The Gracious State of Saliu wishes to formally express it's desire to join the International Coalition for Expansion, however we do request on any members list that Saliu has added to it's name (Aid & Relief Only). As stated in the application form, Saliu shall have nothing to do with the invasion of countries but shall provide Humanitarian Aid to Civillians and the Injured. Also stated in the form, Saliu has allocated over 2 000 000 Personalle to work in ICE Warzones, a list is attached of the exact numbers. Pleae note that Saliu will not participate in any action against any IHAS, IUEF or NANA Alliance Nation and shall not participate in any action against Dystopian Malisin.

Saliu also wishes to provide the Zurilik Mountains, the Hoppa Forest and Hinfar Isle as Training Locations. Please do take into account that no weapons, weapon substitutes (ie Laser Skirmish Guns) or toy weapons are allowed in Saliu without the Graces of the Attorney-General, who will not allow any loaded automatic or semi-automatic weapons, biological/chemical weapons, weapons of mass destruction and fire-creating weapons into Saliu. Only Infantry, Light Ground Support and Light Infantry Carriers will be allowed in these zones, with the exception of the Hoppa Forest, which will only allow Infantry with no weapons of any discription. We ask that you consider our offer, although you can only use Weapon Substitutes it would be good for ICE troopers to be used to such extreme enviroments.

On a different note, if Saliu is granted land to have ownership of, Saliu shall immeadiently allow the area to have it's own government and shall treat it as an external province of Saliu. If this land wishes for independence then so be it, as long as they shall be a democracy. I ask that this be the case for all ICE members because otherwise we are opressing them into not having the freedom of a newly formed democracy.

Finally, Saliu will send Brev. We, from the The Collectivist Socialists of Taronix offer The Arka Crater, an crater formed from an meteor impact millions of years ago that has not yet eroded away. Humidity is almost nonexistent, and apart from a few tiny patches of "Arka Grass", there is no other vegetation. Never has it been recorded that there is rainfall either. Please, only one position per nation and only volunteer if your country has that type of climate (no Desert dudes applying for Forest training command for instance) and if your military is heavily trained in that climate. Also, no outlandish restrictions on the training. If you don't want ICE Militaries bringing their guns and APCs and tanks and helicopters then don't volunteer please.

I can do desert, what with my vast tracts of wasteland. The only restriction would be that soldiers wouldn't be allowed into the capital city unless they're registered members of the Twiggan faith - there are a number of other cities, though, that would work as nearby "Supply hub" kinds of cities/whatever. I'm only half awake right now, so I hope I'm making sense.

I myself was thinking about leading Desert ICE because my country is mostly desert and I actually have a small anti-terrorist operation going in the Phonencian Desert's rural areas. Peacekeepers and ICE Troopers could get some on the job training there lol.

New Armarzian military command will begin preparation and mobilization of the New Armarzian military and will be on standby as other ICE members gather intelligence regarding this situation. New Armarzia will also wish to volunteer their own infantry to be apart of the initial invasion if military action is deemed necessary.

Right-o. We'll probably be personally devoting some 100,000 soldiers and a couple divisions of chem totally-not-illegal-under-international-law artillery to the ICE army. As far as the desert training goes, we'll be able to support quite a few people fairly well (yay warehouse-based farming!) and get them working, battling crazy-ass creatures (read: Land-Krakens) and so on. Fun in the sun and all that.

[Glaswegistan]

Glaswegistan will be able to contribute refueling aircraft for use in any developing conflicts, as well as naval, air and space bases if they are required. Additionally, we will be able to contribute satellite imaging and bombardment, and any ICE forces deployed that require bombardment support can depend on Glaswegistani Space Navy forces to deliver.

We are preparing to contribute more substantial forces to a conflict against Trotskytopia, but it is unclear how many ground forces we will be able to contribute at this time. Aircraft contributions should be more substantial however.

In addition; we are willing to allow New Cupar and Oban 2 (Mock cities emulating Fort Wallace and Oban, respectively) to be booked for Urban combat drills and exercises by ICE members. The two towns are regularly used by the army and navy (New Cupar being the armys' training site of preference, and Oban-2 being the Navys' training ground for port assaults) with practice weapons (although explosions are only simulated; as we prefer the sites to be in useable condition after each training period). Any nation wishing to use either site will be able to book a day for the usage of New Cupar or Oban-2, with some Party oversight pending on the exercise, as per party policy.

It should be noted that both cities are simulations of Glaswegistani urban environments, and although these may be useful in industrial cities throughout the world; they may not account for all types of urban environment that the armed forces may face in modern conflicts.

As we gather more information and react to the ongoing atrocities in Trotskytopia, the Hacknesian delegation to the International Coalition for Expansion (ICE) would like to note that we should probably hold a trial of Leo Transinsky, the leader of the Trotskytopian regime, as soon as possible.

(OoC) By this I mean, and if Trotskytopia agrees, that I'd like to host a trial. Trotskytopia'll be defending himself, ICE needs to have a prosecuting team ready.

We strongly recommend that members of the International Coalition for Expansion (ICE) form a prosecution team for future war crimes as well.
