What is Scouting?
Scouting is a movement comprissed of Boys and Girls (11-18) working together on service projects and helping people in their community. Scouting can be also judged as a Youh Leadership program, designed to build strong leaders within a child led troop. Adult leaders/merit badge counselors are only there to teach Scouts first aid, help them complete merit badges, and demonstrate how to tie knots and such.

World Scouting Council (IC)
The World Scouting Council is comprised of a representative of each nation who meet in the WOSM Headquarters in Christania, Demphor. The WSC will decide on what Scouting elements they want to include in other Scouting Movements, and most importantly, decide where the 2nd NationStates International Jamboree will be held, what date, time, and for how long. Only 5 Members can be in the World Scouting Council.

International Jamborees (OOC Signups and IC)
International Jamborees usually last in a week long celebration celebrating the brotherhood of Scouting, consisting of all Scouting movements worldwide, coming together in one place to work on merit badges, high adventure courses and to socialize with other and exchange uniforms, patches, etc.

History of your movement: Scouts Demphor was officially founded as the Boys and Girls Movement of the Demphorian Empire. In 1954, it shortened it's name to Scouts Demphor and began to encourage leadership while revamping the program. In 1960, the First Regional Scouting Jamboree was held in Helchstein Creeks, Ovlov United, and comprised of 6 nations, one of which, Demphor.

History of Your Movement (optional): Founded in 1901, Scouting in Klowr, has become a milestone in Klowr society. With most most government officials being part of the Scouts movement. The first regional scout jamboree, held in the isles of Elendil, saw membership spiked. The movement has assisted the Commonwealth, through its civilian support, during the Khazad Crisis of 1940, where the Scouts helped keep citizens safe. The scout leagues has come a long way, with a huge membership of 300, 000 Scouts.

OOC: I am well aware that this is not a hitler youth jugend, however, prior to this my fictional country did have children in its military(So I will RP them as former child soldiers adjusting to the 'new way' of doing things as well as those who are just turning 11-12 and having no formal military training and simply in it for the camping experience). The RL scouts were formed by a british military man in the early 20th century, I didn't make eagle, but I spent seven years in the scouts. While not overtly military, getting eagle does give you an instant bump to your paygrade if you join the military in America. As well as several merit badges based on the passing of firearms usage. I take offense that you assumed that my RL experience was an outright lie. Please TG me next time if it seems so outrageous to you. I generally have a good reason for it, and am willing to go to further lengths to explain myself if necessary.
