Does that work in TF though? Pretty sure South Africa is still minority rule and even if TF FIFA has an idiot like Blatter in charge you couldn't justify that. Then again no idea how you'd justify it in Kalumba with our wonderful sporting infrastructure

I'm boycotting this and every other world cup for OOC reasons.

ICly I guess you could, like, refuse to let Cyprus compete as Cyprus, even though they are considered to be semiautonomous, and that makes my government mad enough to stand by our Cypriot brothers.
