Well due to the fact that we control the vast majority of the Middle East.... both so to speak. In this universe, the Persians managed to take and hold the Middle East. The Persians, ruling elite of the Shahr, are Shi'a as they are in our world, however, we also act to appease the Sunnis. Thus, you'll notice the Saudi Arabian Sharia-style Law in the Empire, an attempt to appease the Sunni. Thus, we manage to control both, the Shah formerly ruling as the Caliph of both. So... our capital is Hamadan- the ancient Median Capital City. We'd probably keep him there, we'd use him mostly to call for separation of the Muslim North of your nation, he'd be allowed several meet and greets with the Shah annually, though the relationship between them would be mostly for appearances, adding legitimacy to his claim and supplying him with weapons, though we're not so involved as to call for Jihad... as that's a little extreme and reserved for matters... well you know... concerning our interest. We'd be happy to dispatch military advisers, and limited numbers of "volunteers" to support his cause.

His tour came in response to repeated terrorist attacks throughout Meuang Jaohang. Speaking from his home in Hamadan, Medeshahr, Teuku denied any connection between Johong Kelarang and the 2009 Jongbedok Attack. "In all my speeches, in all my published works, I have never once, not in truth or in metaphor, called for violence. This kind of war is forbidden in Islam.
