Since being elected Prime Minister in November, Daisy Star has become a role model among young ponys with in Alkoul and it's colonies, she was headed that morning to a daily security, financial and diplomatic meeting of reviews from her cabinet. Before entering the Security Room she stops by a mirror to brush her mane and straitening her glasses which set perfectly on her nose. Walking in everyone stands up to great her, finding her seat she motions for everyone to sit, flopping her briefcase onto the table full of papers and anything else. Smiling she takes out the first paper about the security of the nation and current operations going on to further protect Alkoul from foreign powers.
After an hour of discussing everything that is to be needed for the day, the meeting adjourns and PM Star starts to return to her office, she stops to talk to her Deputy PM, Peppermint.
"So Pep, what do you think of the Conservative Parties continuing outrage of me being Prime Minister?"
Peppermint being the leader of the Socialist Party shakes her head, "Pha! They can't stand that Alkoul overwhelmingly elected a Pony as Prime Minister, the number of attempts on your life by their party just re insure my comment about that entire party."
"Oh you mean when you called them on live tv, that they should renamed themselves the Nazi Party since their ideals lie closer to Nazism than Conservatism."
Laughing Peppermint, "Yep, even though it did cause quite the stir around the nation, but at lest it's not as bad as I called dictator Lyra of Hipposatania."
Star raising her eyebrow"A Nazi cow, that forced us to appologize and remove you as our delegate to the CoPS?"
Peppermint quit laughing and stares at the black marbel floor, "Um,...ya...that one." Looking around, I should be going, Queen Kelly wants to speak with me."
"What did you do know?"
Shrugging her shoulders"I don't know I haven't said anything that has gotten me in trouble."
One mile from the Alkoul Parliament
A large group of protesters with very racial slurs and guns drawn pointing towards anyponys head, started walking towards the Parliament building. The group was about 800 strong, caused many people and ponys on the side walks to shout very strong languaged words at them. The main reason for the protest which was directly sponsored by the Alkoul Conservative Party was they believed that Prime Minister Star had no right and no pony had any rights to lead or run for office with in the nation because they pointed that the bible says so. This group of people called the Human Only Club had caused a stir with in the nation has they have been linked to several killings of both ponys and pony supporters. However because Alkoul held freedoms of all races dearly the HOC was allowed to continue their hate.
Both the Socialist Party and Pony Party used the Conservatives Party link to the violent hate group for political gain which did help both win 50 more seats in parliament, however though thanks to theorists paid by the Conservative party, the HOC's membership between December 2011 and March 2012 jumped 17%. From 2,890 members to around 3,400, small but large enough to get national attention.
