The daughter of one of the most important families of Adlerburg has been officially declare missing. The authorities have released no other statements, than a request for information, but the most popular theory in the press is kidnapping. The young woman, Victoria D'Orlando, age 19 is well known, being a prominent member of the Patrician family D'Orlando and a social activist. Her father, Frank heads the family conglomerate, one of the oldest and wealthiest in the city. Her father's power and her popularity among the citizens means that her disappearance, is considered not only a shock, but a national tragedy. Already, the reward for information has broke records. So far, no one has come forward.

If you are wishing for carte blanche to operate inside of the Free City of Alderburg, I am sorry, but we don't allow such wide powers to our own police forces. If you wish to operate outside of official oversight, you must do so without official help. However, you are welcome to apply to join the task-force being assembled. Also, you should be advised that due to the small size of our nation and the fact we our unable to locate her suggests that she may already have crossed our borders. Our CCTV cameras show Victoria d'Orlando being present around the time of the disappearance at Indigo Central Airport, as well as being with five men. A American fake passport was used to take her out of the city, and records show that they took a plane to Venice, Italy. Whether she was traveling with them willingly or not, we cannot confirm. We are currently trying to discover the identities of the men she was with.

Venetian crime boss, John Scavera, was recently the target of a major arms bust. He lost all of his funds but escaped conviction. Last week, a reporter who did a recent biography on the family was kidnapped. She was found dead three days later. Mafia hit man Al Slina is being investigated. A car registered in one of Scavera's aliases name was there the day that she arrived. We can't confirm nor deny that it picked them up.
