The group walked out into the BIAS Train Station, where at one platform sat, The Royal Train

"Well, Matthew's ancestor Formed a Parliament to help with our own empire at the time, though that was mainly because he felt that a democratic parliament would better fit the needs of the people" Nigel said "After 130 years of this government system, you could say he was correct in his assumption

“I concur; then again it’s your country. Do whatever you want to ensure the needs of your people.” Aigiarn reply with a smile to the Prime Minister “Nigel, don’t you remember back in the Casino Land that I already told you my real age is 195 years old. You and Mr Troughton are quite surprised about it that I look that young; you should look at your faces, quite priceless.” She teases at the last part.

“My god, Ai! Don’t tease them!” Ozgol scolds his big sister.

“Oh c’mon, didn’t I tell you to lighten up, lil brother.” The scarface girl huff

Hu leans in to whisper with Spyridon “Crown Princess is a very good person, attending to the needs of the people and her subordinates. In spite of all that, in fact Her Highness is a very bad singer. Her singing can make even everyone’s gone mad…even a deaf person can hear her horrible lyrics. Mind you, I’m not joking about it. Unfortunately she’s pretty proud of her singing, not knowing it’s bad regardless.”

“Mr Hu, what did you just said to Mr Spyridon?” Aigiarn asks smiling, but her aura stated otherwise.

“Nothing!!!” Hu exclaims as he jumps in fright “Just plain business.”

“I see. Carry on.” She beams happily as her dark aura dissipates.

"Ah, but If she knew Draconic she could sing." Spiridon whispered "They don't call it the Magic Languange for no reason"

"I do remember" Nigel said, boarding the train "And I still don't believe it. I didn't look that good when I was your age. But then I didn't have a lot to deal with back then, and it was the Middleages, People didn't have a lot of time for cleanliness and grooming....Or education"

“Hmm, why don’t you ask her to try? I doubt it will make any difference.” Hu reply sounding sceptical, watching his companions boarded the train.

“Well, nowadays we have time for such things.” Aigiarn chirps happily “If you like Mr Nigel, Your Highness (Matthew), we can provide the best anti-aging treatments to make you all look younger. Even to the point of the little child’s appearance.”

“Pretty chirpy, my sister isn’t she.” Ozgol mumbles

"Well the devil is in learning the language, Only Dragons are born with the knowledge to speak it." Spiridon said "Everyone else has to learn, and then they need my permission to learn how to sing"

"Oh, no thank you" Nigel said "I like the rugged, well-traveled look I have. Makes me act my age. Besides in this country we tend to choose to grow old with grace than scrabble trying to look like what we're not."

"It's Nice" Matthew said to Ozgol "Most other Royals I've met are dead Dull. The King of Belgium is a real Bore for example"

“Ah.” Hu nodded in understanding.

“Is that so, Nigel,” Aigiarn said in cheeky amusement “Are you sure you don’t want it?”

“I agree with you Matthew,” Ozgol said “well, she takes it after my parents. Aigiarn is very energetic woman and very considerate person too. But not to mention she’s unpredictable like her father, the way she thinks. Unlike her, I’m just trying to be professional since I’m a prince and government official of my country. You noticed she’s trying to make me mellow out.”

The Interior of the train was suitably Royal
"I am sure" Nigel said "I'll leave the looking fantastic to those who can pull it off"

"Well we all need to mellow out from time to time" Matthew said "Or else you go mad with stress"

“If that’s what you choose Nigel? Then fine by me.” Aigiarn remark cheerfully

“Hmmm, that’s what everyone’s tells me, but…” Ozgol pauses “I was afraid I would slack off from duty. I don’t want to end up like those who are more concerned with partying than attending affairs of the state.”

Aigiarn sat down on the nearby sofa while Hu stand still next to her like a good assistant. Ozgol sat down on the nearby chair.

“Alright gentlemen, Is there anything to ask me in regards to this state visit?” she inquires

"Just a few things, Like the mix of Human and Non-human in your Population, your stance on said non-humans" Sir Nigel said, taking a seat "What form of Multiversal travel your nation prefers and If you would like a drink"

"Well, you must always show restraint, even when being Mellow" Matthew said "The people don't like a Royal to be seen slacking and getting drunk all the time."

“Our stance on Non-humans is basically equal like everyone else. In Minroz, all are equal under one Emperor, and before one Emperor. Simple as that, as long you don’t break any Imperial laws, you’re good. However we had some issues regarding certain species, in particular a species called Orks, they’re a race of war-loving greenskins who breeds like thousand insects. They’ve been causing troubles in some of our dimensional territories with their war-like attitudes; we’ve been fighting them for decades to prevent their encroachments. I’m sure you’ve heard of them.” Aigiarn spoke

“As for the others, let’s just say they have the unsavoury reputations.”

She continues “Our multidimensional travels tended to be uses of teleportation devices, allowing us to create portals to get to the other sides, and also make quick travels. The more expansive ones will get you to the other side you desire in the blink of an eye.”

“Oh yes, I want a glass of vodka please.” Aigiarn beams

“I guess that’s true.” Ozgol nodded off.

"Well, I can't argue with any of that. Orks, They never change." Nigel said, gesturing to the butler to get Aigiarn Her drink "Is there anything you want to know about our Nation?"

"So Have you spent any time in the Millitary?" Matthew asked

“Thank you kindly.” Aigiarn said to the butler who hands out her vodka.

“Well Nigel, yes, I really do have some questions for your nation. What’s Floor Kipper’s preferred form of multiversal travel since you asked about mine?” she spoke “Most of all, how strong is your nations’ economy and the military?”

“Yes I did, spent 48 years in military service.” Ozgol reply “every aristocrats like me must serve in the military for brief period of time. I chose to stay longer when my time is up. Well, I want to serve the Motherland as her soldier and a patriot. If the Motherland calls, I will gladly answer.”

"What about you?" he asks Matthew

"For the time being we prefer to use CVEs as our main mode of Multiversal Travel, but as they're getting more and more turbulant we're putting money into better forms of instantaious multiverse travel instead of building the fleets of craft we would soon need to travel Via CVE" Nigel said "The econemy is fair, We're still recovering from the slump the government before this one caused. Our Millitary is pretty strong, Plenty of men and Technology, our Navy is the Pride of the seas. And we have our own section of the EDF to fall back on too"


"Oh yes, I've served in the forces. Four Years aboard the HMS Dragontooth in the Anti-Slavery Squad" Matthew said "All Future Monarchs must serve in the Millitary"

“That’s great; it sounds like your country is in good shape.” Aigiarn remark, sipping her vodka.

“As for mine, our economy is quite very powerful and our military is considered a massive juggernaut in our world, plenty of men and technology at our disposal. Our airforce is mostly comprised of aerial warships backed up by contemporary fighter aircrafts. The Imperial Navy may be not as large as the ground forces or the Air force but quite capable of operating anywhere in the world, against any opponent in addition engaging in forward areas during peacetime. We have our own division dedicated to research and create brand-new technologies for our future use.

Has the military of Floor Kippers fought a major war? ”

“It sounds similar to mine, but it’s good that way. Almost every Minrozian royals I know serve in the military at some point. How does it go in the Anti-slavery squad?” Ozgol comment

"Well there was the Amerikan war against some invading Aliens, the War of Independence in the Quendi and not forgetting our own recent fight against a planetary take over and a few other minor but relevant skirmishes" Nigel said "So the military has had a busy few years"

"For me it was a cycle of six months on the seas paroling this world's seas for those who would use our world as a way to smuggle slaves and six months off." Matthew said "There were some pretty dangerous raids on that job"

“Hmm, good to hear.” Aigiarn said “In my book, experience is very important when handling things. It will be suicide to do things where you’re not strongly familiar with. That is for us who can outlived many people, it’s like walking in the park.” Sipping her vodka.

“We’ve fought invading aliens too, that is if you include orks. Anyway, Nigel, do you know we’re technically at war with our Southern Neighbours, they’re Xoraine and Omaska?”

“I had my shares of fighting slavers, mainly in our national borders, interdimension or otherwise. I don’t why slavers exist, we see no need for slaves ever since many of our labour pool are replaced by robots and my father decree slavery is illegal.” Ozgol said

"I did not know that, is it a cold war or a very much active war?" Nigel asked

"Somepeople like to have someone to dominate, someone to treat without respect and hold ownership over" Matthew said "The conditions I saw out there I'll never forget"

“Cold-war actually, we’ve agreed to the cease-fire 213 years ago. At least officially, we’ve still have many skirmishes with them over the years. It never ends, we always trying to undermine each other no matter what. I was praying for peace of my country, but their leaders are to too proud and to stubborn to accept such treaties from us. Do you want me to elaborate with each nation we’re at war with?” Aigiarn said, feeling despondant at bringing that subject up. She regrets her mistakes during her time in the military.

“Hmm, they do have some inferiority complexes? I agree with you about it, I’ve seen the worst of slavery.” Ozgol remark, remembering his past experiences “however we’re not that extreme like the Allaneans, who just butchers everyone mindlessly at the topic of slavery. We prefer to negotiate and offer their chance of redeeming themselves, if not guess what happens.”

"No, what you've said will be plenty" Nigel said as Green feilds, Villages, canals and rivers whizzed by outside the train "What's your public transit system like back home?"

"Well We tend to go for negotiation towards nations of slavery our Anti-Slavery Squad shows that we're not just a toothless dragon on the subject" Matthew said

“Very well, we can talk about them later on or not.” Aigiarn smiles “To answer your question, let’s just say our public transport systems are advanced and very extensive by modern standards, I’d say it’s great, however they’re quite diverse in terms of technology, at least the Empire as the whole.

I’m proud to say we’re among world’s bests at it including subway network, airship transports, light rail lines, and bus lines. The system also features vast numbers of riders, high-tech displays, and outstanding user-friendly features all over. The Fares over there are paid via a smart card known as an Octopus Card, which also can be used to charge transactions in all sorts of non-transit venues. Our Imperial subway systems are incredibly clean, and stand apart from most other well-used public transportation systems. Secondly, Minrozian trains have good reputation of being on time and rare incidents of crime, moreover safety, reliability and quality.

Although, nowadays in the motherland, many people are using hover transports with advent of anti-gravity technology. Now they’re served alongside their road, ferry and railway cousins, just like the old days.” She paused sipping her vodka

“I hope I don’t sound like I’m showing off but we have to make our transport systems accommodating as possible. Since you’ve asked me about it, what’s Floor Kipper’s Public transport systems is like then?” before looking at the window, admiring the green sceneries.

“We prefer that way because we don’t like to waste military assets on something useless. We experienced that a lot of times in the past.” Ozgol said before observing the window.

“In Minroz, there’s no such thing as villages anymore as they’re all merged into towns or small cities, because of our high population density.” He comments about villages.

"Our Public Transport is good, we have an extensive Government run Rail network, an Underground Railway runing under the capital, a reasonable road network to all areas of the nation, and excelent sea and air links to abroad" Nigel said "All of which are maintained to the greatest standards."

"Well They're still going strong here, Some of the prettiest places in the country are in these villages" Matthew said

[Minroz]

“Haha, just like ours.” Aigiarn remark happily before finishing her vodka.

“Excuse me sir, I’d like to have another vodka please?” she calls out to the butler, handing out her glass.

“I’m curious Nigel, does your nation owns any big trains? huge ones at least, we have plenty of them in Minroz.” She asks, showing a hologram of train, the size of towering buildings “We used them for transporting many people and goods twice the size of their modern cousins. Notably they’re armed with large assortments of battle turrets, certain parts of the motherland are teeming with large monsters preying on anyone who crosses in their territories.”

“Hmm, I guess there’s nothing wrong with little country charms.” Ozgol commented “Pity, we have to close some of villages down because of industrialisation. Still we’ve managed to retain the prettiest aspects of village charms in towns.”

"No trains that size, we're not that big a country" Nigel replied as the Butler refilled Aigiarn's glass "We don't even have room for Double Decker trains"

"That's how we lost so many villages, during our own industrial revolution" Matthew said

[Minroz]

“Oh my, I should’ve known.” Aigiarn said in dismay, sipping the drink after refill.

“Then again, every nation has their own circumstances, after all.” She spoke

“By the way, I’m curious how secured is Beeching House in terms of security?” Hu asks

“Hmm, very sad,” Ozgol acknowledges “many people will miss their homes, but to me the real home is the heart.”
