Whereas the rise of militaristic alliances has destabilized the world, and the frequency of human rights violations have raised shockingly,

Whereas totalitarian regimes have contributed to this,

Whereas many nation's definition of socialism is no different from communism, when in fact, they are two different ideologies,

Whereas the hate of "communism" may pose a threat to socialist nations,

THE FELIXIAN SENATE HEREBY:

Founds the Socialist Democratic Alliance.

Mission Statement
The Socialist Democratic Alliance will protect each other and small countries under attack, and provide humanitarian aid when needed. It will also help people understand the difference between Marxism, Stalinist and socialism.

Rights of the Citizens
The citizens of SDA nations will be entitled to free health care, free education, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom to own weaponry to a point, freedom to vote in fair and open elections, freedom to own private property, freedom to a fair trial, freedom of assembly, freedom of privacy and freedom to marry who they wish no matter what orientation.

Nations and Membership
A Security Council will be created to determine threats, draft amendments to the charter, coordinate forces and humanitarian aid and expel nations if necessary. This council will be staffed by ten nations, always including Felix Terra. All other nations will carry out operations with the help of the council, propose operations and send messages.
Each nation will have the responsibility to defend each other. If one nation is attacked, it will be considered an attack on all the nations.

If a nation sees an injustice being caused by another nation or a nation in need of humanitarian aid, capitalist or otherwise, it may submit a case to the council. It will then decide whether to act.

If a nation breaks the charter, they will appear before the Security Council to give their case. The council will then decide whether to keep the nations in the alliance or expel them. If they are expelled, they may reapply as observers, unless permanently expelled.

Salutations,

On behalf of the entire Britannian government, I would like to express the interest the highest officials of government have demonstrated over the organisation recognised as the 'Socialist Democratic Alliance'.

Due to the recent augmentation of interest within the Britannian government, primarily from Her Majesty Queen Elena Shepard and His Majesty King Desmond Shepard, I have been authorised to request a spot of membership within the organisations roster of applied-and-accepted nations. Today, the Britannian Commonwealth proudly and publicly announces our intention to formulate and submit the appropriate application to the SDA. Said application will be attached to this communiqué.

Additionally, the Britannian Commonwealth has been notified of the organisations small size. This leads us to believe that the centralised banking system of the organisation is of a weak stature and not capable of maintaining long-term operations. For such reasons, the Britannian government has stated it is willing to invest £130m ($352.6m) per annum to the organisation in an attempt to keep her afloat. Though we realise this is not an exorbitant amount, we estimate that the total number of members in the alliance will soon fluctuate and should they follow the example we have established, the financial situation of the alliance will be effectively relieved.

However, for the time being, while the organisation remains in its small figures and unlikely to maintain long-term operations, the Britannian government has authorised a one-time financial assistance plan - £130bn ($356.3bn) - to be transferred to the bank of the SDA over a figure of eighteen months of which will be separated into three payments. The first payment, of which will be made as soon as these transactions have been approved by the SDA, will be fore £22bn ($59.84bn). The second payment, nine months later, will consist of another £45bn ($122.4bn). The last remaining payment will be made another nine months later, at the end of the eighteen month financial assistance plan, of which will consist of £63bn ($171.36bn) and will be the last such payment to the organisation for the plan.

While presently the Britannian Commonwealth cannot make a decision as to when said financial assistance finances will be restored, we expect summits between the begin-and-end dates of the financial assistance plan will include a set monthly payment plan for return of the funds invested.

Greetings, Socialist Democratic Alliance.

As a true socialist nation that defends socialism and freedom, we strongly defend all the socialist alliances, even the socialdemocrats ones, as long as that alliance doesn´t oppose to true socialism.

Due to the fact that we have noticed your condemnation of communism and your support to the private property, we can´t but be shocked seeing that an alliance supposedly socialist defends capitalist unfair policies and oppose to ideological allies. We can´t but condemn this alliance.

The socialist movement must support a fairer society, ruled in favour of the interests of the society by a planned economy (Centralized or not), working by the end of the exploitation of the men by the men as its final end and having as its main principle "from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs". We admire the efforts of your alliance defending some freedoms as freedom of speech or privacy, but we just can´t se acceptable for a socialist alliance the defense of the private property.

We defend the right to create collectivist companies ruled by the workers, owned by them. This according to the principles of socialism. But your policies are just not better than the ones of a "liberal democracy" (Understanding "liberal democracy" as the traditional capitalist democracy ruled by the principles of economic and social liberalism).

As member of the Alliance of Socialist Comrades, and a socialist/marxist country with a long democratic traidition, we declare this alliance as a spot in the socialist movement, a counter-revolutionary group and we strongly condemn it.
