Greetings to all dignitaries, and may we welcome you to the Hezarian Civil War Peace Talks, hosted by The Democratic States of CREEEEEED.

Through recent events, civil war threatens to erupt in the Hezar Islands, causing untold damage to property, and the peoples of those nations involved. It is the aim of these talks to resolve differences between the involved parties without the need for bloodshed. It is important to note that these talks will be conducted in a manner designed to allow all parties to express their views, so please do not speak out of turn.

As the targets of the declaration of war recently issued by Isla de militarias, we invite United Warrisons and The Allied States of Great Canada to make their opening remarks.

To who it may concern, I want all forces to stand down immediately from this pointless war. Not only will it cause a split in Hezar Islands but also in the ACSN. This war is uncalled for and will eventually come to a stalemate with Isla De Militarias being too big and the other, smaller nations being around the same size when combined. I propose a peace treaty is signed and also a cease of hostilities be put into effect. If this is not put into place then Carloso and the ACSN will not participate therefore letting your soldiers and people die over a pointless matter that Carloso sees as over Isla De Militarias loss of delegate position last month that I personally see as unfair as now United Warrisons has complete and unlimited control over the region.

We the militarian government demand to be our on region in the hezar islands known as the blue state. We do not wish to leave as though we have felt we have earned that place and do not wish to move. I can agree that it has gone to extreme measures. Which is why we have closed all nuclear possibilities but have not stoped our militarin aggression. We have already beffed up our borders with our military personel until we have reached an agrrement to be free in our own land. We wish to be known as the blue state. On the map I wish it to say the hezar islands and the blue state. These are our demands. Not to mention we werr kicked out of our delegacy without being told anything. If we become a blue state well shall not have to adhear tge hezarian polocies but haveour own polocies and own rules of war. If these demands are not met' it is war my friends which it is the last resort yet we have not been told anything from the hezrian islands!

As far as your delegacy issues go, it would seem that United Warrisons is not someone you should be targetting, as you are both endorsing each other, therefore it is not his fault.

IC: While we welcome input from the Carlossian representative, we must remind him that input from other parties in the dispute is required before negociations can move further, and ask that he refrain from speaking out of turn again.

I would like to add to this fact that you were removed from the delegacy as you had served your time, and I have one more thing to add: My country is not one to be messed with. You started a war because you disliked our policies? did you not think that we could've talked before you jumped the gun?

First I would like to say that Isla de militarias was not 'kicked out of his delegacy', I have sent him several TGs concerning
this matter and If I may point out a certain part of the NationStates FAQ:

The nation with the most endorsements in each region at the time of the daily tally is automatically elected Regional Delegate.

Not to mention the countless TGs I sent him for him to unendorse me until he is made Delegate again. The only TG I recieved in
respond to my messages was a declaration of war, TG-Style. Now, I am also not in full control of Hezar Islands, The High Senate is.
I was in command of Hezar Islands, with Isla as delegate, until The High Senate was created, now I merely follow The High Senate's
approved resolutions or If I had the luck to be elected as a Major Member, also give some of my input on resolutions.

Concerning the seperation of Hezar Islands into one Hezarian owned and one owned Isla de militarias is, well, uncomfortable and
unnecessary work. If Isla de militarias does not wish to participate in and follow resolutions approved by The High Senate and yet
he wishes to remain in the region, then I doubt that his Hezarian membership would last long, seeing as that is the same as him
moving to another region and give us the 'shoulder'. No offence meant.

Now, why did Isla declare war on Great Canada? If he wants to be recognized as a Hezarian yet he does not want to be a
Hezarian, then why would he even declare war on us?

OOC: I was just coming on, when I checked the RMB, and saw I had been the target of a declaration of war. No warning was given, not even a telegram. I can't help but think he simply targeted me because I am small, and have a weak military.

IC: Prime minister Charles Trotter arrived with no security, as a sign of goodwill. He sat down at the table, appologised for being late, and asked the representatives from Isla de Militarias the reason for the declaration of war.

OOC: Carloso, my point was that since the talks were already being held in CREEEEEED, any treaty would probably be drafted by those in attendance, at the time of the talks.

alright, stop now. everyone. let's do this the right way. i say, we repeat what happened with the old alliance (ICAC) before. more or less, a trial. the judge will have to be a neutral nation (perhaps myself, if there is no one in Hezar Islands). we will see what cause there is for this war, f it's even worth fighting. for all we know, you to may have clashing personalities, which inevitably, will cause conflict. maybe it's something pathetic, like Carloso and i, our anger in the moment clouding our true thoughts and feelings. whatever it is, we'll find out.

and if you continue i have an array of 6 satellite mounted lasers each capable of destroying a city twice the size of Los Angeles with one shot, and a vast Nuclear and Bio-chemical arsenal. Just because your bigger, doesn't mean your stronger, understand i'm PMT and i could unleash 1.5million bullet-proof bionic enhanced soldiers, which with the support of a CC(command cruiser, 4 times the size of them ships on star wars. yeah they're big) and escorting battleships, i could probably take you myself. seeing as how then your air-force , navy and armored divisions might as well not exist, and your foot soldiers would be completely annihilated, these soldiers aren't invincible, just really hard to kill one without a gun you'd find on a destroyer. still wish to continue?

EDIT: the Emperor Xavier has also arrived, with 4,000 Alumguvhars (those battle-suit dudes) as a show of force against Isla's uncalled for military aggression. He'd like to point out, while he is calm, a recent spike in his brain activity insights un-stable insanity, and would make it even easier for him to order the flattening of this currently war-mongering nation.

It will not be a war, but a slaughter, and one which Isla de militarias would do very well to avoid. So, I heartily recommend to the delegate from Isla de militarias that he return to the negociating table and stop the temper tantrums - they're getting tiresome.
