usual :p)
I used to run an alliance, and a region. Not that it matters now.

In reverse order.
No.
The Committee is a group voted into power by a two third vote of the population and can only make a decision if it is approved of by the majority of the people.
