CiviltaVision One

Welcome, to the CiviltaVision Song Contest, first edition. CiviltaVision is a music contest which is exclusively open to only those on the continent of Civilta, however some exceptions may be made. To enroll in the CiviltaVision, your country must select one singer or band, whether he/she/they is famous, or selected through a talent contest, your country must select someone to represent them. Once the person is selected, your country must create their own individual song, however, the melody of a different song may be used. In addition with this, you may have the lyrics of the song in your native language.

Once your singer or band has been chosen, you may participate in the contest by notifying me either through telegram or a post in this thread. One we have the set number of applicants, or the counter reaches its deadline, the CiviltaVision final will be posted where the participating nations post their song and such. Once all participating nations have posted, the voting stage begins and each nation awards one point, two points, three points, four points, five points, six points, seven points, eight points, ten points and twelve points to the nation of their choice.

Once the voting stage is over and all of the votes have been counted, the winning order will be displayed. The country which wins the CiviltaVision Song Contest will host the CiviltaVision the following year and so on. For now, the current song contest will be held in Franke, in the city of Cannes. The total limit of participating nations is however many nations are currently on Civilta and the deadline shall be June 8^th at 12:00 GMT unless I deem otherwise.

Sautharkrokur hosted a national competition, which 120 competitors tried out for. The rules were simple, you must write an original song and perform it. After hours of auditions, and eliminations, Gréta Salóme & Jónsi were chosen to represent Sautharkrokur in the CiviltaVision. They're song is titled "Never Forget"
