To describe Obamacare as anything alike to universal healthcare is ridiculous.

Woodrow "Suspend Civil Liberties" Wilson. I'm afraid I don't know much about pre-20th Century presidents, so this is my opinion 1900 on.

Why not FDR then? He had no problem interning (to use the more euphemistic term than 'concentration camps') the Japanese in America.

The Japanese internment, while a horrid abuse, was on a smaller scale than what happened under Woodrow Wilson. Any American could be arrested for speaking out against WWI, trading with another country, or "interfering with the war effort." In the end, more citizens were arrested for not being patriotic enough under Wilson than Japanese interned under FDR.
