Luziciya is still in a head position in the Council, and they are trying to get us expelled from the NationStates Organization of the Scout Movement on baseless claims. We are feeling like this was a mere smear operation and we are not confident with the power in Luziciya's hands. Their own allies have condemned them for sapient rights abuse, and they have gone out of their way to try and force us from the Organization without an ounce of proof to their claims other than obviously doctored photos faker than Linea Savralia's boobs, and a child who is too scared to even speak straight and who is obviously unfamiliar with Spirean culture and police. This is false testimony and is libel." Beren said with crossed arms. "I suggest you remove Luziciya from their position, and put someone else who is neutral or this will become ridiculous very quickly. Furthermore why not have it in Demphor? It seems to be a safe and neutral place for all of us."

"I'd have to disagree, Nutella, with the guns. Guns should be used for rifle shooting, as long as it is strictly monitored by Army and Adult Leaders, as well as permission slips and a small extra payment. Scouts should not just show up willy nilly either, but should show up with there troops so tensions don't boil over between nationalities." said Mr. Churchill

Suddenly a guard took Laird's hand and picked him up. The guard stared in his eyes for a few seconds.

"It's time to leave. Take a time out in the truck, child. We had enough of your strange porn, not everyone is interested in whatever the hell you like." The guard said.

The children chuckled at the joke, because in Wellboneland, if you show off pictures of a certain subject too often, you are considred to be attracted to it. One could not take it, and laughed quite hard. Strangely enough, Nutella found it funny as well and smiled.

Drake entered the room and sat down. He was wearing a Scouts Ainin uniform, with a large badge on his front shirt pocket. It read:

He was about to introduce himself when he looked at two very angry people.
"Eh. What happened here?"
He then turned to the small Luziycan and Spirean flags on the table and then looks at Beren.
"Ah. That explains it."
Then, Drake turned back to the rest of the delegates and started talking.
"Hello. I am Drake Daisy, Leader of the Forestia Southeast Troop, Troop Number 8741 of Scouts Ainin. I represent the 2.65 million youth and 1.6 million volunteers who are part of our organization. I would like to present to everyone present in the room a pin as a present", he said as he took out a several small golden pins with the blue and yellow fleur-de-lis of Scouts Ainin from his bag. "Can someone tell me what we are discussing?"

Mister Churchill, we did not begin ANY sort of outburst and nor did we start any conversation without the best of our intentions. We are deeply concerned that Luziciya will not allow our children to participate in the Jamboree out of unnecessary hate and divisiveness. This is not serving anyone's interests but their own. It is my belief that the power of the Council should not be in the Luziciyan's hands. Might I suggest another person instead for the sake of mantaining Neutrality?" Beren asked with exasperation. "Ainin, perhaps?"

Taking her place, she then said, after hearing it, "As for the evidence, my husband got it from the Central Intelligence Agency, testimonies from refugees, like Snoopy Dash, and Luziycan news sources."

Naturally, Alexander Kazansky was somewhat mortified by these discussions. He attended the event in his capacity as the honorary president of the Boy Scouts of Allanea, dressed in a beige Boy Scout uniform.

Wellboneland had a low opinion of Allanea, and most were annoyed with their constant blabber of Slaverz iz teh sux! j00z be fr33! Nutella however, was one to get to know a person individually.

"I think it is fitting to hand out the gifts now. Please, take your pick."
She then took out 12 bottles of Champagne, 5 boxes of chocolate, a box of Bonelandic cigars, 7 botttles of Bonelandic Whiskey, and a jeweled dagger.
"I was going to give this to Laird so he can deliver it to Coffee, but I can't trust him. Who wan'ts it?"

"It shall be fitting," Laird said, "by donating the scouts instructions on how to make a weapon to defend themselves when confronted. All scouts except those from Sunchon and Crystal Spires shall receive them. As for these two nations, their scouts will get a bottle of urine, donated by children." His face then blushed.

"What the hell did I just say?" he thought to himself. He then took YET another sip of coffee, and then headed to the coffee-maker to get... well, more coffee, obviously, before heading back to their seats.
