OOC: I am well aware that this is not a hitler youth jugend, however, prior to this my fictional country did have children in its military(So I will RP them as former child soldiers adjusting to the 'new way' of doing things as well as those who are just turning 11-12 and having no formal military training and simply in it for the camping experience). The RL scouts were formed by a british military man in the early 20th century, I didn't make eagle, but I spent seven years in the scouts. While not overtly military, getting eagle does give you an instant bump to your paygrade if you join the military in America. As well as several merit badges based on the passing of firearms usage. I take offense that you assumed that my RL experience was an outright lie. Please TG me next time if it seems so outrageous to you. I generally have a good reason for it, and am willing to go to further lengths to explain myself if necessary.

History of Your Movement (optional): The Child Rangers started as apprentices to the patrols in the city of the underdark, but once my people moved into the over world, they started learning the wilderness and woodcraft, since it's so much safer here they're no longer put into dangerous situations and are able to experience a relatively normal scouting experience. Additionally, my country does not have support for the merit badges related to firearms at this time.
