What I'd like to do in the case of "Fall of a Nation" is piggy back with someone else, as it were, so that I'm not a lone tiny expeditionary force on my own. I'm at most going to be sending about 10,000 personnel including air and sea units. What I will do then is support that nation's operations and have my overall commander be under his/her overall commander, as long as they aren't planning on using them as cannon fodder.

My forces are highly professional volunteers, led by a hereditary but well trained officer class for the most part. My units use VMK, Lyran and LAIX arms for the most part.

Have you ever looked up the "Anti-Nazi Alliance"? Most of their members were EoA and Sassinia was in there too. The end result was the first leader (Goodclark) stepping down and giving power to Sassinia because he got sick of the ANA. Shortly afterwards the Orson Empire (a member of the ANA) decided he was going to annex Sassinia with other members of the ANA during one of Sassinia's civil wars. Why? Let me tell you from Orson himself: "We have decided to annex the nation of Sassinia because of their inability to make up their minds." Seriously, I can not think of a better way for that alliance to have died other than its own members killing their newfound leader over the most crappy excuse to start a war over.
