I doubt that you would be in a fungus emporium without a very good reason." He sighed, "You don't happen to know how to get rid of voices in your head do you?" Lucis looked over at Jason, "So... What's up with giving assassins handshakes?"

Jairawn's eyes narrow imperceptibly as he laughs. "I suppose not." Then the tentacle monster comes over. He raises a sardonic eyebrow as he grins. "Who's an assassin, now?"

"You can't be too careful. And I trust Camelia as a very reliable source of information." Lucis sighed, "Not everyone is a spy. Some are assassins, others are hired thugs. An I didn't try to kill her. I just pointed a gun at her, but I don't have one anymore, and any good spy should be able to take a bullet." Lucis looked over at Jairawn, "Didn't you hear me? You are the assassin." He shook his head. He's not a very bright one. No... No he isn't. That will just make his job harder on him....

Jairawn stifles a sigh. Paranoid people are so frustrating. "Trust me, any smart assassin would have killed you long ago." He wishes he hadn't taken the ripper now, since it was making him a bit dizzy, and this windup seemed to be untrained and looking for a fight.

Lucis began to laugh, He really is terrible assassin if he thinks that cyborgs can just be shot up like normal people. Shouldn't we let him? Human ash is quite a useful substance. I don't think Camelia would be put in a good mood if I had to call on her. I guess you are right... Oh well, we an get rid of threats later.

He leaves the shop, and sighs. Why did he have to meet all the crazy ones? Especially when the people they were friends with seemed perfectly normal and nice.

Funguses can have drug-like effects and Lucis is probably still overreacting to my punishment from last night. Andreas was ready to go. "I think Leva may be worrying about nothing. If everybody's there, Lucis isn't going to be able to do anything." Leva realized Andreas was going, but she still wanted to warn him. "Just be careful. If we don't see everybody there, we shouldn't go in there." Andreas agreed. "If they aren't all there, we aren't going in."

Liam lead the way to the fungus imporium, stopping once or twice to check the way on the directory. "They couldn't be closer could they?" he asked, before turning a corner and seeing its little little lights what looked like a mile off.

Jairawn had just enough money to rent a cheap motel room about an hour's walk from the school, and he immediately started looking at what jobs there were around here, since money didn't grow on trees (or at least not his money). There were some gardening things, a few little stores that needed help, being a secretary...he grimaced. Blech. I wonder if all that crap at the mall was just a bad ripper. If it wasn't, then I have really shitty karma. He decided to take a small job at a little mini-mart next to the gas station across the road. It might have a small chance at possibly paying some of his bills- rental fees, food, occasional taxi, any school supplies he needed.... He rubbed his eyes. I already hate this place.

He walked over. "Hi, I'm Blacksen. If you're on the foreign exchange program, everything's being payed for, and that actually does mean everything. You won't need to buy a thing whilst you're out here."

We've been collecting too much tax for hundreds of years now, and we've a massive sirplus of money we're going to do nothing with. Did you buy all your school supplies?"

Of course, Andreas had bought shorts and short-sleeved shirts for himself and he wasn't going to be covering his head. It was Leva who was going to be uncomfortable during the summer.
