Since no one has been posting in awhile, I'll share some more interesting facts both science and otherwise

Biological immortality simply means the cells of an organism continue to split without any decrease in chronic functions. sort of like cancer. Lobsters, 'Sea Bears' (Tardigrades), Jellyfish and anything under the Hydra genus, are all examples of biologically immortal entities. Currently scientists are studying the hydra organisms to find if it we can implement such regenerative abilities onto humans to regrow lost limbs, stop aging, etc

Tardigrades, also known as the Sea Bear, are highly resilient micro animals that can survive extreme conditions from near absolute zero, to boiling water, to pressures far greater than what is found at the deepest point of the ocean and can withstand radiation hundreds more times what humans can. It is believed they are an alien organism that live on comets and asteroids.

Flies have more genes than humans. in fact there are plenty of simple life with more genes than humans. the human genome is ridiculously simple compared to some other organisms such as the amoeba, a unicellular organism.

During the original human expansion from Africa to the rest of the world, there were at least four species of humans. (Going by memory here, can't tell if these are spelt correctly) Homo Erectus, Homo heidelbergensis, Homo neanderthalensis and us, Homo Sapien. When Homo sapien began expanding into the territories of the other three humans, they all went mysteriously extinct.

Collapsing an air bubble with sonic waves causes a quick flash of light, and scientists don't exactly know why. Some believe and recorded the process raising the air inside of the bubble to nearly 100,000 kelvin, and others speculate that it can reach the millions, even if it's for a few nanoseconds. temperatures this high can cause thermonuclear fusion. Certain lobster species use this to stun prey. therefore by this theory, lobsters are capable of thermonuclear fusion

Not really, it's the most plausible and widely accepted theory. But yeah, i doubt it would be called just a theory if there weren't any flaws in it.

But I'm no expert, I have never studied human history. I just heard this when I came to the lecture hall two hours too early and a different lecture was going on :/

And who knows, there's so much we still don't know or understand. like why is the kuiper belt so empty? theoretically it should be filled to the brim with small celestial bodies. but instead it's relatively empty.

Or bumblebees. How the hell do they fly? Through known physics, they shouldn't be able to lift themselves off of the ground. So we have institutions currently chucking bees by the truckload into wind tunnels and so on.

Or that bubble light i mentioned earlier. We still don't know how it works. For all we know, that guess with the thermonuclear fusion is correct, and lobsters are biological weapons of mass destruction

We are at a concert where Camelia is taking the place of two members of Liam's band, Mai and Jairawn were up to some fishy sheissa, Lucius' friends came over, killed people, and have been caught. There is currently an argument going on as to what should be done with the psychopathic twins from NC.

The Environment Ministry is in charge of maintaining Senkaku's rather battered ecology, searching cargo for unauthorized generips, quarantine of infected areas, and they kinda act as police in a lot of places. They also have large, well-equipped shock trooper squads who do rapid containment, and have a lot of very nasty weapons to use to do it. Basically, ex-Beings would be a piece of cake for them.
Now we must figure out how to make Blacksen tell the legionnaires to release them....does Lucis have something for that?
