Suffice it to say that our government is extremely limited in what it can compel our citizens to do, which is damn near nothing.

It looks very good so far, and its a nice idea. The pictures are a nice touch though I'd suggest making sure to use ones from different forces to keep with the international feel of the alliance.

The Valyrian Expeditionary Corps(Our Foreign Legion/Expeditionary Force) has around 200,000 Men under them currently and I can deploy around 1/4 of them in the next 72 hours if the need arises just let me know.

No, Phonencia seems to be really busy right now, unfortunately. I would suggest putting your order of battle into a more organized form so I can (as Vice-Commander in Chief) put it into the general ORBAT for ICE.

The website's okay. I can help out too; I used to have a website back when I was 10 (don't laugh), and it wasn't a kid-site either. That's where I got a lot of experience in HTML and PHP (although PHP isn't necessary on Weebly), and when my perfectionist attitude was born.

Come to think of it, when I was 11 or so my website looked easily like it was designed by someone in their early 20s with moderate experience. I started from scratch and literally learned all of the stuff (X/HTML, CSS, PHP, some Javascript), and worked for days without end on perfecting it.

Oh, the memories.

Of course later I lost interest and didn't update it for months, followed by my host losing its servers and closing down (I was a moderator on the forums for my host, so I got unlimited hosting for free and loads of other features like cPanel, an integrated, costly control panel for a website). I tried getting hosting again about a year ago since I wanted to make a website again, but they were closing down; that sealed my endeavors to return to web design about a year ago, and I haven't searched for a decent host since.

When I lost interest in the website I was working on integrating the forums to the website (aka like NationStates, where you see the same sidebar/header on the forums as you would on the main site—a lot easier said than done). In addition I was in the beginning stages of designing a CMS (content management system) to drastically ease the work required to make, edit, etc. pages. Making a CMS would've been extremely complicated but otherwise a very, very good learning experience had I not completely lost my interest in it.

For example all my pages were PHP format since I needed the PHP includes to integrate my navbar, header, footer, etc. onto every page so that, for example, if I edited a link on the header/footer/etc, it would update on all pages. With a CMS it'd be 10x easier, since I would just have the server integrate the files for these.

I guess the reason I gave up eventually was the extensive effort in return for nothing. I didn't run ads on my site, and I only had like 2 people who were sorta active on the forums (and even they only posted once a month or so). I'd made the site just to say I could, and because I had so much interest in it, but soon I realized there was so much work for no return. I mean... I was working on features that much more advanced websites in that category didn't have, such as integrated forums, but no one ever looked at my website either.

As I put it on hiatus to work on the CMS and integration, I became bored with it and realized that. So I slowly just stopped working on it, and it died on hiatus and all the countless months of painstaking work are now lost in the winds of time, after obviously having been deleted from the overseas server where they once resided.

It's a sad story really, especially for me since I'm remembering all the work and time I put into it.

Hello, I'm the executive commander of ICE and thus am responsible for reviewing your application prior to Phonencia's acceptance or denial. Allow me, please, to kindly address potential issues you may have with it as well as highlight areas requiring further review.

First of all you can't have 50% of your population in the military without societal and economic collapse. In addition, you listed a gigantic "siege tank" as your main battle tank; siege tanks would in reality be terrible in the MBT role. In addition, although the ICE charter declares the freedom of religion for all member nations, your nation evidently bans all religions not adherent to your enigmatic religious template (which isn't detailed in the application).

As far as ICE is concerned, not only does application acceptance/denial rely on RP skills, but also national ideologies as well; ICE, as an alliance devoted to protecting civil rights in the world, would not accept an oppressive dictatorship, for example. You didn't give any detail on what a "representative military rule" is, so I'm guessing it has to do with a stratocracy intertwined with an absolute monarchy that is somehow representative of the population (maybe like ancient Rome's Senate? idk).

Overall, in these respects there seems to be doubt as to whether or not your nation is remotely compatible with ICE. I suggest you please review the application as well as reread (as I'm sure you read it the first time[/sarcasm]) the charter. Apologies if this criticism seems overly harsh; it was meant to objectively provide you with a not-too-harsh reply before Phone gives you the green or red light.
