Well, depends on your definition of "military" then. These MPs are mainly for riot control and distribution of aid and whatnot, like UN peacekeepers. If armed intervention or anticipation of direct conflict is needed, we'd use PROPER military.

I definitely agree. Though my volunteers are a little constraint, since they don't receive the same years training the military get. They (and also any IHAPC non-military personnel) do get some basic survival training and also the PDW-MkI.
