"So we go to Demphor? Ok, why not?"
"As we said before we'll bring our own tents and logistic" added Matevž.
"We are also ready to donate 200 000 Talers for the jamboree" said Hermann
"Oh and about the rifles, we have 250 000 french MAG M.36 in store. We'll come with them only if every organization signs a chart to use them only for entrainement purposes" told Peter.

[Demphor]

"It shall be fitting," Laird said, "by donating the scouts instructions on how to make a weapon to defend themselves when confronted. All scouts except those from Sunchon and Crystal Spires shall receive them. As for these two nations, their scouts will get a bottle of urine, donated by children." His face then blushed.

"What the hell did I just say?" he thought to himself. He then took YET another sip of coffee, and then headed to the coffee-maker to get... well, more coffee, obviously, before heading back to their seats.

"Then Demphor will supply it's own pamphlets for the Spirean and Sunchon Scouts, since Luziyca is so arrogant not to respect its enemies at a peaceful gathering." said Mr. Churchill. "With all due respect, your attempts of insulting your enemies is getting quite desperate sir, if another desperate attack is made at this conference I'll ask you not to go to the Jambo."

OOC: Shall we call the Jamboree, Jambo as a nickname.

"You are most kind Mister Churchill, but our children are taught how to do so from a young age. They could practically write the pamphlet themselves. Furthermore, with all due respeted, it is our most humble plea that Luziciya be removed from the Council, as they are not representative of the openness, honor, and integrity that is demanded of the head of a world scouting movement. The fact that they're even condemned by their own allies,they counsel children to lie to the police, and to bully other children is a sign that they do not know the core of scouting values." Beren said with a muted look at the Luziciyans. "Good moral character is a foundation of scouting, and these values are what we teach our children to help them grow into strong and respectable adults. If this trust is violated then what we have is brainwashing children into hating one another, and that's beyond the realm of my tolerance for a world scouting organization. "

Beren was not an unreasonable fellow, and the Luziciyans had indeed done all of the above in the presence of the rest of the delegates. If the Demphorian delegate couldn't see that Luziciya was liable, there was little more that he could do.

"Is there also a location where we can prepare lunch for the children there? We'd need to perform a head count to be able to prepare dishes from our native countries there, and perhaps give the boys and girls a chance to try food from around the world. It sounds like a lovely opportunity to build unity in the organization's adults if we have them work together on this matter instead of throwing the entire responsibility upon the people of Demphor."

[Luziyca]

Laird then exclaimed, "Well, Comrade Beren, you are lying on behalf of the PRC, the USSR and even the communist capital of the world post-1991, the Iglesian Archipelago! You are just a terrorist, whose children ARE not taught to appreciate the values. Thus, I demand that Crystal Spires be EJECTED from the World Scout Movement IMMEDIATELY." He then slammed his fist on the table. "We represent openness, honor, and integrity, but YOUR scouts DO NOT represent the criterion needed to take part in the movement."

He then called security, demanding Beren to be kicked out.

"In any case, we shall go to the Jamboree, for Demphor is a free nation, based on liberty, freedom and democracy."

Unrelenting Carcassfuck peeked through the doors before opening them wide and a flock of small, even comically tiny foals and fillies trotted inside. The colt followed them, and as he stood before the other delegates he saluted and spoke:

"Unrelenting Carcassfuck of the Herdite Scout Confederation and his troop!" - the stallion said with a bright smile, his appearance completely unfitting to his name as his coat and mane were of light pastel colours and his freckled face was completely peaceful and friendly, he looked tall and muscular yes, but he looked entirely different from how would one imagine somepony called 'Unrelenting Carcassfuck'. - "We are sorry for being late, so what is the topic of discussion?"

The colts and fillies meanwhile excitedly chattered as they stared at Alexander Kazansky but Unrelenting Carcassfuck told them to sit down and they hastily obliged. One foal however sneaked under the table and poked Kazansky for attention, a notepad and pen in his mouth, asking for an autograph.

"Hello, sir," Laird said to Unrelenting Carcassfuck. "I shall give you something rather ghastly and nasty." He then got off the table, and handed the copies of evidence of the sapient right abuses in Crystal Spires.

"Go on, take it." When he gave it to him, he headed back to his seat.

"What is this?" - Carcassfuck asked as he briefly looked over the papers and handed them back to Laird. - "Your scouts' work from their digital image editing courses?"

[Crystal Spires]

Beren looked at the security guards with a calm and genial expression and the Spirean children began to panic. They expected this to be a peaceful affair, bur now their troop leader was being threatened to be accosted by guards. Nidur's big blue eyes filled with tears as her sharp elven ears lowered instinctively and nervously she took the hand of another elven boy who looked confused as the security guards approached Beren who did not offer any resistance immediately. Beren had perhaps made a mistake to not bring arms, but he was not above punching an armed guard in the face and taking them down melee if they put one hand upon his troop. He was however not going to think immediate violence would be called for unless there was an act of violence against him or the children.

A small Spirean foxling ran to the Allanean in fear as she did not immediately trust many humans and Beren was one of the rarer ones that she actually did trust. Allaneans were also immediately trusted because of Kazansky, who the Spirean children loved because Spirean authors and cartoon writers praised his heroism for taking down the slavers throughout the world. Spireans lived in fear of slavers and murderers of non-humans, and they had a lot to respect about the Allaneans and in Spires, more people read Kazansky and the Evil Warlord than Harry Potter and the Sorceror's Stone. Bradley the Starlinget saw Unrelenting Carcassfuck and rushed to the ponies and tried to squish his tiny feathery form into their number, afraid that he too would be dragged away. He looked at the troop leader with his tiny human-like face with reproach, and fluffed his tiny feathery wings and snuggled against a pegasus and he tiny birdboy fluffled his feathers in agitation.

"What are you doing?" Beren asked the security guard as he raised his hands to show he was unarmed. "I have not done anything warranting my being thrown out much less arrested. Keep away from my troop."

[Luziyca]

"What is this?" - Carcassfuck asked as he briefly looked over the papers and handed them back to Laird. - "Your scouts' work from their digital image editing courses?"

"No, they detail human rights violations of Crystal Spires. The CIA proves them as true."

[New Freedomstan]

"The glorious Socialist-Patriotic Scouting Organisation for Youth, best scout group in world, will provide..." Sergev furrowed his brow slightly as he thought. "We bring judge and gloves for boxing match of fraternal friendship of scouts, which glorious SPSOY win for fatherland and communism. Or else." he said, as he looked disapprovingly down at the SPSOY scouts that had accompanied the diplomat to the meeting.

Sergev seemed to consider another great gift from the socialist fatherland.
"We also bring flamethrower and bear for barbeque."

"Oh gods no." Nutella said silently to herself.

The Bonelandic scouts kept silent, but gave dirty looks to the GPH scouts walking by. One human scout started crying, and a Saiyan one tried to comfort him. Nutella was tense, and wondered why they were here when they mutually thought one another was irritating. Still, she always was a calm pony, and could have had a ice block as a cutie mark if she was not slashed in the rump as a filly.

"Welcome to the Scouting Conference."

The scouts faces turned to hate when they saw the furry running through. They each gave the dirty finger to it, to Nutella's dismay.

[Urmanian]

"W-wha..." - Carcassfuck muttered and perked up as the Spirean rangers scattered across the room, apparently threatened by guards and a small bird beastling rushed to his troop and snuggled against a pegasus filly who worriedly covered his form with her wing and looked up to the troop leader. - "What is happening in here?"

The stallion stood in front of his troop protectively, huffing and watching the commotion intently.

[Luziyca]

When they saw the guards, Laird smiled. He did not bring any of his troop along, thinking it was going to be formal. But no, these commies that hate freedom, they had to be there. Thus, when he saw the guards threaten Beren, he was now at ease.

"Another foe is gone," he said to himself.

"It's called a shortage of order, equine. Don't eat my crops." A human stammered.
"Oh don't worry, carcassfucker, they have it well under control, I mean, almost." Nutella replies. "I first need to get rid of this smug prick. Troop, arrest Laird for having a ugly face."

Sergev slammed his fist into a nearby table, cracking it in twain, and rose up with his full 2.2 metres.

"This outrage!" he shouted at the Luzican diplomat "You turn patriotic meeting into shamble! Scare nonunpatriotic kid! We settle this man man! Boxing! I crack skull for socialism!"

[Luziyca]

"It's called a shortage of order, equine. Don't eat my crops." A human stammered.
"Oh don't worry, carcassfucker, they have it well under control, I mean, almost." Nutella replies. "I first need to get rid of this smug prick. Troop, arrest Laird for having a ugly face."

"Do you have any say within the council?" Liard asked. "No. Thus, you have no right to over-rule a nation which has SAY in the council."

Sergev slammed his fist into a nearby table, cracking it in twain, and rose up with his full 2.2 metres.

"This outrage!" he shouted at the Luzican diplomat "You turn patriotic meeting into shamble! Scare nonunpatriotic kid! We settle this man man! Boxing! I crack skull for socialism!"

He then laughed and then said, "If ya wanna organize a boxing match between you and me, I'll organize it outside of le meeting."

After he did both of them, he then chewed some tobacco.

"Bitch, I will crack his skull in the name of Socialism also!" A city Saiyan said. "He needs to shut the fuck up about communism being bad! Heil Tyrant!"

"Shame on you, Lutzlhaid! Sit down, you are being punished for being disrespectful to equines."

"Fuck you! Did I ask to come to a foreign land with gay furries and weak talking animals? Who do you think you fucking are, screwing up the polls?"

"Shut up!" Nutella said determinedly. That shut Lutz' mouth, for now.

"I must apologize again, for the violence. Lutzlhaid grew up in a bad place."

"Pffh! Waiting!" Sergev said, walking towards Liard, the SPSOY in tow "Waiting is bourgeois. Hold mouth, or I crack skull."

[Urmanian]

"I thought this was a meeting to promote friendship, tolerance and indeed, patriotism, the scout values, not for Luziycans to push their insane agenda and scare the children and foals!" - Carcassfuck exclaimed, wearing an outraged expression and struggling to tame his temper flaring. He then leaned over to the Luziycan and spoke, calmly but ominously: - "Listen here, Mr.Luziycan, just yesterday my nation has declared war on your country. If you do not leave this room this instant, I make a call to the homeland. One call and your country, all that you love and value will be laid to waste. Am I clear enough?"

He then walked back to his troop and hugged several scouts and the Spirean beastling, trying to calm them down.

Nutella's eyes became intimidating, and her voice chilling, her every word piercing.

"I will force you out, because I can, not because I have the authority. Your bigoted demeanor is not welcome here, and neither is your strange pictures that you masturbate to. Nobody wants to see them. I don't even think the Sadists from GPH want to see them either, and to be honest your voice is annoying. I'm giving you one more chance, and Kuu help me, you better take it."

[Allanea]

In a single movement, Alexander Kazansky grabbed Laird, lifted the man overhead like a weightlifter does a set of weights, and threw him bodily across the room, at the security guards that were now menacing the Spirean children.

Before anyone could react, the Adolescent Emperor began to speak.

“Let me be clear about this in a language which you can understand,” - Kazansky spoke calmly, moving so that the Spirean foxling could hide behind him if it felt the need to. - “There will not be any violence in this room. You will most certainly not harm these children. That will not actually occur.”

“Furthermore. You understand of course that I am not in any way a fan of Communism. I am the President of the Capitalist International. I have personally ordered the destruction of entire Communist civilizations. But your actions right now threaten the integrity of this body. Not only are you making statements that are both vague and unsupported by facts, but you also wish to start a violent fist-fight in the very room of this conference... not on any ruling by a majority, but simply by your whim. That is unconscionable.”

“Should you wish to evict the Spireans from this organization, you should at the very least request the approval of the other members of your council. And if the council approves this, there will not be a need for this violence – I am sure the Spirean delegation will be happy to leave.”

“But know this: should this council choose to throw the Spirean delegation out, I will leave with them. And I would like to invite the gentlepony from Urmanian to leave with us if it comes to that. As our allies in the Capitalist Internationale and honored members of the Empire I hope they will respect my request. I hope the socialist comrades from New Freedomstan will choose to abandon a Scouting Organization that would choose to be so unfair.... but of course that would not happen, as I expect the Council is not as batshit insane as you are.”

In anger, Laird stormed out of the room in fury. His rage was burning rather quick and his patience was wearing thin.

Carcassfuck watched the Luziycan's flight trajectory and sighed wearily as he headed back to his seat, petting a coltscout comfortingly as he plumped down into it. The Herdite scouts then immediately swarmed Kazansky, asking for autographs and taking an occasional photograph.

"Now that Mr. Kazansky took care of the nuisance..." - Unrelenting massaged his temples. - "What would be the topic of discussion?"

"Culture. Yours is a inferior one." Lutz blurted out.

"SHUT UP! But he is right, lets speak of culture. You go first, Unrelenting."

The Bonelandic scouts hated Kazansky, and just hoped he would die right there. Then again, Bonelanders hate alot of things, something to keep in mind. Nutella sighed and handed a bottle of champagne to one of the foals.
