Make an account, to start, otherwise you can't edit anything. I took the economy stats from the national page on NSEconomy and reduced it down in line with my RP population, but you can do it however you want. Flags can be uploaded using the 'upload file' button on the side of the page, and then placed into the page. I don't know the finer points of formatting - all I did was copy and paste one of the existing entries, change the appropriate details, and slap that back in there. Hope that helps.

Information about the Atlas Executive Council from the Constitution
1. Elections for the Executive Council will occur on the 23rd-24th of each month in the Atlas Events Thread (viewtopic.php?f=4&t=265350). If for any position there is a tie, voting will be extended until the tie is broken. (The previous November elections were delayed, and this reflects on subsequent elections).
2. There are no term limits. Nations are not allowed to elect themselves.
3. The Founder Position is permanent. It is held by The Republic of Bratislav. The duties of the founder are mostly ceremonial in nature though the founder helps with administrative and organizational duties of the Atlas Region. They create the Regional Map and ensure the regional roster is updated. They carry out executive duties in conjunction with the executive president.
4. The Executive President is an elected position. The Executive President is the most powerful position in Atlas. They have final say in the admittance and expulsion of incoming and current Atlas members and carry out administrative duties in conjunction with the founder. They are the WA delegate for Atlas and upon their election to Executive President, every Atlas member should endorse that nation for WA delegate. The Founder will remove executive abilities from the Executive President if another member-state is elected for that position and will re-instate executive abilities once the newly elected member-state has gained the appropriate number of endorsements in order to be a WA delegate for the region.
5. The Minister of Recruitment is an elected position. The Minister is to recruit other prospective and eligible members into Atlas and facilitate creation of embassies with other regions.
6. The Minister of Defense is an elected position. The chief duty of this Minister is to ensure security within Atlas and aid the Executive President and Founder in any disciplinary actions regarding Atlas Members.
