two new planets have been discovered by Serpenti. We are sending a spacecraft with serpentians, and any other nations is welcome to have any number of delegates aboard the ship to set up a colony. All colony materials are pre-supplied.

We are also in alliance with Sidhae, as they are sending 4 battle fleets to protect the region.

More information:
One planet is covered in water with small islands dotted on it, and the other is a barren desert with high gold, silver, osmium, iridium, and platinum content. Both planets are unexplored and may contain intelligent humanoid life forms.

Any Delegates that come to colonize get a say in what the planets wil be named, and all delegates, if nessecary, will get a chance to negotiate with all intelligent, unknown life forms. The Encedaleus will launch on the first of January.

The Imperium of Sidhae lays claim on these worlds in the holy name of the Emperor and dispatches four battlefleets totalling 380 capital ships against all xenos and humans who wish to contest that claim.

We would like to send Tük Zālvin as the first mate. Tük has 15 years of space flight experiance, has spent 3 years on a Sedik space station, has been to mars twice, has landed on the moon four times, has preformed 539 space walks, has a degree in engineering and aerospace technology. He would be more then happy to take part in this exploration.

We would like to send Tytos the heir as backup captain .Tytos has 100 years of space experience Serving on the Lupracal II space habitation ship and the Romulus Space station which he commanded for 15 years.

We would like to send Tyler-Space-44 as a plumber on your ship. He has worked in the asteroid colony of Santa Plutonium for 83 years, and was forced into retirement after many years of evading his union. He is now one of the best freelance plumbers in cislunar space. Also, being a robot, he has no need for a space suit. However, he has requested that he bring his heavy plasma caster, saying "I may be old, but I'm not genre blind". He also has a portable flame thrower built into his right arm. If this is a security concern, then we will remove it, and if that's a concern, then I assume the 40 pound BFG is as well.

After conducting negotiations with the Serpenti government and being given coordinates to another star system with suitable planets, the Imperium has decided to refrain from attacks on this star system (for now) on the condition that the settler military presence does not exceed Sidh presence in neighboring systems. Furthermore, to secure peace and security in this region of space, the Imperium of Sidhae offers to deploy the aforementioned four battlefleets in defense of these new colonies against alien and pirate threats in exchange of an annual tribute equal to 10% of the colonial income.

We believe our offer is very generous. Imperial Navy isn't something a minor power, let alone pirates, would want to trifle with, and we do require some form of payment to cover the expenses of maintaining four battlefleets in the region (which we think is far more than necessary, considering the supposedly peaceful nature of this settlement).

Absolutely no problem. This was at the insistence of Tyler-Space-44. We honestly do not know why we bothered to ask. We also hope that having an artificial intelligence as part of your crew is not an issue either. We hope for a successful mission, and we pledge our full support in case Sidhae makes a move. Okay, never mind.

Imperial Navy has secured the alternate destination and has, as of now, assumed a non-aggressive stance. Scout ships are, however, routinely being sent into the target system to check on the progress of the colonial expedition. Out of peaceful and neighbourly interest, of course.

Scout ship commanders are advised to use stealth when approaching the human settlement to avoid giving them the wrong ideas.

Discovery: we can comfirm there is life on the water planet. But no transmissions yet.

We can also send in the 1st Aerospace brigade to be workers. The brigade has 20 years of experiance, every members has three years of constant training, all have to have both 15 years in the airforce and an outstanding flight operation recored.

We would like to offer our 1st Custodial Regiment from Subspacer's Station to fill the remaining spots for plumbing in the event that they are not filled by the launch date. They have kept the station alive and well since it was built, 17 years ago. They will be under the command of Old Man Forty-Four.

As Geoff boarded the ship, he called to the other people who were taking part in the expedition. "Are we all here?"

Old Man Forty-Four then hits him on the head with his pipe wrench.
"No breaking the fourth wall! He does have a point. We got Tity here, and some space janitors. Let's just say the weather's bad, and the rest won't feel as guilty for being late for getting launched into space."
