From the Lord Councellor Bureau of New Hope Phoenixa:
In the name of King Eirikson IV, rightful regent of Phoenixia, Gryphonia, Dragonia, the Isle of Skythe and all their colonies, slayer of Rokforoktora, victor over Torogomora, sword of the realm and Lord Duke of the Aluvean Seas.
Following the negolations Princess Hilde Eirikson of the Phoenixian Kingdom will give her hand in marriage to Crownprince Akihiro Youseishu of the Steel Elf Kingdom.
The wedding will take place in the Chapell of the Royal Palace in New Hope Phoenixia as it is tradition for Members of House Eirikson since over 500 years.
Each delegation will be quartered within the royal palace and guarded by the best Phoenixian soldiers so further security will not be necessery but will permitted as long as the guards obey Phoenixian Law.
A present for the couple is not mandatory but will not unnoticed for future relations.
If you want to attend please fill out the form attached to this invitation, it is mandatory because of security and logistical measures.

That nothing against you but as the big bold message says, I want to keep this mostly within the region unless there are TGed invitations. I debate this with Elven Imperium cause he has a equal speech into this matter but if I'm not wrong you're nation belongs not to the TGed exceptions.
This has two reasons, for one this will be part of a extensive RP-History and regional members are better suited for that then Nations who only sporadly hoped on. Also we have more consistent into it because I know most of the guys personally.

Your application is hereby accepted, we will allow the huge amount of guards however if there is any incident they provoke (excluding self defense or defending your delegation) there will be consequences. Your delegation will of course getting our best suites with look into the royal gardens. Our plan was to place the Teno to the left of the king as the right spot was already reserved for the Crown Prince of the Sha Coronel and it is unsure if Crown Prince Frederik can make his entry as he is currently within a mission for the Kingdom but if you wish we can change this to your wishes easily.
We already making sure that all food is comming from trustworthy sources but we have no objections against your wish to bringing a food taster with you.
