This thread is dedicated to verious debates that will take place over the next few day and ending in a 5 way debate between all the candidates.

The first debate will be

Jęk Belavoveç-Jęk Rozbáçak

Jęk Belavoveç has the floor and the first question.

"with the increasingly horid numbers of both civilian and military casualties in the last few wars what do you plan on doing with the military?"

"with the increasing number of casualties I plan to not have us get into as many wars unless sedikal is directly under attack. Secondly I will give our men Better protection as well as use drones more often to keep pure men safe."

With Belavoveç time up Rozbáçak speaks

"the number of casualties are a nessicary evil for the protection of Sedik intrest. With that I must let you know that the Sedik military has some of the best equipment in the world and the casualties are the result of Sedikal actualy going up against true enemies and not just piss poor terror organizations."


Ok now that the two side have given a base statement they now have 5 minutes of debate!

"How do you plan to deal with a slight increase in immigration, when Sedikal might not be able to handle a population increase?

Also, What are your ideas of Foreign Affairs?"

"Sedik has always been a mixing pot of people and cultures but I prapose that we start up a small yearly immigration cap. Unfortunently the idea has been beaten down in the national council. And as for foreign affairs I am an interventionalist and see are military as a great force that must be used to protect Sedik intrest around the world." said current president Jęk Rozbáçak.

Sam Johnston, the Valgard City Herald, in Unovia. What is the candidates positions in regard to nukes, and nuclear armament? Do you believe in their use in warfare, and would you use them if you had the ability in war?

"I personally feel that nuclear weapons should be a last resort but should be obtained by a nation as negotiation pieces. But ever since the dismantling of are nuclear arms in 1957 I feel that it is to late and UN reasonable for Sedikal to have such weapons"

Mr. Belavovec looked at those asking the questions. "well in regards to foreign affairs I believe in non interventionism unless absolutely necessary. This means a direct attack on Sedik soil or if our allies are attacked. However depending on the war our allies face, such as them going to a far off land I will support them with equipment and only send in men if absolutely needed. As for Nuclear weapons I believe them to be a scare tactic. This being said I believe we should have a small number of nuclear weapons to be used only as a last resort. As far as immigration I stand by the immigrant integration act of 1999 where it is stated that in order to become a citizen you must stay in the country for 6 months and take a test. If you register with the ministry of immigration you are given basic housing and a monthly check that is worth a month wage at minimum wage at a 8 hour work day."

Representative Joe Lauder would stand up. "This is a Question to all candidates. Most of you know about the crisis in Zun dale, and Himler in place with pro-Amin rulings, and a War on North Dibele, and my Country, the Anarchist States of AMerica. What is your plans with Zun-Dale?

Thank you very much gentlemen. I have one more question. If a nation such as Unovia were to want to sign an alliance document with Sedikal and you were President, would you and would you sign with conditions attached?

With the currant war with the union we can not give up any troops to help combat Zun-dale or any other enemies, as well as with the same issues at home I have little understanding of the war or the causes of the conflict. And I would happily sign a alliance with the nation of Unovia.

"Currently we can not give any aid to the Anarchist states. As to signing an alliance with Unovia, I believe it would be of great interest to do such for both our parts and of course I would be willing to discuss any circumstances of an alliance with the leaders of your nation."

What are you're future plans on social policies and domestic policies for the nation of Sedikal?

"My social plans for the nation is to similar to what we have now. Keep promoting equal rights among all walks of life. As far as domestic issues go however, It is of my strongest opinion that our nation needs a complete overhaul of the infrastructure. Out in the border regions between us and the GSU it is so...disgusting the life there because the infrastructure is crumbling every minute. I drove by the once prominent town Granamgrad and it was sad. Here was a great city and now it looks like it's seen over 5 decades of war without any refurbishment. And I will let you know this was 6 months ago before the offensive against the union forces had occurred. The people there need help and the government hasn't given it to them! It's disgusting, we've become more worried about foreign policy that our own nation is falling apart."

"Sedikal has been doing fine, ever since the Sedik soviet war Sedikal has had a steady climb in its social rankings and infrastructure. Now Sedikal really need it's major cities to be rebuilt. Many cities like Neccereç and Bäsän have been in a state of under lying infrastructural distress."

Joe lauder would stand up. "We have looked around and realized that your Unemployment rate has grown. What is your plan to stop the growth of unemployment?"

Mr. Belavovec scoffed. "Mr. President, you can't be serious? I have photos right here with me showing the difference between 4 of our top cities." *Jek gets a projector and shows the photos to the crowd*

"Mr. President take a look at these photos...see the difference between cities like Necerrec and Basan, and how Illyria and Ganamgrad look like? we are a first world country! these last two cities..." *he says pointing at the photos* "shouldn't look like this ever! why shouldn't they look like Neccerec or Basan? better yet why aren't they looking like them.

"They do what to consiter themselves as members of the republic then they can not expect any funding from Sedikal. Illyria is the seat of that Buddhain puppet government! And Grnamgrad is the seat of government for the union am entity we are at war at why would I waste my nations money on such cities like that!"

"because it is the governments job to help the citizens in Sedik territory regardless there political leanings." said Mr. Belavovec. "it is stated in the constitution in article 28: every person that stands on sedik land shall have the right to a basic standard of living. This implies the standard of living of cities like Neccerec. It also goes on to say in artical 32 that: the government shall show no dislike or likening to any certan group of people. Ether by race, ideology, or sexual orientation all people are the same and shall be threaded the same.

By your statement you just made Mr. President you have broken the laws of our constitution and have broken the trust that the citizens of Sedikal gave to you" said Mr. Belavovec

"You expect me to side with the terrorist that show no leaning towerds the state? The constitution is the single greatest paper in this nation but their has to exemptions to the rule. After a war that killed one million Sedik soldiers do you really expect me to help prop up Illyria? You must be joking I would rather be tortured by Prussian gaurds!"

"there is no exeption! why do you think they are not fond of us? because we are not helping them! they need our help. they know it and we know it. Yes it was a tragedy that so many died but they died to keep Sedikal together as one. We are not doing that by throwing Illyria aside. The longer we keep from helping them the longer they will hate us. If we help them rebuild their cities and their lives we can bring Sedikal back together as one."

What are you're plans on the economy? With an unemployment rate of 4.57% the highest since 1985 what do you two plan on doing to improve the economy.

"I plan to put forth a jobs bill that will rebuild cities like Granamgrad and Illyria. This will create thousands of jobs. Furthermore I will rebuild the roads that need fixing. Our highway system could use some expansion to ease the congestion of traffic. This will help even more. We can then focus on creating more public sector jobs for our youth coming out of college. This is what I plan to take care of our unemployment issue"

"the current policies we have now are exactly what we need with jobs for college students and jobs for immagrets that have little to no socialized skills. They all have an important part of are society and we can not due what is need with out them. The roads are just fine and you should know my stances on the infrastructure from previous comments"
