yep... I was tempted to make a post where Miranda calls Joey to let him know that the body was buried. I was thinking It would be interesting conversation for Robyn to get into...

That would be quite interesting, I could just see the look of "what the f*ck?" on Robyn's face.

For future reference this is the information I have on vampires in general, and in some cases a bit more detail on Rhoran and his position:

General:
Weaknesses: UV light (sunlight, UV rounds/torch) - This causes severe burning and is extremely painful. Prolonged exposure is one of the only ways to kill a vampire. The exact strength of the burning is determined by the intensity of the UV light exposed to.

Decapitation: The primary method in killing a vampire is to decapitate its head. This is the most common cause of death for vampires as injuries in most other locations are simply irritations.

Holy Water: On contact causes severe burning against a vampire. Prolonged exposure can kill a Vampire and is extremely painful. Burns caused by Holy Water heal at the slowest rate of any possible injury (even UV burns heal quicker).

Silver Cross: When held by someone who has faith in it a silver cross 'repels' vampires. Their effect is purely mental and, while it does not physically stop or injure a vampire in any way it does make them feel sick and their mind comes up with excuses to move away from the person wearing it. If they remain in its effect they are slowed as they have to constantly fight their own mind to not move away.

Stake through the Heart: When impaled in the heart a Vampire is paralyzed until the stake is removed. Once removed however such an injury has little effect and the Vampire is free to move again.

Bullets: A standard bullet has little effect against a vampire, causing irritation and increasing the chance of the vampire entering a blood frenzy. If it hits a critical location it can however cripple the vampire (just as shooting that point would cripple a human).

Blood: A vampire does not need blood to survive. However without it their physical abilities get weaker and weaker and they lose their intelligence. This is known as a Blood Frenzy. The less human a Vampire acts (moving exceptionaly fast, surviving normally lethal injuries)increases the chance of entering a Blood Frenzy. A Vampire with high willpower can resist falling into a blood frenzy, however the longer a vampire goes without blood the less mental capacity they have. Once a Vampire starts to drink blood they enter a state of ecstasy and have trouble focusing on anything else. Blood also accelerates a Vampires natural regeneration.

Physical Capabilities:

Speed: A Vampire is capable of moving at supernatural speed with the fastest of their kind being able to dodge bullets. Rhoran specifically is considered exceptionally fast, even by other vampires. However most of the time he does not move at full speed but puts an artificial limit on his movements. The reason for this is two-fold: It gives him surprise for when he does need to move at full speed and moving at his fastest increases his hunger.

Strength: An average Vampire can lift a small car. Rhoran is stronger than a regular vampire but limits his strength for the same reason he limits his speed.

Mesmerisation: A Vampire can mesmerise anyone who looks into their eyes. Anyone effected by this will suffer compulsions to act however the vampire wants. The strength and willpower required to break free vaires from Vampire to Vampire. The strength of Rhorans Mesmerisation is around average for a Vampire, although he rarely uses this ability.

Let me know if anything posted is incorrect and i will edit this post. Would also be helpful if someone posted something like this for werewolves and Dhampyrs. (particularly when a wolf can transform and what it does to them)

Songri deserves to be taken as seriously as a heart attack suffered while piloting a zeppelin over a bacon factory. Which is the most serious of heart attacks, because if that zepplin crashes into that bacon factory, all of us will be without bacon.

And that simply will not do.

98% of all internet users would cry if facebook broke down. If you are the 2% who would sit back and laugh, copy and paste this into your sig.

Following new legislation in Songri, the nation's diplomatic missives are now delivered via sniper rifle.

I noticed. However a 200 year old vampire assassin is not used to someone he considers a child (anything except vampire elders really) talking to him like that when they havn't earned his respect (i.e. he starts to use thier name instead of things like Kid, Girl or Wolf), the fact he's bordering on a blood frenzy due and he thinks he just saved her life from a werewolf isn't helping matters either.

I think either one of us has to back down (which dosn't seem likely) or something needs to occur to shift Rhorans focus away from Robyn

And yes i will admit that Rhoran is a bit bastardly and arrogent at the moment. Was thinking that as RP goes on he starts becoming a bit more friendly to the other chars.

Certainly not the way he's going about things at the moment. But I imagine being two hundred years old can kind of make you stuck in your ways. :P

When the vampire who turned Rhoran was killed and Rhoran was framed for his death (ie claiming his actions led to his masters death, even if he didn't kill him personally) he was exiled from what had been his home for nearly 180 years. Even before that he was mostly a loner who avoided the social aspect of being a Vampire. Afterwards he almost excusivly worked solo, usualy for greedy, power hungry humans who only saw him as a potential weapon to use. At the moment the only people he actually interacts with anything more than some information about a job is the owner and employees of the club he gave Robyn the address too. He has a disdain for the other exiled vampires and sees them as pathetic due to the fact most exiled vampires don't have any contact with their human side. Human mobsters he struggles to take seriously as they all seem like children, wolves he hates and the only group he has even the slightest chance of getting along with are the Vampire Elders, but they exiled him. Plus it dosn't help his temperment (at the moment at least) that he is realy annoyed at not killing a werewolf, bordering on entering a Blood Frenzy and stuck doing a job he hates.

@Rastorian Syndicate, It seems to me that this is a good time for Miranda and Franco to arrive.

Tagmatium: The Dhampyr's bullets are all sliver nitrate rounds. Those bullets are designed for fighting wolves. They also work well on humans considering Joey was hit with three bullets of them which has lead to his current condition..

Oohh, three was it? Sucks to be him :P And, according to a quick glance at the Wikipedia page, looks like the stuff's pretty nasty and certainly not something you'd want inside of you. Does the silver nitrate bullet thing come purely from the Underword series, and was it hit upon just because it sounds cool, or can it actually be used to make bullets? I don't know enough about chemistry (or ballistics) to make much sense of the more in-depth bits of the Wikipedia page. If I remember correctly, the bullets in the film were some sort of ballistic phial with the stuff inside, although I was drunk when I saw the film.

For ease of writing, just call me "Tag".

EDIT: Errr... I think I missed the point of your post.

I am going under the assumption that they are like the Underworld version. They are also like ballistic phials with the sliver nitrate inside. This is why Joey is suffering so much trying to stay alive. He needs that crap removed from his body. The actually bullets have been long removed it just the sliver nitrate that needs to be treated along with the actually wounds…

Hair: Blond (long pony tail)
Eyes: Mist Blue
Species: Human
Position: Freelance Muscle
Connection: Cops (crooked), and some of those shady toy shops down the street.
Weapons: Fists, Feet, um... His own body.
Attire: Draik likes to where all black, from his cowboy hat to the tip of his boots and all too comfortable in a trench coat even on the hotties of day, or nights, on occasion he changes to some dark blue or dark green.
Bio: born on the outskirts of the city Draik was always a big kid he ran away from home after killing his abusive father with one punch to the noggin, his mother died giving birth to him, he went deeper into the city and found himself in one bad situation after another first getting cornered by a low gang (and I mean low like five members low). Took a shot or two killed the lot of them. And then the cops showed up. And it just got worse from there.
