"The Empire understands your need to defend yourself, it is just that our Empire does not allow for unconventional warfare. Our Military garrison has always been in the tens of millions, so me adding a few thousand more shouldn't be that threatening. Anyway, as long as you do not invade me or blow up my people we will get along just fine. It is common procedure to close borders when there is mention of Chemical, Biological, or nuclear weaponry. Do not think it is something worse than normal, just normal procedure, borders open and close.. Silos only open once.."

The 19th Expeditionary Fleet, along with its 20,000 men and 5,500 vehicles, is on its way to Belka by the personal decree of the Emperor to ensure the safe delivery of the merchandise. They will then remain in Belka until internal security is guarenteed.
