For the record, and because I can, I am claiming this man fled to Costa Mejis after the war, and actually flew a Ju 87 purchased form the allies after the war, for the Costa Mejian Royal Air Force. He then fled to America via Mexico in 1950 ahead of the collapse of the Kingdom before returning to Germany in 1953 as per his actual life and going form there.

Since your nation is at a real risk of being curb stomped on a daily basis, the fact that the systems could fall into Puzak hands and then cause KC to create the perfect anti-stef system, I wouldn't give you anything beyond F-15Es.
