Denasil007: There aren't cafes where Vampires buy blood... All they merely have to do is go to a government dispensary where they get their daily allowance, which is as much as they need. Also, more and more Yesopalithan Vampires are learning to live off of human food, with just enough blood to keep them going. It's a learning process.
