Well of course, but it will be a little while, as few know the specifics, and those few wouldn't make it known that they know. They'd know something happened to Mandela, eventually, but as to what happened, that won't come until I do my revolution portion, later on.

Unless the UA sanctions them I won't restrict my traffic. But if you have navel vessels sitting around that are willing to board neutral flagged vessels and turn them around there won't be any shipping.

Austrasia and the Vrijstaat have a historical relationship, so that is the premise I will begin RP'ing from. If Kalumba (or anyone else) wants to pry them apart, it's not impossible, but you will need to make a good IC argument.
