My first choice in cooperation would be with the WC, no doubt. I never have promised nor stated that we will have cooperation with UAS. I said we were in an exploratory stage with many alliances including the UAS. We firstly want to assess the UAS, what their goals are, if they are moderate, and so forth. This goes for all the alliances that will be at the Summit.

As for the resolution, my impression was that it specifically targeted the OEN which was sympathetic to Fascist elements. Given that alliance dissolved, it makes the resolution difficult to implement, especially since it seems that UAS is supposed to be more moderate. Again everything is in an exploratory phase, there's nothing concrete yet.

But in my view, since nothing is on paper, signed, it makes any type of talk unofficial. But anyways, I'm going to put forth a different pact actually, more acceptable to our alliance.
