The Free Education Act 2013
The Herzogs Rathaus of Vest Franksland has passed the legislation enforcing
* Free education between the ages of 3 to 18 for all citizens of the Duchy.
* Establishing the right for all People of the Duchy to deserve and receive free education.
* Education must be given through a broad and varied curriculum with multiple perspectives.
* The school system is supported by tax-based governmental and municipal funding from the ages of 3 through to 19 and there are no tuition fees for regular students in public free schools and universities.
* Examinations are created and observed by the National Board of Education and other members from within the education system.
* Teachers and Students can bring their thoughts and ideas to the National Board of Education and the National Board of Education must make judgements and surveys of all schools and educational institutions, as to make a good decision on the education of students within the Duchy.
* Free Schools must accept all students of all origins/ethnicities/races/sexualities/genders, in accordance with the The Anti-Discrimination Act 2013.
* Free Schools must provide fully subsidised meals served to full-time students.
* All bodies must abide be the laws of the Land concerning The Constitution and this Free Education Act 2013.
