Sounds good. I reckon it sounds great, especially having the RP over 2 days. Maybe a couple of names;

Apathian Conference
Greenwich Discussions

LOL, I don't know. It all sounds awesome.

We kinda like the Apathian Conference maybe even the Apathian Summit which is our preferred choice.

We also can announce that instead of the High Steward arriving to represent His Imperial Majesty, Victor XX, his eldest son, His Imperial Highness, Crown Prince Adam will be attending.

I agree. Apathian Summit is nice, but wait for other's suggestions then :D
I can suggest Apathian Summit of Leaders, or simply Summit of Leaders, but yeah, it doesn't sound feasible.
In the meantime, Who can think of a schedule? Me and Garimidia both have an arrangement.

Garmidia:
An Embassy or Consulate?
Free Trade Agreement. We gotta work on that.
Military Training exercises. we see to this next year :D

Almajoya,
Lizardiar,
Epicnopolis.
You guys, make a suggestion. Lizardiar could be joining, he hasnt replied to my mail yet.

Apathian Summit is brilliant!

Garimidia-Sierra Apathia schedule sounds good. We can negotiate the free trade agreement during the round table discussions (or whenever)

Embassy/Consulate: Which one's better lol?

Military training: Sounds good to me, we can negotiate that as well.

Our envoy to Sierra Apathia will be President Sam Philips.

Btw, good luck in Garmidia. I mean Germany :D

Hahahaha lol :P Yeah, im packing up and leaving tmrw morning. Have to leave earlier than the rest of the group haha. I caught insomnia, and uhh, the team doctor told me not to follow them to the alps next week ;(

Excerpt from wikipedia:
The title Consul is used for the official representatives of the government of one state in the territory of another, normally acting to assist and protect the citizens of the consul's own country, and to facilitate trade and friendship between the people of the country to whom he or she is accredited and the country of which he or she is a representative. This distinguishes the consul from the ambassador, who is, technically, a representative from one head of state to another. Thus, while there is but one ambassador representing a nation's head of state to another, and his or her duties revolve around diplomatic relations between the two countries, there may be several consuls, one in each of several main cities, providing assistance with bureaucratic issues to both the citizens of the consul's own country travelling or living abroad, and to the citizens of the country the consul is in who wish to travel to or trade with the consul's country.

So i'll have both maybe? What do you think? I don't have much citizens there, or who knows?

Military Training can be done next year, or possibly if you have time in december, we could engage in extreme conditions. We're both developed anyway.

Again, SA, thanks for the invite! I'm okay with Apathian Conference, but I like Greenwich Discussions better. :P

The schedule sounds good to me. Hint: The Almajoyese love food. :D

Her Ladyship the Empress Melisma Ramijozana will be attending, along with Lady of Foreign Affairs Colleen Biliotsu and a small security contingent.

@ SA

The hell with it, a Consulate and Embassy sounds good - a Consul will definitely be needed to 'help trade relations' if Philips is going to start talking about the FTA.

Military Training: Sounds good as well. I'll definitely have time in December, 6 week holidays begin then. Unfortunately I'm not going to Germany :(

Well, by the time I post this you'll be in Germany. Have fun!

Greenwich Discussions? Very well. We have two names, so Almajoya and Sierra Apathia can use that term as well. :D

I'll include a mostly Almajoyan Menu, since your food culture is noted heavily.
Very well. Security won't be an issue, its generally safe in Greenwich, crime happens once a week here.

Draft Schedule (lets say we all arrive by 11:00 a.m.)

Day One
1. Ceremonial Welcome (11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.)
2. Tour of Estrada Palace (12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.)
3. Luncheon (1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.)
4. Helicopter & Plane tour of Greenwich (2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
5. Day 1 diplomatic discussions (3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
6. Dinner (5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
7. All leaders return to respective places, get drunk, sleep etc (5:00 p.m - onwards)

Day Two (Day two is designed to be the more diplomatic side of the meeting)
1. Breakfast (11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)
2. Day 2 diplomatic discussions (12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.)
3. Preliminary agreement signing or agreements on further negotiations (3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
4. Return home! (5:00 p.m. - onwards)

Just a basic draft. Of course nothing ever goes according to plan and the dinners/breakfast length of time all depends on how much food Sam Philips decides to scoff :p. Since it's highly unlikely an entire treaty can be written up in two days, the agreement signing will most probably be an agreement on further negotiations between nations in a completely different RP if they decide to do that.

I think Santheres might enjoy it, we nearly went to war and we kinda backed out of it so might replace that spot.

2nd? Have no idea yet.

I can think of one player who is extremely talented and would definitely enjoy it, but she hasn't appeared on the forums in a loooong time. Masburel

No other ideas as yet, but I like the suggestions so far.

I'll see what I can do to try and get Jeuna and Stoklomolvi to come on. Though there might be a diplomatic quarrel over how much crap I add to the Wikistates' In The News :)

I got your TG, and I could join if I can get a list of what's going to happen. I really don't like attending diplomatic conferences only to sit there and watch as others debate and whatnot.
