Inside the Lynwood Research Facility

As far as Clothed Snake Man knows, he's the first person to break into the LRF. The halls are quiet, with the occasional plain-clothed civilian scientist. There are cameras in every hallway, however. A helpful map illustrates several key areas of the facility such as break room, canteen and entry hall. In an incredible stroke of luck, the faces on the I.D. badges are similar to those of the Carbon Dogs operatives.

The Carbon Dogs head for the canteen and begin observing the people around them for clues to proceed and act

The chirping of a radio can be heard.

Spotter: Yeah, yeah. Star.

The scientists keep to themselves, most focused on tablets or clipboards. Only a few people are in the cafeteria.

Four guns emerge from the ghost hawk simultaneously knocking out the next shift

Section Commander: Password: Star, everyone gear up and administer another dose to the other sleepers.

Four Carbon Dogs emerge from the ghost hawk and change uniform, stashing the guards in yet another cardboard box. The remaining two begin work on scrubbing the ghost hawk of any trackers and fail safes

CSM turns on his body camera, walking casually behind the scientists to capture pictures of their work on his way to get food.

As Snake Man walks throughout the building, he notices several keycard readers that specify a Level 3, or 'Standard' clearance. Snake Man also notices small silver strips on the tablets, clipboards and any other form of writing.

CSM notices a scientist emerge from a level 3 door, nods to the other Carbon Dogs who proceed to make and distribute coffees to the scientist.

CSM makes a coffee laced with laxatives and offers it to the level 3 scientist

CSM: Thought you people might enjoy some coffee at this time of night.

[Ironcastle]

Scientist: Thanks, I needed that.

He starts drinking the coffee.

Scientist: So what do you think about the new-

He grabs his stomach.

Scientist: I shouldn't have eaten that triple-taco-burger.

He runs off towards the bathroom.

[Carbon Dogs]

After a few minutes CSM gets up

CSM: I've got to take a leak

CSM heads to the bathroom where the level 3 scientist is

CSM: aw geez, you still in here?

[Ironcastle]

Scientist: Yeah. Pro advice: never, ever eat from Taco Tell when you're pulling an all-nighter shift.

[Carbon Dogs]

CSM: Yeah, I know, but I generally can't help myself getting a gyros from Babis after every shift. So, I always have some Imodium on me, should help you out want one?

[Ironcastle]

Scientist: Sure.

A hand reaches from under the stall's door.

[Carbon Dogs]

CSM hands the scientist a packet of tranquillisers in tablet form, packed in blister packs labelled Imodium

CSM: Here you go, you know if you're up for it you should go and get a gyros after you finish.

CSM moves to use a urinal

[Ironcastle]

A noise can be heard from the stall that sounds like someone falling over.

[Carbon Dogs]

CSM: you okay in there?

CSM unlocks the the stall and moves in to change into the scientist's clothes.

After getting changed CSM leaves the stall locks it from the outside and places an out of order sign on the door.

CSM leaves the bathroom and heads for the main labs, passing the Carbon Dogs on the way.

Snake Man swipes his new Standard Access card and the light turns green. The door unlocks, letting him in. Beyond the door lies another hallway with more doors on each side. A few labels catch Snake Man's eye, such as Weapons Research, Armour Development, and Chemical Weapons.

CSM heads for the Armour development, intently listening for any conversations that might help find the Bananish drone

[Ironcastle]

The lights are off in the Armour Development room. Switching them on, Snake Man finds a multitude of switched-off computers, desks, and plates of armour. The armour ranges from ceramic plates used by Ironian soldiers, to the type of armour found on warships. However, there is no sign of the Bananish robot.

CSM studies the armour on display for a few minutes, ensuring his body camera gets a good angle before moving to the weapons research.

The Weapons Research room is also deserted, laid out similarly to the Armour Development room. There are a number of disassembled weapons lying around, and a door labeled "Firing Range" at the back.

[Carbon Dogs]

CSM quickly observes the dissembled rifles before moving to the firing range to check for any data on new weapons.

CSM notices the door the firing range is locked and quickly uses a pick gun to open the door.

[Ironcastle]

Inside is a firing range. There's nothing special about it. Presumably, it's where weapons are tested.

CSM leaves the firing range and heads for the chemical weapons

[Ironcastle]

Snake Man notices that the Chemical Weapons room requires a Level 4 (Improved Access) keycard. On the way, he also notices an elevator that also requires the same access level.

[Carbon Dogs]

CSM approaches some other level 3 scientists

CSM: Hey you guys seen any administrators or anything? I just had a breakthrough with my research but need access to the chemical weapons to prove my theory.

[Ironcastle]

Scientist: Not sure why you'd need that, but the Director is up on the third floor. He could get you temporary access.
