Just Lubyak. The votes from everyone else is more of a judge as to how the community thinks of you, which Lubyak could take into account, but could equally entirely overturn.

I would kinda like to join the CoPS, and I was refused entry until the war games could be held to discern how my men would react to Ponies (not that I can see how that would happen, since I was on my own against the ponies). It's been a good two or three months since I last submitted my entry and was denied for the above reason. A few weeks ago I made the OP myself because Lubyak was busy: no one has posted there, and its existence was barely acknowledged. So could people please give me a definitive answer here: post in the war games, tell me if you're really busy and I need to wait or accept me into the Coalition.
