Theme tune for Worldvision 25:
Here

As the people piled in to the arena, the stage and lights seemed to fade to every color. On the large screen in the middle, a timer counted down from two hours, at which point the very first participants would take the stage to kick off the show. When the timer hit the one hour mark, the large screen in the middle of the stage displayed the animation of the logo, joined with the sound of the tune of the 25th Worldvision Song Contest. When the tune was ended, the lights began to dim and a short two minute video began to play on the screen, depicting the city of Peeto. The two hosts, Anna Polatvo and Josef Incartnovo took the stage, and the lights remained a solid yellow color. As they took the stage, a voice boomed over the applause of the crowd. "Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome your hosts of the evening, Anna Polatvo and Josef Incartnovo!" Josef wore a simple black tuxedo, while Anna wore an elegant white gown. As they were introduced, the audience continued their applause as the hosts began to speak.

Josef: "Good evening ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to the 25th edition of the Worldvision Song Contest, hosted here in the city of Peeto, Polkopia."
Anna: "Right you are Josef! We have a very exciting show for you all today!"
Josef: "Another fun fact is that this was the very fist time Polkopia has ever opted to host the Worldvision Song Contest!"
The audience cheers
Josef: "I guess the crowd is excited, huh?"
In response, the crowd produces an even louder applause
Anna: "Well, let us not forget how this was all possible. We'd like to give a very special shoutout to Nikolai Fernsov Television, for raising the appropriate funds to make this all possible, and Dictator Semyon Polk, who approved and helped fund this very special event."
Josef: Well said, Anna. Now, without further ado, we'd like to open the show with a very special performance, brought to you by a group of thirty five Polkopians, who were internally selected to participate in this event for many reasons.
Anna: "They call themselves 'Dancing With Spirit,' and here they go. Take it away!"

Welcome to Polkopia!

Tune: Verka Serduchka - "Hop Hop Hop"

The lights black out now, so that the stage is completely unseen. Then, a single spotlight lights up the very center of the stage, where a group of seven men and women dressed in traditional Polkopian clothing begin to sing a slow, almost depressing tune. The rest of the stage is completely black, adding to the ominous feeling given off by these seven performers.

We sing here for you this day...
Working for little to no pay...
What about us?
But we don't care!

The lights brighten and turn to a mixture of gold and maroon lights. It only seems as though there are seven of them on stage, which completely confuses the audience, as they were told that there were to be thirty five performers on the stage. They don't care though, as the tempo begins to seem a little happier, as only two of the seven members on stage begin to sing, while the other five hold their hands up, as if they are frozen in their place.

We don't really care though.
Because this night is for you!

As they end that verse, the music now picks up into a happy, instrumental tune. At that point, the other performers are sliding down the slide to enter the stage from the left side, and spotlights travel all around the stage and audience in colors of maroon and gold. The lights on stage are also only maroon and gold, but they flicker in tune with the beat. When the instrumental part ends, the other 28 performers have lined up in four different circles of seven, with two circles on each side of the initial seven performers, who are all standing in a horizontal line. The seven performers begin to sing together while the other 28 dance a traditional Polkopian folk dance, which consisted of a series of jumping kicks and elbow thrusts.

Welcome to Polkopia
We welcome you here!
Do not be afraid
We are glad that you are here!

We offer you our hearts
Our kindness as well.
But do not take us for granted
Or you can go to hell!

Now, the dancers all dance in a circle holding their arms over each other's shoulders as they move. The singers continue to stay in their spot, but the lights flicker gold to the beat of the tempo. The audience seems to have a great time, as many of them are standing up, clapping along with the music.

Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Of Polkopia
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
We welcome you here
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Welcome to Polkopia!

Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Of Polkopia
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
We welcome you here
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Welcome to Polkopia!

The dancers now rush to the edge of the stage, where they throw out colored beads to the crowd. The beads resemble diamond-shaped fake pearls of all different colors. The lights go back to their original maroon and gold colors, still keeping in tune with the beat.

We are glad you're here
Please enjoy your stay!
We just love our home land
We just cannot get away!

The dancers all go back to dancing in a circle, and the lights resort to flickering gold to the beat of the tempo.

Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Of Polkopia
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
We welcome you here
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Welcome to Polkopia!

Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Of Polkopia
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
We welcome you here
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Welcome to Polkopia!

Now, everybody moves around until they make a giant half circle, facing the crowd. Occasionally, one or two people will move in the middle of the circle and start dancing on their own, until they move back in line with the rest of the performers. As they music picks back up, everyone rushes to the edge of the stage once more, holds hands high in the air and jumps as they all sing.

Ny Ny Ny Ny Ny Ny
nah nah nah nah nah
Ny Ny Ny Ny Ny Ny
nah nah nah nah nah
Welcome to Polkopia

Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Of Polkopia
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
We welcome you here
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Welcome to Polkopia!

Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Of Polkopia
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
We welcome you here
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Welcome to Polkopia!

Yeah, yeah!

Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Of Polkopia
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
We welcome you here
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Welcome to Polkopia!

Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Of Polkopia
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
We welcome you here
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Welcome to Polkopia!

Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Of Polkopia
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
We welcome you here
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Welcome to Polkopia!

Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Of Polkopia
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
We welcome you here
Hop, hop, hop to the beat
Welcome to Polkopia!

As the music ends, the group all holds hands and bows as the audience roars in applause for the performers. the lights now go back to their original golden hue as the announcer's voice booms over the crowd.
"Ladies and gentlemen. Please welcome a very special guest all the way from the nations of Euskirribakondara and Puerto Candelaria! Put your hands together for Mebarak, singing 'Journey'!"
The audience claps once more, as the lights fade out once more, leaving the stage in complete darkness.

Journey (Medley)
By: Mebarak

(Reserved for second opening act)

The hosts now walk from either side back onto the stage. The timer now indicates two minutes until the show begins. Now, a loud ticking noise echos throughout the stage, indicating another second passing before the show begins.

Josef: "We're only minutes away before the show begins!"
Anna: "Yes, and it's going to be a very exciting show, isn't it? We've all been looking forward to this for a while, and it's finally here!"
The audience roars with excitement
Josef: "Well now, we don't want to keep the audience waiting now, do we? Let's see how much time we have, shall we?"
The hosts motion toward the giant screen in the back, where the timer is now counting down from thirty seconds. As it gets closer, the hosts and crowd begin to count down together
Josef and Anna: "5...4...3...2...1... World, it's time to be... One... With... Music!"
The audience produces a deafening roar as the hosts make their way off stage, as the first performers get ready to perform

Kalosia

Stayin' Home - Zafira

Tune (Välkommen In - Veronica Maggio)

Kalosia's participation at WorldVision 25 is the first under that name, having previously competed as Mediterra. Nevertheless, nothing has been affected culturally; the RTM (Radio-Television Mediterra), now known as the RTVK (Radio-TeleVision Kalosia), still selects the best artists to compete with the best songs, with this being no exception.
Zafira is standing backstage, excitedly waiting for her entrance. She's wearing a simple dress. The stage is dark as the violins kick in and start the song.

Soon, the tune evolves into something midtempo, and in the last moments (before the lyrics), the lights turn on as Zafira walks on to stage, reaching the microphone on time. The background is a gradient that matches the colour of the lights, which are light blue, somewhat like this.

It is morning, I wake up and everybody is busy
It's exactly like yesterday and the day before that
Though for some it may be boring but for me it is just fine
But then I am invited to hang out with some good friends

The stage suddenly turns dark again, and so does the background, and the only light is a spotlight cast on her.

It is great to know
The outside world has much to offer
Though I'd like to go
But staying at home isn't so bad either

Taking the mic off the microphone stand, Zafira walks around, with the spotlight cast over her the whole time. First, the lights brighten one part of the stage where an old lady on a armchair is revealed. She gives a white wool hat to Zafira, who puts it on. Quickly, she moves to the next part of the stage where a woman and a little girl (presumably the 'Mum' and 'little sissy' mentioned in the song) pull out a pie from the oven. She moves on to the next part where 'Dad' is sitting on a sofa chair, next to a gramophone. At the same time the French part is supposed to be sung, 'Dad' plays a record on the gramophone and Zafira doesn't sing anything. Though it seems like the voice (which resembles an old French lady) is coming from the record, it is actually the old woman, though she isn't visible. Afterwards, Zafira walks back to the front, the lights and background turn on like earlier and all those settings are revealed, while they do the activities described in the song. This continues to the chorus.

While grandmama is knitting yet another white wool hat
Mum and little sissy are baking an apricot pie
Dad decides to listen to his favourite old song
It goes: Si tu veux, nous vivrons - toi, la musique et moi
Dans un autre univers à fleur de ciel
It's not my type but it isn't so bad at all
I go back to my room, although I'm not bored

It is great to know
The outside world has much to offer
Though I'd like to go
But staying at home isn't so bad either

O-oh, o-o-oh, the outside world has much to offer
O-oh, o-o-oh, but staying at home isn't so bad either

The atmosphere of the entry changes completely, with the entire stage turning dark again (with the exception of the spotlight, of course, which now focus only on Zafira). The music has become quite tense and Zafira slowly drops to her knees, making it slightly dramatic than intended.

But suddenly my friends urge me to go out
They keep on pleading, I don't know what about
I then consider whether to go or not, oh
They text and call but my phone's power is out
I really don't know what the fuss is about
I might as well go but it's comfortable here, oh
I try to make my mind up so very fast
I finally say that I'll be staying home (staying at home)

At the last part however, everything suddenly improves, with Zafira getting back up rapidly, and the lights and background back on. The backing singers singing that last phrase were, in fact, the 4 people featured earlier, now hidden. Besides Zafira and the microphone stand, nothing remains on stage. Zafira completes the song on her own.

Great to know
The outside world has much to offer
Though I'd like to go
But staying at home isn't so bad either

O-oh, o-o-oh, the outside world has much to offer
O-oh, o-o-oh, but staying at home isn't so bad either

The song ends slowly but steadily, and the audience cheers. Zafira then says 'thank you' in English, Polkopian, and Kalosian. All the people in the performance walk up and they bow together. Then they leave the stage, satisfied with their performance and its reception.
OOC: "Dad's favourite old song" which was mentioned in the lyrics is based on Monaco's Eurovision 1976 entry.

04. Kishrael
הורה - דריה שולמית
Daria Shulamit - Haorah

Ruslana - Wild Dances + (Live)

Daria Shulamit, the first representative of Kishrael in the WorldVision Song Contest, the biggest song contest in the world. Although the selection for the song was internal, she still had to compete fiercely to earn the right to represent her country. People didn't seem to appreciate what hard work had gone on behind the scenes, but that didn't matter. What did matter was that she was here, she was ready to represent her country on the biggest stage she could dream of. 73,000 people would watch her live, millions would watch her at home, this was a golden chance to show everyone what she was worth, to show the world what Kishrael could do, what Kishrael was made of.

Daria was clad in a traditional, old Kishraeli dress, with her four backing dancers, all female, were dressed similarly, although less grand than Daria's attire. The stage was dark during the horn blowing, but as it developed, it became lighter, eventually being bathed in a golden colour. With each beat of the drum, Daria and her backing dancers all jumped together, hitting the ground before going up for the next jump. As the music begins to quicken, Daria and her dancers make a small circle, joining hands and skipping around together in a clockwise direction. As the singing parts of her song draw near, the circle breaks away, and Daria is ready to sing, the first notes of a Kishraeli WorldVision entry.

לרוחב היםים – Lerocheb hayamim
דרך הבקעים גדולים – Derekh habiqaim gadolim
She-shik-a-shak-she-shik-a-shak-shak
Ha-havaha-ha-havaha-ha-havaha
זה כך מדבק – Zeh kek medebek
זה מתערבל דרך המדבר – Zeh meterebel derefk hamidbar
She-shik-a-shak-she-shik-a-shak-shak
Ha-havaha-ha-havaha-ha-havaha
נצח ואי – Netsach vay
Let’s dance the Horah!
Go, The Horah!

Jumping and dancing in time with her backing dancers, she begins to start on the chorus. Small flames on the stage begin to ignite, while the backing dancers began doing a complicated dance which involves a lot of quick, tribal moves and a lot of body contorting, but in such a manner were it wouldn't be too harmful and too quick for the dancers. Daria comes to the front slightly, and begins the chorus.

Shayla-she-shayla
הורה – Haorah
רגל ימין לפני ואז האחר - Regel yamin lifney vaz haacher
Shayla-she-shayla
חוג דומה השמש – Hog dome hashemesh
Shayla-she-shayla
Let’s dance the horah!

As the musical interlude came, everybody on the stage quickly skipped to the back, now, they were joined by four more dancers, they were men and were wearing this. Now the dance was growing, it was becoming larger and larger, more inviting. More flames ignited along the edge of the stage as Daria began the next verse of her song.

הצטרף, יחד – Hitstaref, yachad
אנחנו אחד כמו אנחנו רוקדים – Anachnu echad kmo anachnu roqdim
She-shik-a-shak-she-shik-a-shak-shak
Ha-havaha-ha-havaha-ha-havaha
זה כך טוב שמאע – Zeh kek tov shama
?יכול אתם הרגיש היא – Yakol atem hirgish hi?
Hey!!
Ha-havaha-ha-havaha-ha-havaha
נצח ואי – Netsach vay
Let’s dance the Horah!
Go, The Horah!

The dancers began to crawl dramatically around Daria, forming a circle around her. As she started singing the chorus, while dancing with her feet lightly on the spot, they sprung up, holding hands and spinning in a circle, like before, but on a much larger scale. Daria too began to spin in the centre of the circle, looking up at an overhead camera, giving the viewers at home and extra perspective of the stage.

Shayla-she-shayla
הורה – Haorah
רגל ימין לפני ואז האחר - Regel yamin lifney vaz haacher
Shayla-she-shayla
חוג דומה השמש – Hog dome hashemesh
Shayla-she-shayla
Let’s dance the horah!

Now, more and more people joined, covering something. Some of the circle parted, allowing the people to prop Daria up on it. More and more people came, around forty in total, and six men brought up Daria, she was sitting in a chair (OOC: Like so). The dancers began to pair up, each man and woman having a pair and they linked arms as Daria blasted out the final parts of her song. They often switched to another partner near to each other. Despite the perhaps frantic nature of this, it seemed very organised, the transition of partners looking perfectly in sync from the camera and from the audience's perspective.

Heeahhhhyyyyy!
בואו רוקדים שלנו מחול – Boa roqedim shelanu mechol
!הרגיש המוזיקה - Hirgish hamuziqa!
Dance forever!
Let-us-dance the horah!

Shayla-she-shayla

!כל להזיז אותנו קרוב – Kol L’hazoz itanu karov!
Shayla-she-shayla
חוג דומה השמש – Hog dome hashemesh
Shayla-she-shayla
Let’s dance the horah!
Hey! Hey!

She was completely out of breath when finishing the song, but it was worth it, it had went well, and she had gotten through the song, she'd pulled it off. Bowing, completely exhausted, she breathed out "Thank you, Polkopiah! Todah olam!"

לרוחב היםים – Lerocheb hayamim

Parolem/ Lyrics: Nooa Izriim
Okzeshikham/ Conductor: Filram Ulvandem
Kanslavkham/ Performer: Azila Jacinja
Kanslav/ Song title: Mai Alilem bibak irlamutum/My prayers have been answered

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9X_a0SxRNPk&feature=related

Azila is the first ever Kazal entry and is really nervous before going on stage. It would be the fourth song ever performed in Nazishpak, known to the world as Zavlian.
Azila is on a white raisen platform on the stage which is filled with a sea of smoke. There is a white light being shone behind her as a well as a spotlight on her from the front. She is wearing this design but in light blue: http://img62.imageshack.us/img62/9493/aurorad.jpg the rest of the area is in darkness except flashes from cameras in the audience. As the music starts, the audience applause.

‘ni epka mai Alilem bibak irlamutum, (I feel like my prayers have been answered)
glavjorum ani bibak loshutum. (I used to think I was being ignored)
Lar, ani bodjabak trov Ashkalava (So, I gave up finding love)
Mai Herzlav bibak shnor (My heart was tired)
Erek neshim Govlavac kalit sin rinor (until that perfect day, when you came)

Blue skies with white clouds are projected on to the back of the stage

‘ni epka mai Alilem bibak irlamutum, (I feel like my prayers have been answered)
Ani trovbak sina ve josta besh jihunlior. (I found you and now we will marry)
Mai Lebilav lo kunjit roshel hav (My life couldn’t be better)
Shirlam ani riv sina (because I have you)
Junrik, besh rezalior upgazilit kesh ji (together we will go through life as one)

The wind machine begins, as she begins to sing the chorus. The train on her dress is blown upwards and the 9ft long train is wafting in mid air.

Ani ashka ashka ashka sina! (I love, love, love you!)
Sin bi bi mai Dunjalav (you are are my world)
Ani shutlior pam Lopalema ve Oizhalema (I will protect you from the wolves and the evil)
Mai Ashkalav, lejk shan mai Suanlema. (my love, ride on my wings)

Lejk shan mai Suanlema! (ride on my wings)

As she holds the last note, the audience applause and when she finishes she holds the microphone above her head. She smiles at the audience and shouts “Grad Dunjalav” thank you world.

06. Lactatia

Linda Medicini (ft: Gorizzi) - Lactation Sensation

Tune: Alyona Lanskaya - Solayoh

Linda walks out on the stage wearing a black unitard, with white circles on her breasts. The music starts playing, and the band Gotizzi, which consists of ten male members, join the stage and stand behind her.

One night I
Was feeling
A rush of excitement

Was so horny
And lonely
No one to share it with

Then the nights go
And I'm feeling
Feeling so hot all day

It starts flowing
Like a tsunami
All over my chest

White lights light up the stage and the men all rip open their shirts, which exposes their bare chests.

A rush of excitement
Flowing through my veins
This fluid is running
Outside of my chest!

Hey, Hey, Heyeyeye!

Linda rips off her top and exposes her breasts, which seem to have milk dripping out of it.

Lactation!
Sensation!
Which is getting me so damn hot!

Lactation!
Sensation!
Tot he rhythm of your... thrusts thrusts!

Lactation!
Sensation!
Would you like to taste my breast milk?

Lactation!
Sensation!
Of course you... will will!

She takes off the rest of her unitard, and she continues singing, fully exposed. The men crowd around her, and it seems like a giant orgy is happening on stage.

I'm so horny
Would you like to
To taste my fluid?

Lick it off my
My body
And turn your pink tongue white

And when I was
Was lactating
You took it all in your mouth

And we kissed
Oh we kissed
And I swallowed it all

The men all backed away and Linda cupped her breasts, spewing breast milk over the crowd.

A rush of excitement
Flowing through my veins
This fluid is running
Outside of my chest!

Hey, Hey, Heyeyeye!

The men now grope her as she sings

Lactation!
Sensation!
Which is getting me so damn hot!

Lactation!
Sensation!
Tot he rhythm of your... thrusts thrusts!

Lactation!
Sensation!
Would you like to taste my breast milk?

Lactation!
Sensation!
Of course you... will will!

Now she seems to be groping all of the guys, rubbing their crotches as the music plays. Now, as she begins to sing, milk drops from the ceiling onto the stage.

It feels like I'm cumming
Out of my tits.
With a rush like this,
I feel alive!

Cum!... Cum!... Cum!

Heyyy!

The men now all rub their chest, as Linda sings. She cups her breasts with one hand and proceeds to rub them as she sings again.

Lactation!
Sensation!
Which is getting me so damn hot!

Lactation!
Sensation!
Tot he rhythm of your... thrusts thrusts!

Lactation!
Sensation!
Would you like to taste my breast milk?

Lactation!
Sensation!
Of course you... will will!

Of course you... will will!

When it is over, she licks the breast milk from her chest, bows, and leaves the stage.

Daca Bulbul (Frog Dance)- Larissa Pipe
to the tune of Celtic Woman-Duleman

Larissa had already toured a few countries before the show, concluding with a performance on Polkopian TV the night before the contest. Fans have left comments about her entry on forums and WV sites calling it both "a beautiful ethnic entry" to "repetitive and too exotic for my tastes". However, Larissa promised the negative comments would be silenced after tonight.

5 men, all in traditional Vixxantian clothing, drums in hand, were seen. Then, they began to play the hand drum, beginning the song, proceeding to split apart as they sang, revealing Larissa:

(Nye!) Bulbulse, bulbulse, naega. (Look! A frog is dancing on the water, come)
Bulbulse, bulbulse, naega. (A frog is dancing on the water, come)
(Hoch!) Bulbulse, bulbulse, naega. (Hey! A frog is dancing on the water, come)
Bulbulse, bulbulse, naega. (A frog is dancing on the water, come)
(Pu!) Bulbulse, bulbulse, naega.(Here! A frog is dancing on the water, come)

The drummers had now split apart, revealing Larissa. She slowly bounced and walked down past the boys as she sang:

Kesne mik heyo sime oce mari guri. (Slowly he maneuvers down the raging river)
Bulbul ponce vi ar ne piri ole tumbe. (The frog bounces carefully to find the reward ahead)
Bulbulse naega puse, (The frog is graceful)
Bulbul naega hochi. (The frog is captivating)

Dominic
Both Dominic and Zalese
Melody: Jason Walker - Echo

Dominic wasn't as nervous as he originally thought he would be. His biggest problem at the moment was the many many humans around him. He would be representing Vampirum this time at WorldVision and that came with a lot of pressure. Taking 13th place before was good, considering they were debuting then, but now he was hoping to lead his country to a top 5 win. He would later have a special guest on the stage, a friend and fellow performer who he was excited to duet with for the first time. Giving himself a small pat on the back for good luck Dominic walked out the greenroom.

Finally taking the stage in a black tux, Dominic was a bit unnerved by all the beating hearts in the crowd but he pushed the feeling aside as he took his place at the black ballroom piano. The lights were off and the crowd continued cheering as other musicians took the stage. Massaging his hands a bit he began playing the soft but familiar melody on the piano. The lights turned on and focused on him dimly as he faced the crowd, his fingers still playing the keys.

"I'd like to dedicate this song to all the special people in the audience tonight." Just then five pairs of ballroom dancers dressed in gowns and tuxes appeared on stage and began dancing to the melody. Adjusting the mic to face him better on the piano Dominic began singing.

Around
Around
Are you still out there
I don’t see you now

By you
By you
You don’t really know how to trust,
But just believe me now.

The male dancers twirled the females around before leading them back into a subtle swing around the stage area. In the background the musicians began playing the violins softly.

And I’m so cold as I stand here waiting alone
While you constantly run.

And if I pretend that you’re standing here
Then it’s right cause you’ll always be close.

But your shadow
Shadow
Is the one thing holding back.
Hear you
Hear you
Listen to you call in the dark.

The dim lights slowly grew brighter and turned on the dancers who had now moved to the front of the stage while the males once again led their female partners. The sound of the violins and guitars began rising as Dominic continued the piano melody. Pointing out into the audience and began singing again.

Find you
Find you
I could find that missing place
Where you want me to be.

You have to
Follow
Follow
That sound you keep hearing where your heart could beat for me.

The dancers suddenly stepped aside as the lights moved to the left of the stage where a familiar face walked out wearing a custom made dress. Zalese, the Vampiran contestant in WV 24, waved brightly at the loud audience as she and Dominic began singing together in harmony.

And I’m so cold as I stand here waiting alone
While you constantly run.

And if I pretend that you’re standing here
Then it’s right cause you’ll always be close.

The dancers continued their dancing as Zalese elegantly walked towards the piano. Dominic continued playing, the lights now focused on the both of them.

But your shadow
Shadow
Is the one thing holding back.
Hear you
Hear you
Listen to you call in
the dark.

Just then the lights turned a pale red. The male dancers twirled the females around again before they moved to the back of the stage. Another pianist came on stage and continued playing the piano as Dominic stood and began slowly walking towards Zalese, both of their eyes focusing on each other as they sung together again. The instruments grew louder with each step that brought them closer.

I’d trade it all for
A chance for you to stay and
Have you standing here with me.

I’d trade it all for
A chance for you to stay and
Have you standing here with me.

With you again.

But your shadow
Holding back
The one thing holding...

As they finally reached each other Dominic took Zalese's hand as they once again sung together. The lights faded to a soft gray around them.

And I’m so cold as I stand here waiting alone
While you constantly run.

And if I pretend that you’re standing here
Then it’s right cause you’ll always be close.

But your shadow (shadow)
Oh, keep holding, holding.

Dominic hummed as the music began to fade. Suddenly the lights turned completely on him as he faced the audience. The piano and violin were the only music playing behind him.

Around
Around
I can see you right there.

The last two instruments finally ended as Dominic took a bow. "Thank you! How about an applause for the beautiful Zalese?" The crowd cheered loudly as Zalese stepped into the light and blew a kiss at them. "Thank you everyone. It's great to be back on the WorldVision stage again." Dominic gave the audience one final wave before leaving the stage with Zalese holding his hand. The musicians and dancers following behind them.

09. XuAretz Iudatsa
Xafia Ulcarshvilli - Xavillobis

Reflection Chinese Version

Song contests in Iudatsa were uncommon, most people hadn't even heard of the WorldVision before now. Perhaps DTV's announcement to participate came as a shock to many, but it was also a huge step forward culturally, now XuAretz Iudatsa could prevent itself to the world. 5 Tint kingdoms united under one banner, to display its musical talents, its music abilities, and its culture in general. Perhaps it was motivated by the Dragon King wanting to become more open to foreigners, to attract people to the beautiful scenery in Iudatsa.

Whatever the reason, they were here now, and Xafia Ulcarshvilli was the representative. It was important for her to record a good result for her nation, otherwise the now interested nation would be disappointed in her, dishonour hers for a long time. She had to perform well, she wanted to perform well, it was her opportunity.

Xafia was on the stage alone, wearing this, a traditional dress of Iudatsa, she had heavy geisha make-up on. The stage was bathed in an orange glow, with tiny pieces of glass scattered across the stage, giving off a brilliant orange shine. As the music started, Xafia put the microphone to her mouth, and began to sing her song.

Arkid ku i, aan gir lox maxay aan girxi falxi kor u
Girxo aan lox istaahil
Ka’shey aan hardjad u, shal sihu habaabi xara
Qaacdah kelmadim, isin caad chem fushui, isin fal chem toodoob
Sida aan dasaad lox xavillobis

As the chorus started, she spun around, gracefully, keeping in motion with the beats of the song, and dipping, swirling gracefully to keep with the oriental sound.

Isin yeedh ku’biftiin xallubi ku ausor
Laakiin dardaraan aan hay xara tijaabo, dardaraan aan xavillobis?

At the back of the stage, for the first time, a drummer could be seen, and with every beat of his drum, the stage glowed bright orange momentarily. Back onto the verses, Xafia became slower in her movements, gesticulating with her hand.

Ka’minkong haad, ka’bandiirad tarin ku ka’dabayl, ka’qudrad ka’qaran
Dardaaran aan chur gaar tuwaas joogim, olui naq ka’boqortooyo anigale?

The chorus required her to be more powerful, and the stage turned a beautiful orangey red, Xafia travelling to different sides of the stage to make contact with the audience.

Isin yeedh ku’biftiin xallubi ku ausor
Laakiin dardaraan aan hay xara tijaabo, xavillobis!
Isin yeedh ku’biftiin xallubi ku ausor
Laakiin dardaraan aan hay xara tijaabo, xavillobis!

Remaining powerful through from the chorus to the verse, the slow song began to become more powerful, and her voice required more of her, however she didn't feel stretched, just comfortable. The last part of the song was here, the part that would remain in everybody's minds, as she began, orange petals fell from the sky, getting heavier and heavier as she sung more powerfully.

Oo aan hawo, u ka’jawaabim aan doonasho
Aan rajeey yonsatate, u ka’wanchao u har qian, u chem hawaawim gir xing!

Isin yeedh ku’biftiin xallubi ku ausor
Laakiin dardaraan aan hay xara tijaabo, xavillobis!
Wuxdaw, wuxsida, ka’caadim dardaaran jab u xara
Chem tijaabo dardaaran lai, chem tijaabo dardaaran jidee xara

As the song wound down, she lay on the bed of petals, making sure to avoid the glass. She softly sung out the last words while looking straight down the overhead camera, lifting her hand out to it.

Aan daasad, aan dardaaran xavillobis

She couldn't speak English, or Polkopian, so she simply smiled at the cheering audience, saying in Iudatsian, "Mahadsanid" before coming off the stage.

Look at me, I am not what I have been made up for
Am I not worthy?)
The thing I strive for, it seems to mislead me
Smokescreen words, they cloud my vision, they make me feel
Like I cannot ever blossom

They say the brightest bloom in adversity
But will I have my test, will I blossom?

The dragon flies, the flag rippling in the wind, the power of the nation
Will I ever reach those heights, set by the kingdom of mine?

They say the brightest bloom in adversity
But will I have my test, Blossom!
They say the brightest bloom in adversity
But will I have my test, Blossom!

And I wish, for the answers I seek
I hope for eternity, for the dynasty to stay strong, for my dreams to be awakened!

They say the brightest bloom in adversity
But will I have my test, Blossom!
Someway, somehow, the clouds will part for me
My test will come, my test will allow me
I can, I will blossom

The Paradystopi Lymryk Isles

Eæ śośē he - Flappy Clambanger

Music (own composition)

Flappy peered anxiously onto the stage from the wings. He looked from the professional light-show and effects of Xavillobis to his rag-tag bunch of Lymryker musicians and felt more nervous than before. He was himself singing and playing a piano (modified for otter paws), his sister; Squealer Clambanger was poised with her drum-sticks and the backing brass group; 'The Squidchasers' were warming up their instruments. They had prepared some theatrics for their performance but they were hardly going to acheive any sort of 'wow' factor. He overheard two of his trumpet players discussing their competition.

(translated from Pteronurian)
"What language is she singing in?"
"XuAretzish, you idiot."
"Oh ... "
"Do we have any falling petals?"
"Don't think so. Just a few dancers."
"Hmmm ... Don't think our chances are very good then ... "
"Nope"

This only served to heighten Flappy's anxiety. He'd also never performed in front of such a large audience and as Xafia's song gently came to its final cadence and she left the stage, a technician gave him a thumbs-up and gestured with his head towards the awaiting stage. Flappy gulped, steeled himself and made his way on.
Image

Flappy Backdrop

The backdrop glowed with an ominous image of his face and a single spotlight bore down upon the piano at which Flappy positioned himself. He could see the other members of his band find their places amidst the dark of the stage. The audience however, could not see them. Flappy was very aware of being in the gaze of thousands of people and a bead of sweat trickled uncomfortably from his forehead. He spoke into the microphone in broken English.
Hello. I'm Flappy. This song, I wrote.

An audience member shouted back 'Well get on with it then!', provoking a slight ripple of sniggering throughout the auditorium. Flappy smiled nervously, trying to subdue a rising feeling of terror. Turning to the piano, he began to play.

Bold = pteronurian language
Italic = beatboxed lyrics
(Bracketted) = english transliteration

Four sparse piano chords as the spotlight shone down upon Flappy, as he played, he ignored the audience. With each chord his confidence grew and after the fourth, he leaned towards the microphone and began to sing.
Øh øh øh (ooh ooh ooh)
Øh keka øh (ooh kikka ooh)
Øh øh øh øh (ooh ooh ooh ooh)
Øh keka øh (ooh kikka ooh)
Øh øh e'øh øh (ooh ooh ee-ooh ooh)
Øh keka øh (ooh kikka ooh)
Øh øh øh øh (ooh ooh ooh ooh)
Øh keka øh (ooh kikka ooh)
Øh kekakeka øh ka ka ka keka (ooh kikakika ooh ka ka ka kika)

As the drums entered, the stage lights rose revealing the band. A drum-set, and in front of that, a brass quartet of 3 trumpets and a tuba. The lights pulsated with the music and the brass band danced from side to side. Flappy himself swung his tail around to play the bass notes upon the piano. He was beginning to enjoy himself and this was starting to show as he relaxed and began rocking to the beat. As they approached the end of the introduction, two young Pteronurians ran onto the stage in fish costumes chasing each other playfully around the musicians.

Keka gh, Ĝrē he śo'śæ śřoæśø (Kikka guh, Ghree oh-ee sho-shy-ee shrow-aishu)
Keka gh, Gaōšø œǽ gak'oh skrh (Kikka guh, Gah-ohzu oyahyi gak-ohuh skruh)
Keka gh, He sk'ǽ gak'grōǽ, Kekaka Keka gh (Kikka guh, Oh-ee skah-yee gak-groah-yee, Kikka-ka Kikka guh)
?Æ'æ'æ he (Ai-ai-ai oh-ee)
?Æ'æ'æ he (Ai-ai-ai oh-ee)
Kœq'kœq grōǽ he o'ō (Kuyk-kuyk groah-yee oh-ee o-oh)

Amidst the dark, Flappy could see members of the audience exchanging curious glances. Geez, you'd have thought they'd never seen a beatboxing otter before. Then again, maybe the pteronurian style of singing hadn't reached Peeto yet. Meh, their loss ...

Øh keka øh (ooh kikka ooh)
Øh øh øh øh (ooh ooh ooh ooh)
Øh keka øh (ooh kikka ooh)
Øh øh e'øh øh (ooh ooh ee-ooh ooh)
Øh keka øh (ooh kikka ooh)
Øh øh øh øh (ooh ooh ooh ooh)
Øh keka øh (ooh kikka ooh)
Øh kekakeka øh ka ka ka keka (ooh kikakika ooh ka ka ka kika)

Flappy was beginning to enjoy himself, even making a playful attempted grab at one of the diminuitive dancers as the danced around his piano stool.

Keka gh, He še œǽ śośē (Kikka guh, Oh-ee zhee oyahyi shoshi)
Keka gh, Śřo'śośē ĝrē he (Kikka guh, Shrow-shoshi ghree oh-ee)
Keka gh, Œǽ řh'ēgēge he qh"o, Kekaka Keka gh (Kikka guh, Oyahyi ruh-eegeegi oh-ee kuh-oh, Kikka-ka Kikka guh)
?Æ'æ'æ he (Ai-ai-ai oh-ee)
?Æ'æ'æ he (Ai-ai-ai oh-ee)
Qh"o śośē ǽh, œǽ ośhg grōǽ (Kuh-oh shoshi ahyeh, oyahyi oshug groah-yee)

Grasping the microphone from atop the piano, Flappy improvised rhythmically for a few strains. The music held together by his tail, still providing a bass from the piano and the tuba player, who had, it would attempt, forgetten he was meant to stop at that point. He quickly improvised a fill and no-one noticed.

Strobe lights flickered the stage, the dancers were now dead centre and bounding up and down. Each flash of light seemingly depicting a snapshot of a leaping fish. The band were building up and the stage lights rose with the musical intensity as the flashing ceased. The brass kept the riff rolling onwards as Flappy again used his voice rhythmically, now he was ennunciating the various syllables of the song's title.

Eæ śośē he (ee-eye shoshi oh-ee) x4

The brass took the lead, the trumpets blared into harmony and the tuba chugged along with the bass line. Flappy kept the tempo

Eæ śośē he (ee-eye shoshi oh-ee) x4

The drums heralded the final section of the song. Everyone entered bouncing their various riffs along as the backdrop came to life, bouncing in time to the music. The stage lights pulsated as they swept around the stage and another 8 young pteronurians in fish costumes raced of stage running around joyously in a charming sort of chaos. Over the top of all of this, Flappy sung his chorus.

Eæ śośē he (ee-eye shoshi oh-ee)
Eæ śośē he (ee-eye shoshi oh-ee)
Eæ śośē he (ee-eye shoshi oh-ee)

Eæ śośē he (ee-eye shoshi oh-ee)
Gak'kœq'kœq, śośē he (Gak-kuyk-kuyk, shoshi oh-ee)

By the time two choruses had finished, the little fish dancers had arranged themselves into a line at the front of the stage. They clapped along, encouraging the audience to join in. Some of the little fish dancers even began joining in with the lyrics

1 2 3 4

clapping rhythm

Eæ śośē he (ee-eye shoshi oh-ee)
Eæ śośē he (ee-eye shoshi oh-ee)
Eæ śośē he (ee-eye shoshi oh-ee)
Gak'kœq'kœq, śośē he (Gak-kuyk-kuyk, shoshi oh-ee)

Eæ śośē he (ee-eye shoshi oh-ee)

Eæ śośē he (ee-eye shoshi oh-ee)
Gak'kœq'kœq, śośē he (Gak-kuyk-kuyk, shoshi oh-ee)

One-by-one, the parts began to stop and the dancers exited the stage. The lights dimmed until Flappy sat alone at his piano once more, allowing the song to drift away delicately into the ether with a slow rising arpeggio.

The crowd cheered warmly and Flappy made a mental note to research the pteronurian equivalent of the english phrase 'Oh, they're so cute'. He yelled over the applause, first in pteronurian, then in english.

!Ĝhø Oq'ōkēa (Guh-oo Ock-oh-kia)
Thank-you Polkopia!

And he left the stage in good spirits, giving his sister a high-five as he exited past the drums

'Øh keka øh' and it's varients are merely vocalisations, the same as singing 'Do re mi' or such or 'Boom-chikka-boom'

Verse 1
Again, 'keka gh' is just vocalising

When I'm swimming in the sea
The sun is warm on the back of my neck
I find myself getting hungry
What am I to do?
What am I to do?
As clams scarcely fill the void which is my tummy

Verse 2
I spy a appetising morsel of succulent meat
And I find myself drawn in by its shiny body
It wriggles pleasingly as my teeth sink in
What am I to do?
What am I to do?
I bite its head off, because that's the tastiest bit

Chorus
Yes, I'd like a fish
Yes, I'd like a fish
Yes, I'd like a fish
No Clams for me, I want a fish

Sugar Candy Love-Motsuki
to the tune of Orange Caramel-Lipstick

Motsuki, a 3-piece girl group made up of Ponji (left), Jessica (center) and Sooshi (right), were excited and nervous for their entry. After a short promotional tour in Vampirum, Anollasia, Eireann Fae and Polkopia, they purposely promoted in countries they knew would be least likely to vote for them. Many fans predicted a satisfying finish, noting its catchy beat and off-the-wall performances on TV. However, some noted after the novelty act of the Paradystopi Lymryk Isles, this overly-cute performance could cancel each other out. The girls brushed this off, and went on stage.

The screens were filled with bright orange and light blue paint blots. Ponji, Jessica and Sooshi wore these dresses Ponji left, Jessica center,Sooshi right. The threesome stood in the middle of the stage. Then, a spotlight shone on Jessica, as she began the song:

Love nyi Sugar Boo!

Immediately after that, a very old man, at least 80, came from the bottom of the stage, and stood between Jessica and Ponji, playing the saxophone solo a la Moldova ESC 2010 (epic sax guy). Jessica and Poonji joined him, and they thrusted in unison. Sooshi, however, was standing stiff and awkwardly away from them, almost shaking, while the other two girls seemed to have the time of their lives. Jessica then thrust one last time, this time knocking the poor old man down to the ground. She put one foot on his back (around his buttocks area) and began the song, seductively leaning back, sticking her butt out, squeezing her chest, etc.:

Ime ko lare samo, (I'm trying to get your attention)
kokoro te kramo oh, (My heart beats out from my brain for you, oh)
karajina hiria. (Creepy but true)

Jessica's dress flaps then opened up, like Transformers but with cuter dresses, rolling out a small platform solid enough to support Poonji as she sang the next verse:

12.Fae Omega
Aþafera, Home Sweet Home
To: Chris Cornell - Like A Stone (Acoustic)

The arena goes completely black, as a hush falls over the massive crowd. Slowly, small firey sprites appear throughout the arena, on stage and over the audience, like tiny stars held magickally suspended. Here and there are even nebulae, galaxy clusters, and other cosmic phenomena. Completely obscured in the darkness, Aþafera walks onto the stage with only a stool and his acoustic guitar. Once he is in position, he is illuminated, but from no discernable outside source - it is as though his very body is glowing. His damp, shoulder-length crimson hair frames his face on either side, as though he just got out of the shower. He is wearing a black silk shirt with matching tie, and black leather suspenders to hold up his matching silk pants. His dark dress shoes are polished to a high shine, and the right one is resting on a crossbar between two of the stool's legs.

The boy, apparently fourteen years old (but actually quite a bit older than probably anyone in attendance), smiles warmly at the crowd as he rests his glossy black dreadnought guitar on his right knee. Though he is using no amplification devices, when he begins strumming, the sound is carried cleanly throughout the auditorium, thanks to the Air Faeries manipulating the sound waves to give them greater volume and range. As he begins the vocals, his voice is similarly enhanced.

As he begins the first verse, the ethereal scenery is manipulated - 'space' expands from the boy's position on the stage, and the image of a small spacecraft, resembling a crystal hawk, soars from the heart of the guitar and drifts lazily over the heads of the audience members. As he sings of Earth, an image of the planet rises from the centre of the stage, and the small craft flies into 'orbit' around the image.

In that cold black, sea of space
In a ship of a crystal make
Shining stars, they, light my way
Through this boundless starry place.
Calm of heart, short of breath,
Drifting through the emptiness
Come to rest on Earth our home
I do not ride alone

As the chorus begins, the images of Earth and the ship fade, replaced by floating signs of the Zodiac. At mention of the Faeries, ten signs are forming a vertical ring, slowly spinning clockwise: . When 'we' are mentioned, referencing the three Humans of the group, the following signs are placed within the circle at even intervals: ♌ ♍ ⚕. As he sings 'home', an image of the Earth appears again, within the ring of Zodiac symbols.

O-mega...
We are thirteen
Faeries, ten
And we make three
Can't wait to be there
Home sweet home,
Can't wait to be there
Our home... No I can't...

The Earth and symbols fade together as Aþafera goes into the second verse. Behind him is now the image of a blue giant star, depicted on stage with a diameter of approximately a metre. About 2/3rds the way into the audience hovers the image of a dead planet, dark and dusty. Around the planet orbits an ancient space station, the facility comprised of three concentric torus rings, connected by spokes to each other. The inner most ring is connected to a central cylinder, which flares out at each end, then gently curves back towards the centre forming a dome shape. The hawk-like ship is docked at the station, alongside another ship. As he sings 'lives were lost', the second ship explodes, vapourising into nothingness. When he sings of making it back, the first ship lights up and takes off, leaving the station to continue its orbit around the dead planet.

Arcadia, a station dead
And haunted by the spirits lost
We were stranded, and near to death
And almost lost it all
Lives were lost, but we got free,
And made it to the Höſ-Sölzœ
And off we were, back to our home
The station, it drifts alone

The planet and station fade from view, but the Höſ-Sölzœ continues soaring over the audience. The blue giant star fades into the signs of the Zodiac as described above, and the imagery on the stage mostly matches what happened with the previous chorus. This time, however, the image of the ship comes into orbit by the end of the chorus, completing a couple of circuits by the time the boy sings 'with you...'.

O-mega...
We are thirteen
Faeries, ten
And we make three
Can't wait to be there
Home sweet home,
Can't wait to be there
Our home... Our home...

As the images of the Earth and Zodiac fade, the ship soars out over the audience again, drifting through the pinpoints of light that represent stars that still hang silently over the heads of the audience. As Aþafera sings 'oh why don't you see?', all images fade to black, leaving the only illumination in the arena being the boy's own apparent glow.

And on we roam
'Til end of time may come
But always dream of home
For Earth is what we love
For all of our hopes
And all of our dreams
They lie here with you
Oh why don't you see?

No stars over the audience now, the boy sings the final chorus. Again, the sequence with the signs of the Zodiac appears, and finishes with the symbols encircling an image of the Earth.

O-mega...
We are thirteen
Faeries, ten
And we make three
Can't wait to be there
Home sweet home,
Can't wait to be there
Our home... Our home... Yeah...

As the song ends, the image expands to fill the stage, hiding the musician within the illuminated imagery. As he sings the final word, the symbols scatter across the auditorium and fade off in the distance and the Earth 'explodes' in a shower of harmless sparks. The stage is completely black, and the only sound is the reverberation of that final word. When the lights come back on, Aþafera has already left the stage.

As the curtain raise the orchestra begins playing the intro music which later is followed by the choir with their slow but clear voice.

Holy Requiem...
Qui tollis peccata mundi
Dona eis requiem,
dona eis requiem

The lights slowly dimmed until a warm glow remained as the next verse is sung

Pie Jesu, pie Jesu, pie Jesu, pie Jesu
Qui tollis peccata mundi
Dona eis requiem, dona eis requiem

Slowly an orange light shown onto the stage as the next verse is sung

Pie Jesu, pie Jesu, pie Jesu, pie Jesu
Qui tollis peccata mundi
Dona eis requiem, dona eis requiem
Agnus Dei, Agnus Dei, Agnus Dei, Agnus Dei

The choir sung the final verse with great passion whist the orchestra continues to play with great accuracy

Qui tollis peccata mundi
Dona eis requiem, dona eis requiem
Sempiternam
Sempiternam
Requiem

With the final verse the orange light slowly dimmed until total darkness on the stage as the music ceased.

The audience stood up with tears in there eyes applauded for a full 2 minutes non stop.

14. Bloodbath Generation
Bomochuta-Dziyesti
to the tune of Serebro-Мама Люба (Mama Lover)

Dziyesti were formed by the popular casting show "Lychichee". They already hit #1 with their WV song in their home country, and promised to deliver on the big night. It was a stark contrast from the nation's last entry, an emotional, stirring and controversial ballad. The girls knew they had to work hard to top the 4th place, but they knew their song would stay in the listeners heads by the end, whether they wanted to or not.

A giant half-robot half-patch creature like Eva from the movie "Igor" was in the middle of the stage. She began to sing an unidentifiable tune in a very high, off-key tone. Then, about 15 seconds in, she suddenly began to moan and scream. Suddenly, her stomach broke open, and the three members of Dziyesti flamboyantly hopped out of her patchwork stomach. Eleni slowly pulled some sheets over the hole in the creatures stomach, and now the girls were standing on the hole. The music had now begun, and they were aimlessly dancing, bending over on each other, slapping each others bums, etc. Evalochka began the song:

Pochi ne bucho, (First you parked his car)
eko si druko. (Then you sucked his d*ck)

The thumping techno beat continued, with Evalochka standing on top of Eleni and Cara's bums. All three were wearing short, tight black dresses. Evalochka continued the song:

Melo chi krvatska, (Why did you do that)
ekon pti drakta. (Nobody likes you anymore )

Eleni moved into the middle, and bumped off Evalochka and Cara off the creatures body. Now alone at least 12 feet above the audience, Eleni sang:

Grita, grita sunyeshi resi no kamo garai, (I know, I know, you want me to die so you can be with him)
Apo si nibochko, (But that red drink you had before you sucked him)
ponyi si puko. (That was my period blood)

Since the English translated lyrics were shown on screen, gasps from the foreign audience abound in the arena, but the Bloodbathian fans were roaring with laughter. They had referred to an infamous incident in BG celebrity culture, where an actress got revenge on a new girl who got the lead in the biggest movie of the year by making her drink her...yeah. Anyways, all 3 girls were now on stage level, and after a brief shot of the horrified audience, the beast was towed off stage, and 4 dancers, each wearing a tight glittery dress of the colors of their national country (BG, Hagasvyo, VIXX and Polkopia) , joined them in the melody:

Bomochuta, gavai, drutai, canai. (Dumb b*tch, go home, die, never come back in my sight)
Bomochuta, gavai, drutai, canai. (Dumb b*tch, go home, die, never come back in my sight)
Bomochuta, gavai, drutai, canai. (Dumb b*tch, go home, die, never come back in my sight)
Bomochuta, gavai, drutai, canai. (Dumb b*tch, go home, die, never come back in my sight)

Throughout the catchy and repetitive melody, the 7 on stage all did this dance in unison:

"Bombo-" shuffle feet Kurt Calleja style to the left.
"-chuta" Shuffle again as seen above, but to the right"
"Gavai-" Swivel hips and bum down a third of the way down to the ground.
"Drustai-" Do the same, but now 2/3 of the way down.
"Casnai" Hit the floor, then rapidly stick your bum out as far as you can, making sure you hit a boys crotch on your ascent.

Now the 3 girls were lying close together on the floor in seductive and somewhat random positions. The stage was now dark, with a spotlight on them. Cara then sang acapella:

Buchka buchka nevopye, ani sirtse. (Nothing, nothing you ever do I care about)

The beat was now back in full swing, and she led Eleni and Evalochka down the runway, strutting confidently:

Evi noski magyar, (You can never shut up)
poshi gara crayaar. (I hope you get pregnant with a whale)
Nuyetsi ca semi nosque ali ba-ba-ba-ba
Buchka remido

Now a longer instrumental played before the melody. The stage turned into a mini-rave, with lights palpating everywhere. The girls now ran into the audience, dancing seductively with anyone, including babies, senior citizens, commentators, while the lyrics showed on screen, with some of the crowd singing along.

Now a triumphant-sounding trumpet played in the distance, and with the beat behind it, created a club-party atmosphere. Then, a lone spotlight shone on the trumpeteer, still playing, but now his face was seen. It was none other than the president of Polkopia! He was a very tall, stocky man, but something seemed a bit odd about his outfit. Anyways, the beat had dropped, and it was just the President and his trumpet. The crowd went wild when his face came on the screen, blowing away. Then the girls led the crowd in an acapella, arena-rock beat (stomp-stomp-clap and all that jazz) version of the melody:

[Evalochka] Bomochuta, gavai, drutai, canai. (Dumb b*tch, go home, die, never come back in my sight)
[Elena comes out of the President's shirt]
[Elena]Bomochuta, gavai, drutai, canai. (Dumb b*tch, go home, die, never come back in my sight)
[Evalochka unzips the President's pants, revealing nothing sexual, just Cara, who falls out clumsily]
[Cara] Bomochuta, gavai, drutai,canai-nai
[All 3]nai-nai-nai-nai-nai-nAI-NAIIIIIIIIII. (Dumb b*tch, go home, die, never come back in my sight)
WOO!

Now, a big [BOOM] sounded, the lights came back on, and a huge crowd was seen on stage. People from all over the WV broadcasting area, including the withdrawn nation Yakostan (with Luigi von Yakostan awkwardly dancing alone), Kalosia (represented by a live feed LeoNa a Kalosian celebrity couple dancing on their sofa in their house, a crowd in downtown Monterra, and Zafira on stage), Euskirribakondara (TBA), Anollasia (5 people in matching shirts with all the nation's flags on them waving Anollasian flags and jumping around), Vampirium (The Vampirum Batties, getting a huge cheer from the Vampirium delegation, flying over the stage, fist-pumping and such in the air) and Bloodbath Generation (Lauren Meade dancing politely, teen popstar Robin Bishvilo twerking on the President of BGEN, Tova McQueen as she looks horrified but enjoying it at the same time). Since the dance steps from the beginning were shown on the big screen again, the crowd started to join in, with groups of friends and other audience members creating an atmosphere of an all-out party, with over 25 people on stage, along with hundreds, of not thousands in the huge arena dancing along in unison. The people on stage were seen smiling, and even though the lyrics were a bit vulgar and the song was not a favorite to win, everyone was having the time of their lives. And with cameras panning over the crowd, watching them go down together, then back up, and just having a great time as the confetti rained down on the stage and the crowd, everyone, watching at home or in the arena, was in happy spirits as the final melody was sung.

Then Elena, Cara and Evalochka were seen held up by two men, one from Polkopia and one from Bloodbath Generation (their shirt had their national flag on it), and they said together:

Thank you Peeto! Sbatsipyai! WoOOOhoOOO!

Love Is Not A Game - Anna Petravona

Tune: Crying Out Your Name - Loreen

After the applause of the crowd had died down from the previous entry, Anna Petravona took the stage, along with her single male backup singer. Anna wore an elegant blue dress while her backup singer wore a formal tuxedo. Anna stood at the very center of the stage, facing the crowd, while the backup singer was at the very back leftcornet of the stage, standing before a tall microphone. Anna had participated at the Worldvision song contest before, and was more than excited to be be back, however her serious expression did not let one know how truly excited she was for this moment. She let out a soft, warm slime, before the tune began to play.

As the tune played, the black lights and background faded into a solid blue color, one that matched Anna's dress. The background screen did not display any moving images at the moment, but instead, displayed the same blue color as the lights. Fog crept out onto the stage, reaching up to Anna's mid-calf, and was colored the same blue hue as the lights in the background.

I won't let you hurt me now
No, no, not this time
Please don't go and tell me how
How you're a changed man

I don't remember what you did
To make me feel that way
You're just a little kid
Trying to play the game of love

The lights now grew brighter, and the background screen was now beginning to display moving blue and black patterns on the screen. The backing singer now began to sing along with Anna during the next verse.

And if you tell me that you want to take me back
I'll meet your face with a smack
Can't you see...?

As Anna sings the next verse, the lights go from blue to white, and completely lights up the entire stage. The background pattern is now beginning to dismantle itself and put itself back together. A familiar-looking image could distinctly be seen during this process.

Love is not a game
Don't you play me tonight
You know I'll put up a fight
I know what I deserve

Love is not a game
Don't you play me tonight
You know I'll put up a fight
I know what I deserve

After Anna sings the chorus, the lights remain golden, but it seems as though they've dimmed down. A gold spotlight shines on Anna, and the light makes her dress seem as though it changed colors from blue to gold. The background image still represents a pattern forming and deforming over and over again. It still hasn't completely formed, however one would be able to recognize the shape is they looked closely enough.

I know I deserve better
Than your childish games
When will you realize
That I am not your little pawn

And if you tell me that you want to take me back
I'll meet your face with a smack
Can't you see...?

The lights brighten up a bit, as they did before when Anna last sung the chorus, but now, many spotlights travel around the audience in all different directions.

Love is not a game
Don't you play me tonight
You know I'll put up a fight
I know what I deserve

Love is not a game
Don't you play me tonight
You know I'll put up a fight
I know what I deserve

The lights now go nearly completely black as Anna and her background singer sing the last part. Apart from the last line in this verse, Anna is to sing a line in the verse, and her background singer is to echo her last words

You and me were never right (right)
Time to let go of what we never had (had)
Time for me to move on (on)
And now I'll find better...

The lights now change to a wide variety of colors, and spotlights of all different colors circle the audience. The shape in the background now completely resembles a large blue heart, and it beats to the rhythm of the music. Anna takes her microphone from the stand and walks around the stage, smiling at the crowd as she sings.

Love is not a game
Don't you play me tonight
You know I'll put up a fight
I know what I deserve

Love is not a game
Don't you play me tonight
You know I'll put up a fight
I know what I deserve

The music ends and Anna and her backup singer rush to the front of the stage, where they each take a bow. Anna holds the microphone up to her mouth. "Thank you! Spasibiya Polkopia!" With that, they both walk off the stage together.

Jeg Er Kvinde - Joliet Thomasson

Tune: He Lives In You - Tina Turner

Joliet
Backup Singers

[Lyrics in Ansleizn]

Joliet Thomasson proudly took the stage, wearing a beautiful white dress. Radiant with confidence, a smile formed on her face, as the crowd began to jeer and whistle. She grabbed the microphone from the stand in front of her and said "This one's for all you big tough men out there."

More whistling ensued, followed by unintelligible murmuring in the audience. "Yeah, i know your kind..." she said. Then the lights flickered, changing to a soft yellowed orange glow and the music began as backup dancers and singers sauntered onto the stage.

Han er, er en mænde
Han er, er en mænde
Han er, er en mænde

The lead backup singer moved to stage left, before performing a double front flip, landing in front of [and slightly to the left of] Joliet. Poised, neck back, Spotlight on her, she sang:

Tiden Kommer for oss to,
find oarselv i horisont

The spotlight returned and the backup singer moved back into formation as Joliet picked up the vocals

Ris...
De ikke stoppe os, nej
felte styrka i dig

ooooooooooooo

oh oh i oh

Sensikk...

The lights dimmed back down to a faint yellow orange, with white light filtering in intermittently and shimmering around it.

The backup dancers began to perform acrobatic stunts behind Joliet, in a truly theatrical stunt. Seven bodies, weaving back and forth between the lights, casting shadows, with Joliet's silhouette impressed upon the foreground

Han er, er en mænde
Han er, er en mænde
Han er, er en mænde
Han er....

The Backup singers cleared the stage, momentarily, as the lights picked back up, and the entire stage was rapt in orange and yellow hues, popping out the background, where the image of an enormous rising sun was revealed. The backup singers returned to the stage and began performing once more as Joliet belted out the chorus.

Han kontroller mig, dag åndt nacht
Han vil er mægtig, i liv jeg har macht
men nej mere heraat, jeg har rise
fra askane, jeg er Kvinde

The lights again dimmed down, with a more pronounced spectrum of filtered white light this time.

høn har rise, idag høn har rise

Jeg er Kvinde

The stage went almost completely dark, with bright splotches of light permeating here and there, as the dancers came into formation. The Lights began to stutter, in sync with the song, as they lifted once more, this time with a soft pulsing white light flittering back and forth to the steady drum beat. The dancers all came together, and one of them was lifted and thrown up into the air, coming down and landing back on a pile of outstretched hands, just as Joliet dug into the chorus once more, and the dancers went about their somersaults, back flips and twirls in the distance.

Der kontrolle dig, dag åndt nacht
Der vil er mægtig, i liv vi macht
men nej mere heraat, Vi har rise
fra askane, Vi er Kvinder

The song ended with the dancers all together standing in formation in front of the rising sun prop, as it was lifted via pulley off of the stage. The lights dimmed, and Joliet, sweating slightly, smiled proudly as the crowd roared in applause.
A Man
He is, is a man
He is, is a man
He is, is a man

(for)Women,
Life and love respective
come...
it is so
with no other
it is so

The time has come for us to
Find ourselves on the Horizon...

Rise...
They can't stop us, no
feel the power in you
They can't stop us now

He controls me, day and night
his will is mighty, in this life i made
but no more suffering, i have risen
From the ashes, i am a woman.

She has risen, today she has risen

I Am A Woman

They control you, day and night
Their will is mighty, in [this] life we make
but no more suffering, we have risen
From the ashes, We are Women

הערוץ הראשון קישראל - Coverage
With Mia Awachu & Perah Kemainah

Mia: Shalom! Yes, we've been commissioned for another music contest, this time, Kishrael is débuting in the largest music festival in the world, the WorldVision Song Contest!
Perah: That's right! They liked how we did on the World Hit Festival, and they want some more, so we'll be taking you through tonight's performances.
Mia: But first, well done Perah on getting a place at the next WorldVision Song Contest! If you didn't know, Miss Kemainah has in fact qualified to represent Kishrael in the next edition of this contest, with her song, Kanafim. Well done!
Perah: Oh right yes...well about that-
Mia: Ah, we have an opening act, time to get the alcohol, Perah, you with me?
Perah: Uh, I guess so, I'd just like to say that I'm not-
Mia: Let's go then!

Opening Act...

Mia: And we're back, I'm sure you don't care what we're drinking, but seriously, Polkopia has some strong stuff.
Perah: Pwahaha, yahoo! Let's go!

Grandterre performs...

Mia: Yeah. they're like Lymantatia with a different flag.
Perah: And like Lymantatia, this song will not go anywhere, sorry Lyman-, I mean Grandterre, but it's not good enough.
Mia: To vote for this, then call the number on your screen, and add 01.
Perah: Next up we have Kalosia!
Mia: Yeah, still Mediterra to me...
Perah: Yeah, but its not really the same, they decided to change their language, their name, everything. Those poor Mediterrans, they don't know what to think do they...

Kalosia performs...

Mia: It was really different, and I liked it, good job Mediterra!
Perah: Yeah, Kalosia, just saying. It was good, the music was a bit average, but the theme of the song is so different, I hope it does well.
Mia: Mmmhmm, they've sent some dreadful crap over the years, but sometimes they send a bastion of light in the midsts of crap...
Perah: Beautiful... to vote for Mediterra, call the number on your screen, and add 02.
Mia: Now, we have last years hosts, Communist Quinntopia!

Communist Quinntopia performs...

Perah: Well that was great! I mean, her voice is excellent, the music and lyrics... they're okay too.
Mia: Yeah, this is about Capitalism.
Perah: I really don't think it is you know, the program here says it was written by Lisa, and about her personal experiences.
Mia: Lies... it was written by the Quinntopian government, I know it.
Perah: Oookayy.... so to vote for this, add 03 to the number on your screen. Now we have, oh yeah! The one you've been waiting for, Kishrael!

Kishrael performs...

Perah :Shayla-she-shayla Haorah, regel yamin lifney vaz haacher!
Mia: Shayla-she-shayla, hog dome hashemesh!
Both Shayla-she-shayla, Let's dance the Horah!
Perah: So yeah, we can't vote for this.
Mia: Aww...

Kazalistan performs...

Mia: Are they Jewish? If they are Jewish, then they'll probably get points from us, let's face the facts.
Perah: Yeah, that's true, we are the home of the Jews, and we give our friends points whenever we can.
Mia: Their language has some Hebrew in it, and the song itself wasn't that bad, maybe about the same as Mediterra.
Perah: Kalosia. Yes, this was nice, good luck fellow yehudim, I think! Add 05 to vote for them!

Costa Fieran Coverage of WSC 25 on Canal Uno:

Diana: Good evening Costa Fiero, hello South America and welcome to the WorldVision Song Contest live from Peeto in Polkopia!
Antonio: Hooray. Another competition we'll do crap in as usual.
Diana: Oh for God's sake Antonio. Why do you always bring down the feeling of the show?
Antonio: Haven't you seen our last performances Diana? They were great and we still nearly came last. I'm just merely saying we're better off watching those five year olds on the other channel.....wait, that didn't come out right.
Diana: (sarcastic) Really?
Antonio: Anyway, who should we look out for tonight?
Diana: Well, there were a bunch of nations that entered and some of them just might actually participate this time, but it's really the same old same old.
Antonio: So, let the singing begin!

Opening Act
Antonio: Christ that was terrible. Could Polkopia really not think of anything better to welcome us to their...er...country?
Diana: Agreed. That was just weird. I hope the participants are much better.
Antonio: And what if I said Grandterre was up next?
Diana: I'd say who the hell is Grandterre?
Antonio: It's Lymatatia with a new name and a new flag. It's basically the same country with a penchant for shitty music.
Diana: Right. This should be...fun...is that the right word?

Grandterre: Generation
Antonio: That's it. I'm having a vodka.
Diana: But it's only the first song. Surely it wasn't that bad.
Antonio: Are you kidding? That was fucking terrible. They made the same sound as someone attacking sheets of polystyrene with a flock of electrocuted cats.
Diana: You're right. I've never heard anyone sing like that.
Antonio: And what was wrong with that chick on the left's face. Was she doing that on purpose?
Diana: I...I...I really don't know. Anyway, you really shouldn't vote for this so don't, please. I'm begging you for the sake of taste and decency.
Antonio: Up next is Kalosia.

Kalosia: Staying Home
Diana: I like it.
Antonio: Course you would. You like those weird songs.
Diana: I also like your songs too, Antonio. And what's so bad about this one?
Antonio: My songs actually make sense and are about something other than wandering around the house. Hell, I could make a song about taking a shit and it'd still sell.
Diana: So you don't want to vote for it?
Antonio: Not if someone threatened me with a gun. You?
Diana: No. I like the song and Zafira is a good singer. But it's just so goddamn boring.
Antonio: Well, if you disagree with us on whether or not the lyrics work then you can call the number on your screens, go online to canaluno.tv.cf/wsc or text 02 to 525.
Diana: Communist Quinntopia is next.

Communist Quinntopia: Last Stand
Diana: Ooooh I always like these types of songs. It makes me think that I'm inside some sort of James Bond movie. It's soft and yet powerful.
Antonio: And Lisa is hot.
Diana: Yes, she did look good in that dress. But I just can't help but feel that there was a certain je ne sais quoi missing from it.
Antonio: You mean the lyrics?
Diana: Yes. Like that last song from Kalosia, the lyrics just didn't feel inspired enough for me.
Antonio: Yeah...I'd probably agree with you. But have you seen the lyrics to our entry?
Diana: Yes but our one is more about a man actually taking a stand and loosing. It's tragic and glorious at the same time. That just isn't. All Lisa does is stand there talking about...a last stand. Nothing actually happens.
Antonio: Would you vote for it?
Diana: Given I've just ranted a little about it, no. I mean, I'm not saying it's terrible but it isn't great.
Antonio: Well, if you disagree on whether or not this song is like Kalosia but with better music, then call your numbers on your screen, visit us online or text 03 to 525.
Diana: Up next is Kishrael.

Kishrael: Haorah
Diana: That was certainly energetic. Pity about the translations from Hebrew.
Antonio: I'm now thinking they shouldn't have bothered. There really isn't anything there aside from gibberish. Want some vodka?
Diana: Yes please. And I do give Kishrael credit on the performance. Certainly the best so far in terms of that.
Antonio: Indeed. But they have to compensate for the fact that their song looks like it was written by people in a special hospital. You reconsidering your earlier comments Diana?
Diana: Sort of. Based on the performances so far, there isn't a standout one for me at least but I'd consider either Kalosia or Quinntopia to be the best so far.
Antonio: Would you vote for Kishrael?
Diana: Nope. But, if the audience feels like they want to, they can call the numbers on their screens, visit us online or text 04 to 525.
Antonio: Up next is Kazalistan.

Kazalistan: Mai Alilem bibak irlamutum
Antonio: Oh goody. Another generic love song.
Diana: Quite. It's not really even that great. “Oh, my life was terrible but now it's much more bearable.”
Antonio: Want some more vodka?
Diana: Full her up!
Antonio: You know what's better than this song?
Diana: What?
Antonio: Commericals!

16. Fusha Me-Bar/Ојепјон
Iskra Hatarnu - Kur Shiu Bie/Искра Хатарну - Не заман оз јамхур тамс

Mimi Blix - Catch Me

Fusha Me-Bar had just gone through a revolution, yet they were still going on WorldVision, still they cared about their international appearance. That is what bemused Iskra, who had moved to Fusha Me-Bar at the age of just 3. The revolution was quick, but had left around 3,000 Fusha Me-Barian's dead, luckily for Iskra, she was in Peeto during the revolution, which saw her cousin be killed by loyalist fighters of Flamutartum's regime. In a way, this song could be dedicated to those who fell, despite how it was really not appropriate. She had thought about changing it, but ultimately, she couldn't let her country affect WorldVision, so the song stayed.

Throughout their WorldVision history, Fusha Me-Bar had always professed that sex sells. Whether it be very wet sexy singers in WorldVision 23, or half naked men covered in slime in WorldVision 24, and this would be no different, water would be used, sexy, sexy water. The stage was dark, and as the first beats of the song played out, golden lights shot on and off on the stage. Iskra started by singing the first verse from behind, before turning around as blue and gold lights started to flash quickly, and softly, then everyone could see what she was wearing. Iskra was on the top of a podium with steps down the side. Along each step was one man, half naked (duh) clothed in just blue and gold leather pants (alternating each step, blue-gold-blue-gold etc.) and blue and gold sleeves, once again, alternating. This was it, Iskra's time was now...

Çfarë ju frikëson në lidhje me dashurinë time?
Unë nuk jam një ujk i egër, Unë kam jo kundërhelm, Unë jam vetëm mua dhe unë jam mirë me atë

The somewhat short verse was followed immediately by the chorus, and Iskra gracefully fell down to the first step, just before being sung up back to the top of the podium by the first man. As Iskra made to go closer to the steps, the men pretended to act frightened, to which Iskra put her hands on her hips and sung the chorus.

Foshnjë ju keni një zgjedhje për të bërë
Kur shiu bie ju do të jetë me mua?
Foshnjë ju keni një zgjedhje për të bërë
Kur shiu bie do të më ngushëllosh?
Foshnjë ju keni një zgjedhje për të bërë
Kur shiu bie do të qëndrojë me mua?
Foshnjë ju keni një zgjedhje për të bërë
Kur shiu bie ju do të jetë me mua?

After the chorus, there was a large musical interlude. This allowed Iskra to dance on top of the podium, the men forming up behind her in a line, raising their arms like an eagles wings, a gold and blue alternating pattern appearing. As she turned round, the men fell to the floor, and they began slowly to rise up, as she slowly swayed from side to side with her arms around her upper body. As they neared the top, Iskra began singing again, and they melted away once again.

Hap deri dashurinë tuaj, unë dua më shumë nga ju
Unë dua një mburojë dhe shpatë, nuk është një çelës automatik kartoni

As she sung the verse, the men began to crawl on the floor around her, but that seemed insignificant as to what was to come. As Iskra readied for the chorus, she also readied for the rain, the blue and golden rain! As she put her lips to the microphone for the chorus, firstly blue, and then golden rain fell onto the podium, making her and her dances very very wet.

Foshnjë ju keni një zgjedhje për të bërë
Kur shiu bie ju do të jetë me mua?
Foshnjë ju keni një zgjedhje për të bërë
Kur shiu bie do të më ngushëllosh?
Foshnjë ju keni një zgjedhje për të bërë
Kur shiu bie do të qëndrojë me mua?
Foshnjë ju keni një zgjedhje për të bërë
Kur shiu bie ju do të jetë me mua?

As the next, much smaller musical interlude happened, she slowly began to sink to the ground, with the men, and they all crowded around her, seemingly worshipping her. Iskra flipped and flicked her hair seductively while wearing a subtle pout, her clothes wet enough to stick to her skin. Finishing her song, she sung the last parts.

I want to feel your passion now!
I want you to want me!
When the rain falls...
Will you be with me?

She finished lying on the floor, her dancers all evenly spaced around her in a sort of prayer position. Getting up, she realised that there was no point dedicating the song to the fallen Fusha Me-Barians, it was wholly inappropriate.

"Thank you world, Rroftë Fushë me Bar!"

Aron: Hello. Welcome to WorldVision Song Contest 25. We are broadcasting live on Paradystopia United Television channel PLI - One. I am Aron Noskelta and I shall be your host for the evening, ably assisted by my good friend and resident pteronurian music expert; Yapper Stinkypaws.
Yapper: Sk'ǽ gō everybody.
Aron: So Yapper, this is the first time a Lymryker, or any Paradystopi for that matter, has set foot on a WorldVision stage. How do you rate Flappy's chances?
Yapper: It's hard to say Aron. The competition is all top notch. Hopefully Flappy's soulful and passionate lyrics will shine through.
Aron: But he's singing about eating fish though?
Yapper: I don't see what you're getting at ...
Aron: Yes ... indeed ... Anyway, it would seem that the festivities are about to begin. Let's see what our hosts have to offer in the way of an opening act. Here are 'Dancing with Spirit'

- Opening Act -

Yapper: I like it. It's bouncy.
Aron: Personally, I thought the wailing at the beginning was a little dour for the opening act ... but yeah, it's picked up into a splendid opening for tonight's show.
Yapper: They could've mentioned something about fish
Aron: Why do I get the impression we're going to spend the entire evening discussing fish?
Yapper: What's wrong with fish?
Aron: You can have too much of a good thing, Yapper
Yapper: Oh I know! Once, I must have eaten at least sixteen fish in the space of an hour. Oh good grief! I was sick everywhere! ...
Aron: Yes ... a ... err ... delightful story Yapper
Yapper: ... It was all green and red. There were fish guts ...
Aron: Oh would you look at that! The Grandterre act are taking to the stage. I personally don't think I've ever been so happy to see Grandterre.
Yapper: Brilliant! The first act of the competition. Let's see how high the bar is set for the rest of tonight. Ladies and gentlemen, the entry for Grandterre. AVOIR with 'Generation'

Grandterre performs

Aron: Thoughts Yapper?
Yapper: Exactly like that!
Aron: What?
Yapper: All that rainbow confetti! Exactly like when I was spewing up fish guts!
Aron: Oh good grief! Please Yapper, the audience at home don't wish to hear anymore about your periods of illness. What of the song?
Yapper: Oh that. Alright, I suppose.
Aron: It's not a strong entry really. Chirpy and light-hearted but lacking gumption for me.
Yapper: Too much rainbow confetti
Aron: Yes, we've been over that ... Anyway, the Kalosian entrant is now taking to the stage. Zafira with 'Staying home'

Kalosia performs

Aron: That's more like it!
Yapper: Oh yes. I was tapping my tail along with that.
Aron: Remember folks, all voting is via our website at Putv/PLI1.pdt. Be sure to vote for your favourite act.
Yapper: Yes, be sure to vote. I may even vote for Zafira.
Aron: Surely it's a bit early to be making your mind up already?
Yapper: Can I vote for Flappy?
Aron: No
Yapper: Well, that's hardly fair.
Aron: I'm afraid I haven't the time to explain the rules to you ... again, Yapper as coming onto stage now is Lisa Fellacini of Communist Quinntopia with her song, 'Last Stand'

Communist Quinntopia performs

Yapper: Didn't like it
Aron: Really?
Yapper: I couldn't really tap my tail along with it. Just another ballad about a woman who can't find herself a fish. Heard it all before.
Aron: Well, I have to disagree with you there Yapper. I thought it was a charming song, adeptly performed.
Yapper: Meh
Aron: I assume it's going to be difficult for a ballad to impress you then?
Yapper: If it isn't bouncy or about fish, I'm not too interested.
Aron: Suit yourself. Next we have 'Haorah' by Daria Shulamit representing Kishrael. Hopefully, it will be more bouncy for my opinionated colleague.
Yapper: Hey, you asked me what I thought ...

Kishrael performs

Aron: Any better?
Yapper: Much better.
Aron: I have to admit, I did enjoy 'Haorah'
Yapper: But what was she singing about?
Aron: I don't speak Kishraeli either Yapper. I'm sure you could find a translation online somewhere.
Yapper: Well, you see, if it's about fish, I may have a new favourite.
Aron: I doubt it.
Yapper: You never know ... Anyway, coming onto the stage now is the Kazalistan entry. Azila Jacinja with Mai Alilem bibo ... Mai Abi ... Mai Alilem bibak irlum ... errr ... the Kazalistan entry everyone!

Kazalistan performs

Yapper: Right, I've got it ... Mai ... Alilem ... bibak ... irlamutum.
Aron: Well done. A better job than I could've managed. What did you think?
Yapper: Not keen. Azila has a good voice but, well, I've already said. I'm not a fan of the slower songs.
Aron: Yeah, for me, this sadly doesn't match up to the previous Quinntopian song.
Yapper: I preferred this one.
Aron: Really? Why?
Yapper: Well, you see, I can't speak Kazalistani, so Azila might be singing about fish. Maybe even clams or squid whereas I know that Lisa Fellacini wasn't.
Aron: But what if Azila isn't singing about anything fishy? Would you change your mind then?
Yapper: Maybe.
Aron: Right. Well, we're going to take a commercial break now and I'm going to find translations of lyrics for Yapper to prove not every song is about fish. See you soon.
Yapper: See you soon

TOPtv Commentary for Worldvision 25

CL: Hello, Bloodbath Generation! I'm Catherine Lee,
DW: And I'm Desmond Webb, and we're your commentators for Worldvision 25! Here's the first entry, from Grandterre.

Grandterre performs

CL: Childish, too much confetti, and overall terrible. 0 points.
DW: Couldn't agree more. Next are our good friends Kalosia.

Kalosia performs

CL: Amazing! Radio-friendly, nice string backing, a personal fave.
DW: Very relatable as well! Sure to get votes. Next is our host from last time, Communist Quinntopia!

Communist Quinntopia performs

DW: MILES better than their host entry! 10 points straight off the bat!
CL: Agreed! Can Kishrael keep this quality streak going?

Kishrael performs

CL: Great song, full of energy, but the end could've been better. A sip of water or two and it would've been a good 8 points.
DW: what
CL: While I explain to Desmond what I just said, here's Kazalistan!

Kazalistan performs

DW: Tune was OK, performance and lyrics were somewhat dated and sub-par to what we've seen before.
CL: Could've been so much better! Here's a new nation, Lactatia.

Lactatia performs

CL: So...
DW: 12 points! And can you clean up that little white spot over there? Thanks.
CL:
DW: So um yeah there's VIXX next...

VIXX performs

CL: Nice, ethnic, but unmemorable, sadly.

The Alpaisne Mainland Commentary (Broadcasts to Syrche, Lithany, Kraeder Providanz, The Dåtsche Republic, and Nÿe Ansleizn)

Broadcast by:

Image

The Room is dark. The sound of applause can be heard as the lights lift to reveal a panel of

four in front of the live audience. A young man in a suit, appears. "Ladies and Gentlemen,

Welcome to Worldvision 25, streamed direct from Polkopia, on Alpaisne Interior Telekast.
I Am your host, Wyndell. Our Panel of Judges joins us; they are:

Representing Sÿrche, which is participating in Worldvision once again, you know him as the

man who brought Tim to life in the award winning musical "Tiptoe," ladies and gentlemen,

Dana Simmons!"

*Applause*

"If i could ask you to please hold your applause...
Representing Lithany, Award winning artist, Ric Lakardt!

for the Dåtsche Republic, Program Coordinator for Fläsche 102.5, Rici Sentasi!

And representing our own, Kræder Providanz, she brought you some of the biggest names in

talent, give it up for Record Producer and Executive, Madem Palorvikk.

Nÿe Ansleizn declined participation in this event, so we will be continuing without them.

After each performance, the judges will give input on how well they perceive the performance.

Before you are some of the greatest names in the music industry. Lets see what they have to

say...

-Opening Performance-

Rici Sentasi: Well, if you're going to open a show...
Dana Simmons: Stunning, just gorgeous...

Grandterre Performs

Dana Simmons: Well, the confetti was certainly in attendance.
Ric Lakardt: A bit theatrical for my taste.
Rici Sentasi: Really? this is horrible. who would show this?
Madem Palorvikk: Come on Rici, it's not so bad...
Rici Sentasi: i suppose YOU could sell this?
Madem Palorvikk: Well, you have to think about things from a producers standpoint. Once you get past the stage theatrics, there is a tune that could very well sell in the international market...with the right production values...
Rici Sentasi: Now your an INTERNATIONAL producer...It's all gone to your head a bit...

Kalosia Performs

Dana Simmons: What a beautiful voice! very elegant! I see a bright future...
Ric Lakardt: I think we've got a hit!
Rici Sentasi: Radio-worthy, at least. Much better.
Madem Palorvikk: This song is so evocative. The lyrics are so stirring, and visual, but when you add in the performance, it really puts everything in perspective.

Communist Quinntopia Performs

Ric Lakardt: Wow, i'm blown away. The Orchestra, the backup singers. That voice!
Rici Sentasi: Yes, it was good, but there was something in the lyrics that even you couldn't fix, Madem.
Madem Palorvikk: Well i have to agree with you Rici.
Dana Simmons: I liked it. I think this could do well in Syrche.
Rici Sentasi: Dana, you must be out of your mind. Pop and Soul. That's what charts in Syrche.
Dana Simmons: We're not all that predictable.
Ric Lakardt: No, i think this could place in Lithany as well.
Rici Sentasi: By what miracle of God could this melancholy appear on the charts?
Madem Palorvikk: Well, i don't think it's very marketable, but there is a certain quality to the voice that adds another layer to this piece
*Rici Sentasi shakes his head*

Wyndell: And now people, it's time for our first commercial break. Stay Tuned...

*Commercials*

Wyndell: And we're back, lets get right into it. Kishrael is about to perform...

Kishrael Performs

Dana Simmons:...um... uh...
Ric Lakardt:...*Laughs at Dana*
Dana Simmons: Well, the dancing was nice...
Rici Sentasi: it was very Kishraeli...
Madem Palorvikk: Rici, you don't know the first thing about Kishraeli culture
Rici Sentasi: Yes, and after that performance, i still don't.
Madem Palorvikk: It was a beautiful song, and i think it really showed a lot about Kishrael.

Kazalistan Performs

Ric Lakardt: I Really thought she was gonna lose it on that first high note
Dana Simmons: These are the risks we take as live performers, but she pulled through, quite impressively i might add.
Madem Palorvikk: a stunning voice, but i thought she topped out a little too soon.
Rici Sentasi: The ending was powerful, but i felt she was holding back a bit.
Dana Simmons: What makes you like this one better than the last one?
Rici Sentasi: i think the overall feeling of this performance, despite it's flaws, is more authentic than its predecessor.
Ric Lakardt: In what way?
Rici Sentasi: Well, it's a matter of opinion really
Madem Palorvikk: Yes, we all know you have that....

Lactatia Performs

Wyndell: The Network would like to issue a formal apology to all unintended viewers of the previous performance, but you know our policy, we do not censor the media, even if it may seem a bit risque to some viewers.

Rici Sentasi: Wyndell, i don't quite see why we're apologizing...

*Audience bursts into laughter*

Dana Simmons: Thank you Lactatia, i'm sure my 14 year old son quite enjoyed that one...
Ric Lakardt: I'm sure he wasn't the only one...
Rici Sentasi: The lyrics...well, who needs lyrics...how 'bout that show?
Madem Palorvikk: disgusting...

Vixx Performs

Rici Sentasi: Vixxantian women could take a lesson or two about song writing from Lactatia
Madem Palorvikk: What about the men?
Rici Sentasi: Oh GAWD no...
Ric Lakardt: I'm told that this song is about a frog?
Dana Simmons: A frog?
Rici Sentasi: Well i thought it was beautiful...until you told me that...
Madem Palorvikk: way too repetitive
Ric Lakardt: Where do these people get their lyrics from?? I've heard of a swan song, but frogs?

Wyndell: And with that, we have to take another short commercial break. Stick around people...
