Thank you for your offer, but unfortunately I have to refuse it. I recommend that you state your reasons why we should join your region. Is there any advantage to it? Any special attraction? An incentive? Who knows?

If you want people to join your region then I suggest you give us more information about it. We won't just join your region, tell us why to join it! Where is it? What are the rules? Is there a password? What form of government does the region have? Is this open for all nations? This could go on forever, good luck!
