It's a kind of final heroic charge, or so to speak, so it would be a prime spot for him to be in. Hence why I'm weirded out by Breail apparantly not being there as well.

Whatever floats your boat, broheim. Dugal should be contemplating whether or not to attack the artillery battalion, so there is an oppertunity for Milus to voice his opinion.

Honestly: I'm only 87% sure what he's doing.

After the sub plot with Bazarov, Legion, and etc, some important things happened. I am purposely being vague because there is no need to add the ramifications of that plot to the final parts of this Act. Too much clutter so to speak.

Simply put, at the current time Breail is changing (and by changing, it will remain vague) and I'm still smoothing out the exact type of change, though I will confirm it will involve a heavy amount of back story and plot that is relevant to SPECTRE and blah blah blah (AKA nothing concerning the new plot). No obviously I haven't spent all these months on one issue, but I have nothing else to post. At one point Jedi made a mention in the acts about one of the Masons (Vomica I think? I could be wrong... the evil scientist one) paying a visit to SPECTRE, but that never happened (it would be extra clutter however, given how many people want this act to end).

TL;DR Breail is busy ;P

As a reader I am disappointed Breail is not part of FOG2's finale.

No, I've read the books. But some might not have.

Also, what is a 'Neostigma stone', and how is he using it to, what I think he is doing, disabling engines powered by enslaved souls?

EDIT: I'm getting the feeling you're just posting for the sake of posting at this point. Any truth to this?
