Imperium International Courts

Note: The Imperium International Court is an international court that will hold the duty of judging criminals who performed mass murder, genocide, or other national atrocities on an international scale. Any nation wishing to use the court building and to try their criminals in the court will need to apply for representation-ship, while also being put on trial against the defendant. Both sides will be asked questions and it will be decided whether one is guilty, not guilty, or if the defendant is guilty and, if so, a punishment will be voted upon for either side. The extremity of the punishments one side faces will decide the extremity of punishment options to be voted upon, while the amount of disdain may add to this. However, we'd like to stress, that representative members (which one must be in order to vote) must not be biased within the court nor apply biased ideas against others. Opinions must be based off of whether or not a crime is seen as extreme to a side or not.

Basic Rules:

1. Only personnel within the government, while not holding a high title (such as Emperor, Dictator, President, etc) should be able to represent as a representative. Being under the age of eighteen as a representative is also prohibited, while those with mental disabilities or strong racial beliefs may not attend.

2. A maximum amount of guards is set to five for foreign nations so that the possibility of violence in the courtroom will be low, while protection for the representatives is assured. However, we approve of simply no guards being brought, as the building is watched by over 100 Imperium soldiers and the island itself by a few thousand.

3. Should any nation try to intervene with violence, disrespect one's ideas or opinions, or speak out of hand, they shall be forced to leave the trials, or even be tried themselves if it gets far out of hand.

4. Base whether or not one is guilty or not guilty on factual evidence of crimes, not based off of beliefs of the nation and its people (unless the trial involved the entire nation itself).

5. Act in a mature manner in the courtroom, or simply be removed.

Mission of the Court: To establish voted punishment against political criminals or terrorists who need it, thus trying to preserve a peace in the globe. All members of the court, also, if needed, should join in a warfare effort against aggressive nations who impose suffering on their or other people without reason.

Israel attends this meeting, regardless of being democratic, with other authoritarian nations. As a result, the execution of their President for their presence was decided between the early members of the Rightist Alliance, which was successful. However, their soldiers, as showed in here, fire back directly at Erdmann von Kaiser and other members of the Rightist Alliance in an attempt to kill them.

After above, Israel attends this now-almost worthless meeting attended by Erdmann von Kaiser, the delegates proving to be hired to kill all members of this meeting and attending under false credentials. However, they're luckily executed before they may harm Erdmann. Small Bio of Defendant: The Defendants, numbering to ten Israeli soldiers, hold no real known bio known by the Imperium Reich. However, it is clear that during the Rightist Alliance meeting of the Imperium Reich, open only to nations that believe in fighting Communism and Democracy due to the fact both stand as corrupt in standards, was attended by the Israel State president at the time and these POW's. Once, for attending the meeting, being caught as a Democracy during the meeting, was fired upon then. The POW's, in retaliation at the time, fired directly at Fuhrer Erdmann von Kaiser, the male avoiding fire but, however, having to deal with the death of a personal security guard. With the Israeli soldiers captured, due to simply being part of this incursion to send a message out to the world that democracies were not to attend, they received fair treatment and, rather than being sent directly to a prison, were sent into a homage center, where they received free food and beverages and other needs and privileges. They now stand here, put on trial for their attempted crimes before, especially now due to Imperium citizen demand for their execution due to the stunt Israel tried to pull off in their own meeting against outside nations.
